Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

We loved our stay! Location is convenient to everything Pompano Beach has to offer while still being tucked away from the main road for privacy and quiet. The pool was pristine and we enjoyed our time splashing around outside!

I could not have asked for more when it came to this listing. The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. It felt very safe and very peaceful. It was also only six minutes from the airport and we had to fly out on a 7:30 am flight. This booking came after my family's vacation was upended and we needed to find a last minute place to stay for our last night in town. This house and backyard is exactly as described. They spared no expense! There was lovely music playing upon entering the home, as well as music on the back patio by the pool--all of it controlled electronically by a tech pad in the kitchen. The linens were fresh and clean. The kitchen was stocked and spotless. And the pool was a gorgeous place to let my kids have their last vacation swim. This listing and what it offered was JUST what we needed after a very difficult start to our trip. Thank you for actually being what you described. I am so thankful and lucky to have come across this place!

Are first stay at an AirBNB. Extremely pleased. The place was completely as described. We arrived earlier then check-in and was just going to walk around area and explore. However, Ryan got alerted by doorbell cam. He immediately called me and gave me code for door to get in. The location is perfect. 5-7 minute walk to beach. Beach is clean and quiet. The private pier is a nice added bonus. Our five year old grandson fished for the first of the pier. Actually caught a Blowfish on third cast! Pool pump apparently went out the day before we arrived. Since the heater works with pump, the pool was not heated. Ryan called and explained the issue. He did everything he could to get new pump. Finally had to order on line. Expected delivery would have been the day before we left. He was able to get it delivered sooner and it was in place by third day. Ryan responded to all messages or calls within minutes. Bottom line “thanks Ryan” for making our first experience with Air BNB a pleasant one.

We had a lovely time at Samio’s place. We travelled to Ft Lauderdale for my mom’s 60th birthday, she wanted to stay near her friends and luckily Samios place was perfect. The backyard is really gorgeous, we enjoyed the nice March weather in Florida.

Lorraine's place is an excellent option for both business and pleasure. We were there for business meetings on Friday and the Boat Show on both Friday and Saturday. It is quiet and in close proximity to downtown....just a $20 Uber ride to anywhere within the downtown area. Upon entry, you will find the place super clean and fresh. All necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay are available. The beds are all very comfortable for a restful night of sleep. The back patio area is a beautiful tropical setting great for waking up with a cup of coffee and relaxing as the morning unfolds. It's also great for remote working on your computer or other electronic devices. There were 3 of us on this trip and we all STRONGLY recommend reserving Lorraine's place anytime you may be visiting Palm Beach!!

Amy was very accommodating. We did not end up staying as our flights were cancelled and we could not get here. She refunded us the full amount as it was out of our control which was very nice of her and something she did not have to do per the policy. We appreciated it dearly and would definitely book here again, hoping our flights did not get cancelled. She always answered our messages in a timly manor and was very nice!

Very peaceful neighborhood. Fernando was clear with the instructions and the airbnb was spotless cleaned really felt at home there!

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

Place was super clean and cozy! Being only a block from one of Florida's best beaches was very nice. Having beach chairs available was a huge plus! Bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure! within walking distance to many stores and the Pampano Pier. The host was fantastic with giving recommendations and communicating. Would definitely stay here again!

This spot was absolutely perfect for our 2 family baby vacation! Right in the beach, gorgeous view from the living room, and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Dawn and her team are fantastic hosts. They were very accommodating, proactive about instructions, and immediately responded to any questions we had. We will absolutely stay again in the future and can't wait to come back ❤️

This is the second year we stayed in Apartment 2. We love the location as it is close to the beach and many nice restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoy spending our time on the covered porch, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee and our newspaper. The off street parking is also an added plus for us. We will definitely stay in this location again.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect size for 2 people and was very clean. Nice area felt like i was living in a beach town. Has a cute little downtown lake worth area with great restaurants 4 minutes away. Would stay again

My family and I enjoyed an excellent stay at Nadine's condo in Delray Beach. It was such a great place to be -- right next to all the activities around Atlantic Ave but also peaceful. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and loaded with plenty of amenities. We appreciated Nadine's hospitality throughout. Many thanks and highly recommended!

A rather small but very nice and clean apt. It was well supplied and even had a small balcony which was great. Owner was very responsive. For seating, only one older sleep sofa in the living room We had trouble operating the tvs (cable in the livingroom and smart tv in the bedroom which we could only use for Prime) until the owner gave us some instructions. Great to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

This was my first time using Airbnb and it was a great experience. Karen was wonderful to work with. She responds very quickly and was very helpful when I was having issues paying through Airbnb. We really appreciated that Karen provided a beach umbrella and beach chairs.

This place is wonderful! It was clean, with wonderful amenities - lots of coffee pods for the Keurig, plus thoughtful extras like toothbrushes and travel size toothpaste. LOTS of space for everyone for sleeping; comfy seating in den, kitchen table, and lovely setting to dine outside. Marilyn was very responsive. It was a great place and we loved it! Thank you!

We loved staying at Brian's place! It was everything we expected and much, much more. Such a beautiful area on the Intercoastal Waterway! We will definitely look forward to coming back!

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.

The location was very close to shopping and a few blocks from the downtown area. It was a good size one bedroom apartment big enough for a couple spending a few weeks. The appliances were new and was nice to have an outdoor grill for,our use.

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! Kimberly’s place was just what we were hoping for - spotlessly clean, in beachy Florida style, with everything you needed without extra clutter. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, the hot tub, the porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. You could not ask for a more convenient location- really just five minutes to a gorgeous beach, so much less crowded than the Marriott vacation club nearby, and Kimberly includes a beach pass for two chairs which is a real plus. We did not have a car and walked everywhere- for bagels, for ice cream, for dinner, to watch the sunset. The complex is only four units and is extremely private, safe and well maintained. The fact that Kimberly is local and available shows in how well this Airbnb is run. We were delighted with our stay here and felt like we had a much better situation than the people in the timeshares across the street. Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat.
