We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

First Airbnb experience for my husband and I. We brought our 3 year old dog as well. Due to him being an active dog we loved the backyard where we live we don't have a fenced in yard so it was so great for us and him to off leash and let him play. The house itself was great for the two of us and it was a fantastic neighborhood. My husband and I would definitely book agian

The only front entrance is through the garage which confused me at first, but it's by far one of the cleanest AirBNBs I've stayed at and Joshua is an amazing and accommodating host. The kitchen space in large and easy to maneuver in which made it a great place for our staycation. I do suggest bringing your own mirror if you need to do your make-up though. There isn't much sink space in the bathroom but there's a beautiful and spacious desk in the bedroom. Would absolutely stay there again!

Cute modern lake (Tiny) house with many amenities. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in so far. The hosts were accommodating to our needs! Traveling with a baby, this house was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again.

Apparently I didn’t read the description all the way through so was blown away by the amenities in the house from every toiletry you would need to the fresh made brownies when we walked in. It was great and perfect for the 5 of us. And boy does their heat work amazing! Definitely recommend!

Great space that is very well suited to accommodate a group. Closely located to the Main Street in town and easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub and all of our time visiting Frankenmuth. Very happy with our choice to stay at Elliott’s.

Simple, basic accommodation, very comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Nicely equipped kitchen. Good heating system (it dipped down to below 10° while we were there). It snowed during the week we were there, and the owner plowed the driveway.

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

I really enjoyed my stay here and loved both the place and the town. If you're looking for a quiet, classic American neighborhood with everything conveniently close by, this is a great choice. The apartment is peaceful, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities. One unique touch I appreciated was the collection of high-quality books in the library next to the TV—perfect if you enjoy reading. The space looks exactly like the pictures, so no surprises there! Elizabeth and Charles are fantastic hosts—super responsive and proactive when any issue arises, and their communication is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again whenever it's available. Highly recommended if you're visiting Michigan for business—just an 18-minute drive to GM Flint!

This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and warm hospitality of the hosts. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have wanted. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

My brothers and I with our significant others always get together for a weekend at the Renaissance Festival in Holly and this was literally the perfect cabin for us - close enough that we could go to and from if we needed a break during our long days at the Faire and peaceful enough at night to come back to and relax or play games like we love to do together. Plenty of space that we could all have beds and felt cozy. The lake is beautiful this time of year and even was warm enough that we could have swam after if we wanted or weren’t warn out from our long days. Parking was easy to figure out even with four vehicles. Host was responsive and super helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we realized that we would rather all drive in together last second. (Whoops! Poor planning on my part.) There was even provided water which was lovely as well, and a really nice touch when it comes to well water! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Our family truly enjoyed staying in the cabin and catching up with family! It was very clean and well kept! We will be back for other family events in the future!

Beautiful, quiet, cute, and clean! Great location in between Birch Run and Frankenmuth. Just the right amount of seclusion but very close to the city. Very responsive when I messaged due to a slippery porch. They came and salted right away. Only suggestion is to maybe have paper shades or blinds for privacy especially for when walking from the bath to bedroom. It is pretty private but if someone walked up on the porch they can see into the bathroom and bedroom. We stayed two nights but only had two towels and two washcloths. I’m sure if I would have called the owners would have been responsive. All in all great place. We would definitely stay again.

The Lodge was a great place for our family to stay for a family wedding! We had a great experience, very close to lovely Clarkston! Dan was really great. The lodge was a great place fore us to gather and relax for this fun event. Hanging out during the day as well after events. It was great!

Ashley’s place was clean and offered many games, cozy seating and full library. This was all surrounded by the beauty of nature, right on the river. I loved that they gave a photo history of the cottage that was used as a gathering place. They also included brochures and coupons for those visiting Frankenmuth.

Perfect spot for my mom & I to stay while we visited family in the area. We loved the cozy-chic cabin vibe. The decor was beautiful and SO COMFORTABLE, from the couch to the beds. Well-appointed kitchen for all our needs & we appreciated the Keurig. It’s very quiet, and the skylights are amazing. We took advantage of the nearby hiking trail on a frosty morning - perfect start to the day. When I had a couple questions, Annalisa was very quick to respond. We miss the Hideaway already and hope to visit again!!

The cabin was far more than we could've expected! Cozy, yet spacious, pristine, so clean, and had all of the extras-- every appliance you could ever need, games, technology, and most of all the most beautiful log cabin. The property was HUGE, and both of the lakes (esp the large one, wow) were gorgeous. Tony did a wonderful job creating this oasis that thankfully has been shared with all who are fortunate enough to find it. What a legacy. My daughters, their significant others and I had the best time at the cabin and in Frankenmuth. We're from Ohio and this little jaunt up north was a Christmas present getaway for my kids. It will hold a special place in our hearts always. We have talked about other events that we could host at the cabin, and we very well may return! What a gem you have to share in Tony's Place.
