We loved the area, and the condo was very nicely decorated! Felt very coastal, without being "overly so". Very nice to be able to see out of the dining area to overlook the canal! The pool was nice and clean, and there were plenty of chairs and tables to sit at outside, right on the waterway...we will definitely book again if we come down!

Beautiful place! Looked just like the photos and was very clean. Naomi was responsive, helpful, and very flexible for check in times. My flight was delayed over four hours and she was able to accommodate a very late check out. Will definitely be revisiting!

For the two of us and our teenager, this was just the perfect stay! Amazing access to the beach and the avenue, supercool vibe and furniture in the unit and we found the 2 bathrooms to be very helpful! We are already discussing how we don’t want to ever stay anywhere else!

Jason’s place is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location is phenomenal, being close to the beach and being on the waterway. The bed was extremely comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again! Amazing value.

The condo was exactly as it looked in the photos, and Beatriz is a wonderful host. She is very responsive. We felt right at home, and we enjoyed the lovely view of the boats and the water every day. We saw a turtle from the balcony! The place is clean and has all the basic amenities for a nice stay. Close to Palm Beach and all the wonderful shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return to this condo again in the future.

Even more beautiful than the pictures! Pool was warm enough to enjoy daily and the outdoor living space was great for watching March Madness. Pool light was burnt out so we didn’t swim after dark but we have a pool and know it’s not an easy quick fix. Location was super convenient to shopping and a quick drive to the beach. Nikki and her team were super responsive to the very few minor issues we had. We highly recommend staying here and it’s on our favorites list now. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay here again!!

Maya’s place was perfect for our girls weekend in Fort Lauderdale. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and tiki hut in the backyard. The backyard felt very private.

This house felt like home to myself and my family. From the moment we booked it Bianca was extremely helpful, responsive, and gave great suggestions about the area and things to do. This communication continued throughout our stay here. The house itself is amazing. Each room comes with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive and appliances are brand new. The house is open concept so it’s great for entertaining or having a nice family dinner. The pool was clean and heated for us everyday which was nice not to have to even think about. Overall if you’re staying in the area and are looking for an updated house, in a good neighborhood, close to the beach or on the water, this is the house for you. I will be booking here again in the future.

Stayed here while we were town for a fishing/hunting trip. Was perfect for our group of guys. Convenient location with a great view! The previous guests had damaged some of the amenities, but our host was quick to have everything fixed. Would stay here again.

Place worked out great. Good location: close to the beach, few restaurants nearby were great, nice to be right on the canal. House was comfortable, pool was great. All good!

The place was just as described and represented in the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location on the canal was beautiful and the heated pool was great! The location was convenient as long as you have a rental car. Easy to get to and from places you'd want to visit. Chase Stadium (Inter Miami) was only 5 mins away.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.
