Our family of 7 enjoyed the privacy and beauty of this home. The home itself had the basics we needed and the local markets had the rest. If you are looking for time away to spend with family, this is the place to go to.

Picturesque. The whole family loved this cabin. The kids were delighted to explore the river. The dog gate on the deck was very useful. The house was beautiful and cozy. I have never felt so close to nature with this level of access to modern conveniences. Krissy and Kyle took great care of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless. While we did not have time to use the hot tub or the fire pit, detailed instructions were provided in their wonderful field guide. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. We plan to return! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Cute home on the west side of town. You can walk to town within 10 to 15 minutes, or access the event center or lake area. The home is very clean, recently remodeled, comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and relaxing in the sauna at the end of the day. We even fired at the fireplace outside to toast marshmallows, one night. We had an issue with the home not being ready we first checked in but the host were responsive and able to get things fixed. We would happily stay here again.

The home was lovely and welcoming, and the yard was spectacular. The host is excellent and very responsive—they left us a variety of cookies from a local shop, a delicious little treat upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Daniel and Dee are great hosts. Their home is very tastefully done, and is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

If you’re searching for an amazing stay, stop a book Chad’s place right now! If I could rate this 20 stars I would. We stayed 6 days, party of 3 adults, one 4 yr old. The house was extremely accommodating. I can’t stress enough how comfy the beds were. It literally had every essential item. We loved walking into town every morning, through the tunnel, my 4 year old enjoyed playing the xylophone fixtures near the visitors center. We walked to Kind Coffee, Ravens Roast and my child enjoyed spending time at the Public Library as well. We saw Elk in the back of the property, had to have been at least 200 Elk. Chads house had fun games, TVs, lots of cooking items. I can’t stress enough how accommodating this house was. The only thing to note, we had two nights of extremely intense winds and I had to buy earplugs, so thats one thing to note if you’re a light sleeper. Of course my husband had no issues sleeping. 15 minute drive to RMNP, Chad was a great host. 10/10 Would stay here again!!

we loved our time here! Kristy was so helpful and kind. the house was clean and the kitchen had everything! also close to RMNP!! we love snow shoeing and returning to relax in the hot tub! we cannot wait to return.

Everything was great! Location was awesome and hosts were super quick, responsive, and helpful. They even shoveled our path before we got up because it snowed the night before.

It was such a great place to stay. Beautiful views, and a really clean room. It was a great place for two people to stay. Close to great restaurants, like 2 miles z from the National park which was really great. Loved how cozy this was for us. It was so comfortable and peaceful. I loved how there was a fireplace inside. It was a really great place and price! I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend! Also was great they provided towels, extra garbage bags, etc. 100000/10 place!

This was the second time we stayed at Kelsey's place. We love it. It is clean, roomy, and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. We recommend Kelsey's place!

The house was perfect! Everything was incredibly clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. Hot tub was such an amazing end to every day. We will be back!

Off the beaten path but near everything! The pictures matched the property. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed. Beds were comfy. The yard is huge, perfect for the dog! Hot tub was awesome! The host were pleasant and very informative. Even though we live fairly close, it was just enough get away, to relieve life's stress. A warm and cozy Estes Park getaway. We took advantage of all the amenities due to some uncooperative weather over the weekend, cooking some wonderful meals and playing many family games provided at the home.

So booked 2 night stay, it was perfect. Owners left clear instructions which i like and the stream out front followed owners instructions on where to go and got to sit and watch the trout. Was close to estes park and a beautiful drive. Tvs being roku tvs were a huge plus for night time. Hot tub was a perfect 103 degrees. Definitely will book again when in the area perfect amount of away from people but yet close to towns
