This is the best rental we have stayed in! We stayed here for a week with our pup while visiting family in the area. It was immaculately clean, super comfortable, and perfect for our needs. It felt like staying in a home, not a rental. It was so nice waking up to the fully stocked coffee bar every morning. The house was perfect for traveling with a pup: huge yard, super private, and lots of options for long walks. We will definitely be back!

Great location, close to Easr Lansing and Lansing. Wonderful space to spend with friends. Hot tub is huge and easy to use. Kitchen is well appointed, including spices which was a pleasant surprise. Thoughtful and well appointed. Would definitely go back.

The host was thoughful and stocked the fridge and pantry with applies, snacks, evey some milk. The convenience of washer and drier next to fridge was appreciated--newish machines, not from the 70s. Plenty of plates, pans, bowls--encouraged us to eat in. Small but cute balcony, great for mornings and sunset. Nice old tile in bathroom (but faucet is modern), lots of towels, can take a bath. The bedroom is larger than the picture shows--it includes a couch and a working table. So, you can use a laptop there or you can be at the kitchen table where two people have room for laptops. Lots of drawers and a closet with lots of hangers. This 3-room mini-house occupying the second floor of a beautiful old house that is central to a great neighborhood and not far from the capitol (and history museum--I will be going back). My wife is a little concerned about hauling luggage up the wooden stairway, I carry it for her, but we aging people need to match lodgings with our comforts.

We stayed here for a family holiday get together - lots of kids and grown ups. Everyone loved the place! It’s quite a big house and the way it’s set up, it never feels crowded even with a large group. Alayne has thought of everything. And it shows in how the place has these nice little touches all around that make your life easier - there’s blankets in every room, kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are well stocked, every room has a TV! Most importantly, Alayne is an excellent host. She knows what she’s doing - she’s very responsive, answered our questions promptly, helped us with a couple of things through the trip, and had a sweet welcome basket set up for us. Everyone in the group was highly interested in booking this place again for another memorable family get together.

Alyssa’s house far exceeded our expectations! We had a Thanksgiving celebration there with our 5 grown kids, two in-laws, and 2 young grandkids. Nine of us stayed in the house, and it very comfortably accommodated us all. If you need a place to cook and actually spend time, I would not hesitate to suggest Alyssa’s place! Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you probably need as far as utensils, cookware, serving options, and basic spices, oils, etc. Alyssa is generous with towels, extra blankets, Kleenex, etc. She responded very quickly to the few questions we had. It snowed overnight while we were there, and Alyssa immediately was out shoveling and salting. When we arrived on the first evening, the fireplace was lit and a beautiful goody basket was welcomed us. Thank you, Alyssa! We hope to return at some point!

Easy checkin process. Very responsive when we needed anything. Photos are not updated to show all the ceilings have been closed in completely. If you want a quiet and country space, this is great. Close enough to drive into town and about 30 minutes from Lansing. One bathroom was a little challenging for 6 people but we made it work.

Simply put, this place is wonderful. We were able to have our meetings during the day, and then had ample beds for as many as wanted to stay overnight. Annette is simply one of the best hosts I have ever had at any rental, and I've done many, many of them! Rent with confidence and enjoy this incredible property!!

Our 2nd visit (in March) was as cozy, peaceful, and relaxing as in June. The renovated church and amazing arts-and-crafts decor are one-of-a-kind. And the space is inviting, intriguing, and full of character and taste. You couldn't ask for a more perfect experience when visiting Fowlerville and Howell. Just before we arrived, the furnace had broken to the larger event space that guests can access to see the original church. Barbra and Bre set up a space heater in the restroom and refunded a portion of our stay, even before we realized. They truly care about their guests and ensuring a wonderful experience. We can't recommend Kelmscott Chapel highly enough!

Homely and beautiful apartment, centrally located and responsive host. It was a great two weeks stay and highly recommend for family stay.

Great place and we will definitely stay again

I stayed at three of Teresa's locations over the course of three months. All of the locations are conveniently located and fully stocked with cookware, dishware, towels, and linens. The homes were comfortable and the hosts were so very helpful with check-ins, parking, laundry, and the location moves and extended stays needed for my personal situation.

Easy to find and looked like the photos. Nice stay in East Lansing, would stay again.

This home was a wonderful place to stay while we explored the Lansing area. The hosts went over and above to make us feel welcome. The home and yard were lovely and clean. The directions were clear and concise. It was a blessing to be welcomed into this home!

We were in town for my Mothers funeral. We originally were staying at another Airbnb that wasn't able to extend our reservation. Rachel not only confirmed our new reservation within minutes, but also allowed us to go straight from check out at the other place to check in at her place without waiting around for several hours. She was also extremely helpful when we had an emergent situation with our dog, Dexter. The house is absolutely beautiful and even though you're only a few minutes outside of town it feels super secluded and private. Wonderful host, wonderful house.

We had a short but sweet girls night at Aura’s place! It was right in Old Town, so we could walk to all of our favorite shops, restaurants and bars! Her place has so much character and charm and a really fun vibe. We’ll be back for sure, and hopefully for longer!

Good spot close to everything. Apartment is definitely on the older side, however worth the price for a quick stay in town. Would stay again!
