Lanús : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, transporte, restaurantes, parques y tiendas muy cerca y de todos los gustos y precios. Los espacios del departamento son cómodos y tiene todo el equipamiento que una pareja necesita. Alejandro muy amable y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. La tarjeta para el transporte es muy útil y los alfajores un gran detalle. Sin duda una gran opción en Palermo!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y eso habla por si solo de nuestra opinión sobre el lugar. Marcela y Gabriel tienen ambos miuy buena actitud y la calidad y tiempo de respuesta es muy buena. Un lugar muy recomendable. Volveremos!

Excellent host, great communication.

Stayed in this apartment for a month and loved my time here. Spacious balcony with a great view and a stunning 360 view of the city at the rooftop. Location is perfect. Michael and his team are awesome. Genuinely good people and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The apartment is great

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

We loved Laura's flat. It is old fashioned, a great balcony for meals, very peaceful and had everything we needed. It is extremely well located on the edge of Recoleta. We would stay there if it is available the next time we go to Buenos Aires

Perfect spot for a week of exploring in BA! We particularly appreciated the local recommendations and privacy of the spot. I definitely recommend for a quick trip.

Alojamiento en el corazón de Palermo, a 5 minutos de restaurantes y supermercados. La casa es muy acogedora, con cuadros, libros, y cocina equipada, algo que hace que te sientas como en casa. Eduardo fue muy amable y hubo buena comunicación con él.

Muy buen lugar, muy bien ubicado y con las comodidades para pasar una agradable estadía. Las anfitrionas muy dispuestas a ayudarnos con todo y muy flexibles. Muchas gracias por todo.

I found Carol's listing from a friend who had stated there 10 years ago. we couldn't have been happier. The place was lovely. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, subway and gave a nice flavour of life in Buenos Aires. Carol was a great host easy to communicate with and hooked us up with a wonderful driver for some early morning ingredients trips and our return flight, gave good advice on where to exchange money, where to eat, shop, etc. this would be a great place to stay for 2-4 people. the two bedrooms are on different levels which is nice for a bit of separation.

We stayed at Roxana's place for 9 days. Everything is perfect about this house. There was absolutely nothing that we would improve. The house is comfortable, in a great location, clean, with lots of light and everything you need in it. We are so grateful to have found this house since we come to BA often.... Roxana was always responsive and a great host. THANK YOU!!

Lo central de la ubicación del apartamento, el estilo clásico, la comodidad y limpieza fueron factores que hicieron de la estadía muy cómoda, muchos restaurantes, a dos esquinas del obelisco y la vida de real de Buenos Aires. Super recomendado.

Graciela was very helpful and kind from day one of the booking. The one-room flat is located in a central, safe area of Buenos Aires, parks and restaurants in walking distance, great access to public transport. I truly recommend the flat.

We had a fantastic three-month stay! The apartment is a perfect mix of historic elements and modern convenience. All the appliances are modern and new (kitchen appliances, washer, dishwasher); the design is appealing; the historic charm is preserved. From the balconies, there is a beautiful view- and often you can see marches, parades, and markets. Some reviewers talked about the noise, but we found it loud only during those marches/parades, and the only places that are loud are the living room and office. In the bedrooms it’s quiet and peaceful. Wifi speed was excellent and there were no interruptions. The neighborhood is lively and there is lots to explore. The hosts are terrific. We hope to be back!

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

Отличная квартира и расположение. Единственное на тот момент когда я арендую соседнее здание строится и начинается шум с 9 утра. Нужно это учитывать. Но квартира очень хорошая, хозяева супер отзывчивые и помогают решить все проблемы. Выезд в 12 часов. При заезде разрешили занести вещи. Это очень круто
