Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Vi hade några underbara dagar i huset som erbjöd stora utrymmen, biljard och pingisbord samt med ett mycket bra läge i närheten av fantastiska stränder. Värden svarade mycket snabbt och kommunikationen var snabb och enkel med lokala tipps. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Häuschen von Fiamma erlebt. Der CheckIn war gut organisiert, Fiamma war ebenfalls dabei. Es war sauber und sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Lage ist schön, auch wenn es vereinzelt noch Nachbarn hatte. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und Fiamma hatte noch einige Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk bereit gelegt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Absolutely loved our stay here! The place is just as beautiful as the photos—spotlessly clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. It matched the description perfectly and felt like a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring the coast. The location was great for getting around Cala Gonone, and the views were a bonus. Matteo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

The day we were to arrive Mario reached out and said that we could check in early, which we did after picking up our rental car. He showed us all around the house how to operate things, and where items were that we may need. He talked about local restaurants and places to see, and he had also sent us a slew of information before we even arrived to review. He was very warm and welcoming, had a bottle of wine and snacks available for us for that first day. His house was immaculate, and it was in a great location with beautiful surroundings. During the seven days we were there we didn’t have any problems, he reached out three or four times just to see if we needed anything, and we were very appreciative for him. He made it super easy to check in and very easy to check out, we were grateful for the hospitality that he provided to us, it was like visiting family!

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. What a unique property! We stayed a few nights and loved the character and space. It was so comfortable and the hosts were amazing.

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon und fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr sauber. Die Garage und die Waschmaschine waren auch sehr gut. Filomena ist super-freundlich, flexibler check-in und check-out war möglich. Danke für alles!

Carla’s rental, La Torre, is located in the heart of Baunei! Offering perfect accommodations and fabulous view! The rental is spotless with all the amnesties. Bars, restaurants and grocery store are walking distance. Great Gelateria (ice cream)! Plenty of outdoor activities and crystal water beaches. Hiking and boat tour along the coast are a must. Best having a small car to enjoy mountain roads and commune locations. Carla is the perfect host!! We will surely return.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

We loved it. The local town is very laid back. There are great walks and beaches on the doorstep, and the views from the apartment are wonderful

Excellent stay at Gianni apartment. The place is lovely with a very nice and quiet garden outside and the apartment has all the necessary facilities. Gianni and his wife were very helpful. I recommend.

Elena est proactive et nous a transmis l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à notre arrivée en amont. Le logement est conforme à la description. Plages et épiceries à côté ! Vue magnifique sur la mer. N’hésitez pas à réserver !

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Le logement était propre, rangé et équipé d’absolument tout le nécessaire. Literie confortable, moustiquaires partout. Mention spéciale pour le petit sac isotherme, très pratique pour emmener pique nique et boisson fraîche ☺️ Le parapluie également nous a bien dépannés - meme si je ne souhaite pas aux prochains d’avoir à l’utiliser ! Pas de mauvaise surprise bien au contraire, l’appartement est conforme aux photos / descriptions. L’endroit est paisible et jouit d’une vue magnifique 😍 plage accessible très facilement. Simonetta est prévenante et réactive, elle n’est pas avare de recommandations 😄 Encore merci ! 🙏 et au plaisir 😉

Villa Cora è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, un rifugio dal caos della città. L’appartamento pulitissimo e ben tenuto aveva tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno (dalla biancheria agli utensili della cucina). La famiglia di Luca si è dimostrata di gran cuore in quanto ci ha aiutato in un momento di difficoltà con un problema alla macchina offrendoci di restare per un giorno in più senza alterare minimamente il prezzo previsto dalla prenotazione. Luca si è dimostrato un vero Padrone di casa pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema potesse presentarsi. Inutile da dire che non è per niente scontato trovare persone così umane ma allo stesso tempo così professionali. Sicuramente se ritorneremo in Sardegna per le nostre vacanze,Villa Cora sarà uno dei nostri punti di riferimento. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Très bon séjour chez Frederica, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, la vue, le confort de la piscine, le logement est basic mais juste ce qu’il faut !! Malgré la barrière de la langue et le manque de réseau téléphonique nous avons apprécié nos échanges avec Frédérica qui nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaire pour notre séjour des poubelles à la boucherie du coin.

We had a lovely stay here and lucked out with the weather so we made full use of the pool and loungers ! We wanted privacy, peace and seclusion and that's what we got but Mhatias was always on hand to answer any questions and queries answering our messages quickly. A lovely place to stay with the beaches, hills and towns in easy reach by car - this is a must !
