Natale A Casa di Nonna Abbiamo soggiornato dal 24 al 30 dicembre 2024 in questo delizioso monolocale, completamente attrezzato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Cura dei minimi particolari. Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato in modo funzionale e dall'estetica impeccabile grazie alla maestria e all'impegno di Clara ed Ezio. Struttura situata a pochi passi da un supermercato e dalla farmacia. Ubicato nelle immediate vicinanze di viale Colombo, la via principale di Quartu Sant'elena, e a due km circa dalla spiaggia del Poetto. Clara ed Ezio, sono degli host fantastici, sempre pronti e disponibili a soddisfare ogni necessità. È una casa che ha una bellissima storia. Trattatela come fosse la casa di vostra nonna. Da Franca siamo stati molto bene. L'alloggio è molto fornito, dagli oggetti per la cucina a quelli per la spiaggia e prodotti per la cura intima. Tutto perfettamente funzionante e pulito, la signora Franca è stata sempre molto disponibile e cordiale, esaudendo le nostre richieste. La posizione è comoda se si vuole esplorare la parte sud della Sardegna con il proprio veicolo , c'è anche un parcheggio ampio a due passi sempre libero. Super consigliato!

posizione incantevole e ineguagliabile fianco spiaggia. casa adeguata per 4 persone negli spazi interni... Cucina piccolina ma adatta alle esigenze, Wifi servizio in più adeguato.

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

La consiglio a tutti!!! Marcella é gentilissima e pronta a rispondere davvero velocissima. La casa é molto curata e davvero pulita! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Grazie e a presto !

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

Beautiful apartment, new, clean and provided with everything you need for your stay. Communication and entry was also very good.

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. El apartamento es increíble, muy acogedor y se ve el mar desde las ventanas. Cabe recalcar que estaba súper limpio y el acceso era fácil. La zona de parking de dentro es un poco limitada y es difícil aparcar el coche dentro, pero por fuera hay muchos parkings gratuitos. Sin duda una experiencia repetible, muy recomendado.

Mio figlio ha prolungato di 10 giorni il soggiorno presso l'appartamento. Ottimo punto d'appoggio per raggiungere sia la Cittadella Universitaria del Monserrato che il centro città con diversi mezzi di trasporto a pochi isolati di distanza. Host sempre molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat sich Lorenzo sehr um ums gekümmert, den Weg super beschrieben und er hat sich immer erkundigt ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll. Absolut zu empfehlen. Die Dachterrasse hat uns ganz super gefallen und wir haben sie sehr genossen.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Roberta gentile e molto disponibile. Appartamento molto ampio, luminoso e soprattutto silenzioso! Comodo spazio di parcheggio interno direttamente di fronte al portone del palazzo. Bello il parco subito di fronte all'appartamento!

It was lovely to stay at Davide’s place. A very special combination of a place that feels like home, yet very clean and guest friendly. It was perfectly equipped. Nearby Parking was super easy and the closest beach was nice and big. Thank you Davide for the coffee, your home and flexibility!

Gianfranco was always courteous and provided us with excellent information right from the start, promptly answering any questions we had. The property in the olive grove is beautifully situated, and the small staff we occasionally encountered was very friendly. It was a wonderful place to relax, and it also served as an ideal base for day trips.

Wir hatten ganz wunderbare Tage bei Rita. Sehr gastfreundlich, aufmerksam, schöner Pool und toller Service: Handtuchwechsel, Frühstück, Kommunikation. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände (ca. 15-20 Minuten). Unser liebster Strand war Spiaggia Cea mit feinem Sand und netter Bar. Restauranttipp: Mullò in Triei

What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around. Premetto che l arrivo non è stato facile, ritardo del traghetto e navigatore che non era proprio centrato. Silverio é stato molto gentile nel riceverci , nonostante il ritardo sul check in concordato. Per quanto riguarda l alloggio tutto come da descrizione, siamo stati molto bene. Consigliato.

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.
