Lanzarote : locations de vacances dans des lofts

We had a lovely stay at Ocean View Penthouse, the space was really different and we enjoyed the terrace in the mornings. It is so close to the beach and loads of carparking which was handy as we have a 1 year old. The only thing would be the bars underneath, they have music every night which was generally ok but on Friday the DJ was a bit much and our baby had trouble sleeping. We really loved the space though and had a fantastic time, the kids toys and cutlery were a nice touch! Thanks!

We had a fabulous stay at Raquel’s apartment, it was everything we could have wished for. The apartment itself was very clean, convenient and had everything and more needed for our stay. It is private and the roof terrace was spectacular! Raquel kept in touch and good communication throughout our stay. The location is perfect, a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants with a good selection of different worldly cuisine’s. The beach and seafront is also a short walk away and looking forward to coming back! 😊

L’alloggio corrisponde a quanto descritto nel l’annuncio. La casa è spaziosa e con tutto il necessario. Posto silenzioso e tranquillo con bellissimo giardino. Molto utili gli asciugamani da mare. L’unica cosa da segnalare è che la strada di accesso alla casa è sterrata per 1,5 km e non è in buono stato, andrebbe migliorata.

Au centre de l'île ,ce logement est idéalement placé pour découvrir Lanzarote. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement chaleureux qui échappe aux stéréotypes des locations d'aujourd'hui. Gustavo est un hôte amical,confiant, généreux. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu y séjourner plus longtemps

Apartment is exactly as the advert describes. Clean and clutter free. Comfortable private apartment in a quiet residential setting. A good 15 minutes walk to the sea front. However this didn't cause us any issues as it was a pleasant and flat walk for us. Good Supermarket nearby - walking distance. We used for breakfast items.

This was our first visit to Lanzarote and we were pleased to find that the apartment and Teguise met our expectations. The Apartment was in a traditional building with modern facilities. We were in a quiet street within walking distance of the town centre and several bars and restaurants. Teguise was a central base for touring most of the island’s sights and museums with the added buzz of its own Sunday Market and a Carnival whilst we were there.

Super séjour, l’appartement est agréable, la piscine aussi! L’emplacement est un peu jose dû entre ce qui est très agréable ! Petite attentions sympa de fran !

As advertised. But be aware there is no view from this floor and little sunlight inside. You park by the front door, but you cannot enter there. You walk 100m down an alley and around other houses to find a solid metal gate to access the back yard which is surrounded by a high wall. You must go down several steps and walk thru the yard to a rear entrance to the bottom floor of the house which is your place to stay. Access to the upper floor is blocked by locked doors with privacy signs. Apparently someone lives on that floor. If you have heavy luggage, be prepared for this walk and the stairs. The back yard is exactly as advertised with a 5 x 10 meter pool with a blue bubble wrap cover. The yard is well equipped for a BBQ and outdoor living behind a stone wall that separates you from the beach. So very private and quiet. When you exit through the wall you can cross the paved pedestrian path and walk across the dark brown sand all the way to the water about 200 meters away.

A well deserved word about Arrecife for potential guests considering a visit, is to BOOK you will find it a great place, take a walk and explore and be surprised, this is not for people who need to be crammed with tourists. Jorge we have found a place staying with you that we can say without doubt we will visit again and again, we had a very special time, and this comes from people who normally are very hard to please.

From the moment I booked this accommodation, the communication was excellent. You will not be disappointed in this apartment the views are amazing and the decor is stunning, it was very spotless! When we return I will look at booking this accommodation again! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Eva's apartment! The location is perfect, very central to everything in arrecife and just a two minute walk from the beach. The apartment its self is very spacious and modern. All the essentials were provided. Thanks for the stay! :)

Very comfortable stay perfect for us as a couple for our 5 day visit to Lanzarote. Arrecife the capital is centrally located the island so it's easy to access other attractions on the island. The apartment is also 5 mins walk away from the beautiful waterfront area where we dined out at on most nights. The apartment looks just like the photos, very spacious, modern, uncluttered and tastefully furnished and designed. Large and clean bathroom. The kitchen is small but has the basic utensils that we needed, mainly for making our own breakfast and teas and coffees. There are a couple of supermarkets 5 mins walk away. Very clear and detailed instructions around self check-in which were helpful. Checking in and out was straightforward. We used the car-parking space which was handy, but a ward of warning that the parking garage is poorly designed with pillars that make it a bit difficult to park, you get used to it but I would recommend if you book this apartment, hire a small car.

Location is excellent. Eva was able to help us with any issue and very quick to respond. She was flexible with checkout time. Apartment is very spacious and is exactly as pictured. The balcony is awesome, large and a very comfortable place to sit any time of the day. We would definitely stay again
