The place was clean and pleasant and located near restaurants and shops. It was easy to communicate with our host.

Bien que situé en plein centre-ville le logement est calme. Les dames de la réception sont très sympathiques et arrangeantes . C’est la deuxième fois que nous revenons dans un de ces studios, je ne peux donc que recommander cette location. En un mot c’était parfait !

Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock eines Hochhauses. Alles war erstaunlich ruhig und freundlich. Eduard ist ein super Gastgeber. Antwortet schnell und hilft sofort.

I stayed 5 days in Eduardo’s place and everything was fine! Location is great, beach is 10 mins, centre is 20 mins walking distance from the flat! There’s few equipment if you want to do a workout! Cleaner came regularly also washing machine is an extra good thing! Thanks for the stay!

We only stayed during one night, but the night we spent there was problem-free. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but there is one thing to keep in mind - it's actually two-floors apartment, and one of the bedrooms is on the higher floor. The stairs that lead there are quite steep and may be not for everyone. Also, that higher floor is located under the building's roof directly, so it can get very hot. Luckily, there is an aircon unit in the bedroom to deal with the problem swiftly and decidedly.

Eduard was a brilliant host - answered every question I had to ask with very swift responses! Accommodation was as described and shown in the photos. The room itself is basic, the whole apartment is modern with all amenities needed. Location is great, with a fabulous local restaurant literally on the doorstep of the Airbnb. Only changes I’d make to the room is possibly adding a mirror and a small bedside light, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Communication was clear, fast, and helpful throughout. Check-in was easy and everything matched the listing perfectly. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — ideal for a short or longer stay. The host was proactive, genuinely helpful, and shared great local advices that made the stay even more enjoyable.

A fantastic central location in an apartment that is super clean with regular sheet & towels changed by very polite staff. When booking I did not realise it was a serviced apartment so it was lovely to have the place cleaned. Everything worked as it should with excellent washing machine that worked great on quick wash. Super hot powerful shower.It was an ideal space for my partner & myself as everything was a short walk away, restaurants,shops,coffee shops and the beach. The weather was very good so we even used the outside seating area at the back with sun beds,chairs & tables. If requiring accommodation in central Larnica will definitely return.

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

We highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful, homely, spacious and right on the beach vacation rental. Andri went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable and welcome. Location was perfect for us due to very quiet local beach, place to eat within walking distance and Perivolia village few minutes drive away. Kitchen was well equipped, even had salt, oil, coffee pods and bottled water. Bathrooms were very clean with essential products and towels. Rooms were tidy and well sized, with extra blankets, towels etc. We truly felt at home at the villa and can’t wait to stay there again

Very nice house, big shower, there is a washing mashine and planty towels in the cupboards. Additional blankets were very handy as it was still a bit chilly in the evenings and we used them, sitting outside. There is a woodburner in the house, so one night we even used it. I guess it's very nice for those guests who visit Paraskevas in winter. In overal, lovely place, a bit remote but very nice.

We have spent a beautiful week at the beach house with the small kid, who really enjoyed beach and sand. House is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely like to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

Dejligt stort hus, masser af plads og alt det udstyr man behøver. Meget tæt på centrum, og alligevel meget roligt område. Parkering mulig. Hvis man kommer i den kolde periode skal man være opmærksom på at cypriotiske huse IKKE er isolerede på nogen måder. Der varmepumper til alle rum, så det er let nok at varme op, men prioriter i stedet for lunt indetøj, og ikke mindst noget varmt til fødderne. Gulvene er iskolde. Det kan let blive en dyr omgang hvis man holder alle rum opvarmede hele tiden. Vi tændte i de rum vi opholdt os i, når det var nødvendigt og slukkkede altid når vi ikke var der. Vi betalte ca 100euro for 14 dage, men kunne let have kostet måske 5 eller 10 gange mere hvis man ikke havde tænkt sig om. Der er ALT i huset, og det er børnevenligt, da intet står sart og funklende, men mere praktisk og afslappet. Bedste vært vi har haft nogensinde. Oplagt til store familier med plads til privatliv.

I picked the apartment because it looked very functional and well equipped. I spent about a week there and found the apartment offered everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Modern, it is comfortable. The location is remote from Larnaca center but remains very accessible (within 5-15 min drive). The neighborhood is very calm. The only downside is that there is nothing around but again with a car, that’s not a problem. I could return to this place without any hesitation.

Great location. By the beach (literally),in a quiet area a short walk away from the majority of the bars and restaurants along the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect being in easy walking distance to the main sites yet private and peaceful. The beach is just steps away and the balcony view is wonderful. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and respectful. There was a minor issue with the keys during our late night check in, however, the host responded immediately and we were not inconvenienced at all. Phenomenal service! I would happy stay again!
