It was perfect.. felt like home only.. she communicated each and every detail nicely, House is very warm cosy and it was perfect, she had kept goodies for my kid. Each and every small things in the house was taken care of. Minute detailing and smallest thing u need in a house is available. I am glad we selected her house for our stay She is a great host, we really enjoyed our stay at her place. She helped us in each and every way possible.. Thank you Lida..😊🙏

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est agréable à vivre, confortable et facile d’accès. Il faut compter une quinzaine de minutes à pieds afin de rejoindre le centre ville. L’emplacement est cependant bien desservi par les transports. Remerciements à Markuus pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité.

We stayed at Fredrik's for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect for us. Our kids felt right at home with lego and teddies etc to play with too. Great location for families wanting to visit Santa Park, Santa Claus Village etc. Highly recommended

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen:) Die Wohnung ist gut und einfach erreichbar, der Check-in war problemlos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Man kann die Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Es war alles SEHR sauber, was wir wirklich zu schätzen wissen! Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit kleinen süßen Details. Wir fanden es besonders gut das eine Mappe vorhanden war, die alles beschrieben hat, wie man alles nutzt und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Anne ist sehr nett und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns geholfen, Danke dafür:) Die Sauna ist auch echt ein Plus! nur eine Kleinigkeit ist: die Dusche könnte etwas länger heiß sein (aber dafür kann Anne ja nichts), das ist wohl das System im Haus. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt für die letzten Tage unserer Reise (auch ein Plus ist die Nähe zum Flughafen) und wir empfehlen sie sehr gerne und würden es wieder buchen.

Nunu was a great host who met us to help us check in, even though we only stayed a night. The apartment was perfect, although the location might be a little inconvenient for those who doesn’t drive. Highly recommended!

Rodger’s place is fabulous. The listing show one bed but actually, there are four singles, a baby cot, and a double ! It was beyond spacious easy to find. There was also sledges out front so my child really had the best time. It is walking distance to everything you’d need. Nothing is more than a 15 min walk. And we saw the lights right out the front door ! Highly recommend !

We had a great time in Tuomas’ cottage. We came for skiing, and the routes were only a few minutes walk away. The surrounding area was beautiful and calm. The center was about 2km away. The cottage was cosy, compact and clean. There were clear instructions on how to use the heating and the sauna. The hosts reacted super fast to all of our questions and even alerted us when there was northers lights. I would definitely come here again :)

Niina was very helpful! The instructions were very clear and concise. She is very detailed about the reservation. She is very polite and asks if you need any help! I highly recommend a stay with Niina.

Erinomainen viihtyisä pieni asunto rauhallisella paikalla Sodankylän keskustan tuntumassa. Asunnon keittiö on poikkeuksellisen hyvin varusteltu, ja sauna oli yksi parhaista pikkusaunoista, mitä on vastaan tullut. Viestintä Lean ja asioita paikan päällä hoitavan Miran kanssa sujuivat hienosti ja viivytyksettä. Olin ensimmäistä kertaa Sodankylässä, ja tykkäsin kovasti. Löysin lähistöltä Porotokka -nimisen Juhani Maijalan porotilan, siellä täytin styrox-laukkuni seuraavien viikkojen tarpeita varten - huomattavasti kaupan hintoja edullisemmin. Koska on talviaika ja olin matkalla Levin keväthangille, etsin ja löysin myös Sodankylästä hiihtomaastot: varuskunnan takaa, vähän sotilaskodista (sotkusta) eteenpäin löytyy lähtöpaikka hyville 5 ja 15 km reiteille. Tätä asuntoa kysyn, jos tulen uudestaan Sodankylään.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ilkka hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Das Haus liegt nahe der Straße und ist auch im Winter gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Sauna ist prima, die Betten bequem und das Sofa neu. Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ilkka hat uns Langlaufski und Schneeschuhe günstig organisiert und eine Loipe für uns gespurt, die hinter dem Haus losging. Polarlichter haben wir auch 2x gesehen. Alles war super unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

the accommodation was perfect, there were seven of us including two small girls and we had no problems of any kind. The house was very well-kept and clean, the spaces were large and comfortable, the location was perfect. Having rented a van we always moved around easily, we could reach the city in 5 minutes, the view was wonderful and the large windows allowed you to admire it even from inside the house. The large garden allowed the girls to have fun in the snow whenever they wanted, a few steps away there is also a playground. The house is a 10 minute drive from three perfect areas to go and see the aurora, the most convenient is perhaps Olkkajärvi Rest Stop, however if the sky is clear you can also admire it from the garden of the house. We couldn't have hoped for better!

The house was spotless and warm with clear instructions. Everything had been thought of and we felt very much at home. It was so close to town and the grandchildren spent so much time sledging in the area which has some great places for sledging. Kristian was very helpful and I can see why he is a super host

WOW! This place is stunning in winter. The snow, the surrounds, the frozen river/lake, the cute lights and the house itself is magical. The big snow bunny and squirels in the backyard and..... We had the most amazing northern lights right in the backyard. We had 8 people stay and plenty of room. Such a beautiful home. Lauri, is so nice and friendly and easy to talk to. We rented the space as we were getting married and the back drop of the property for the first look was stunning and so much room for the bride and every to get ready. Stunning home.
