This home was beautiful! We arrived in a rainy night so the view from the lift on top was beautiful watching the rain come down. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but next time we are in town we would definitely enjoy the amenities more. The home was clean and had clear instructions and recommendations. It was very clean and everything you would need. It also had self check in that was easy. I recommend! Thank you for the wonderful stay in beautiful Colorado Springs!

Great stay! Hot tub is a nice touch. Bathroom small though, difficult sharing a house with three people with one toilet and shower. Good location near Broadmoor

One of the best stocked places I’ve stayed! All the necessary kitchen supplies as well as cleaning. Lots of games and stuff to do, and the place is taken care of very nicely!

We brought our adult kids for a weekend away from it all and it celebrate my husband's birthday. The location of the home is great (we didn't leave the whole time). All kitchen tools and appliances made it easy to make all of our meals here. the hot tub was fabulous and so peaceful! Brittany was very responsive (very quickly) with the couple of questions I had sent. In addition, one of our family members left an item in the bedroom. Brittany was so helpful in making sure that item was shipped back to us right away! That was so appreciated! We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation!

This place is super nice. Small and private, with an excellent use of available space. My daughter wants to move in here. :) There is one bedroom that is largely occupied by the huge bed. There is a loft that I had a difficult time getting my kids to leave, and a nice size couch in the living room. As I said, the place is small, but really well thought out. It was perfect for me, my wife, seven year old son, seventeen year old daughter, and our golden retriever. We had some trouble figuring out the air conditioning units and Barbara immediately responded to assist. When we couldn’t figure it out via chat, she came over and fixed it for us. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Barbara!

Ryan was the best host and his interaction and texts back and forth, made a very stressed situation (father - hospice & passing) bearable. He reached out immediately upon booking, and did everything in his power to make it a great stay. His orchard was starting to come into leaf and we wish we could have stayed to watch it all unfurl. At night the view is beautiful, as his property sits higher than the others. We would take our dog out and let her explore the large area while we just mellowed out with a glass of wine and enjoyed the night. When my dad passed he surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. He provided us with food recommendations etc when needed, honey and eggs from own aviary and hens Home is clean and bright, I looked forward to it after time spent caring for dad, so relaxing. Neighbourhood older, you can walk safely up and down street, and easy to get around town from. If or when I go back to Colorado, I will be booking Ryan's first if available. Great job!

This is the spot! Lovely spot and felt right at home. Friend was visiting and is a chef. We had everything we needed to make a meal. Walk right out the door for a night cap. Loved everything about this spot. Spaces were uniquely decorated and clear of clutter! Cool spot. I will be back!

Tonia was a great host who helps us with a last minute stay. Us and our pup felt comfy in her space and the backyard was nice for our dog. We’d def stay again!

It's very small and cozy. Perfect for one or two people looking to explore the town. It's close to downtown and other restaurants. I would recommend this place to others but probably Uber so it's more convenient getting in and out.

Joshua’s place was very cool! A great studio set up with lots of space, and everything we could need. The bed was very comfortable, linens were great, and the whole place was stylish and cozy. Walkable to a great part of the sloan’s lake area. Would love to stay again!

Brought 3 friends along for the stay and we all loved it immensely. Beautiful mountain views from the patio. We were all fairly comfortable throughout the stay, enjoying the cozy atmosphere. We had a bit of an issue with privacy, mainly the bathrooms, but it did not become a huge problem. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely a small place, wouldn't recommend for more than a couple or young family, but for my fiance and I it was great. The backyard patio was nice to sit in the sun, and the house felt very safe with the fences and fire extinguishers and everything. We used the washer and drier and they had laundry detergent and everything. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage! The surrounding views were gorgeous! The cottage was in the perfect area for our adventures in CO Springs, Manitou and Woodland Park! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here! Perfect for a family, couple’s retreat or friends vacay. It’s in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and hiking trails within a few minutes of walking. But everything you want to do (including restaurants) is within 20 min driving distance. Our favorite family activity was the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! The cabin has everything you need. Our favorite features were the beautiful picture window, the patio to relax and the little glass greenhouse to sit and enjoy your coffee if it’s a little chilly. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and kind! Highly recommend this place!

Great place to spend a few days. Walking distance to city park and the zoo. The interior was very comfortable and peaceful while also being beautifully designed with lots of natural light.

Our trip here was great! Perfect for a small family, beautiful surroundings, overall comfy.
