The situation is good. Many grocery shops near. Big shopping center 850 meters. Very versatile Gym under 5 minutes. Closest Padel courts 1,3km.

Super schöner Aufenthalt in schöner nicht touristischer Lage. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer und eine offene Wohnküche sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Alles, vor allem die Küche, war bestens ausgestattet: genug Geschirr, Töpfe, sogar Tupperware - alles was man sich wünscht. Für 2 Leute war es wirklich perfekt. Sara war darüberhinaus durchgängig erreichbar und hat sich stets bei uns erkundigt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen würden. Vom Haus erreicht man, vor allem mit dem Auto, alle Gegenden sehr schnell. Zu Fuß muss man sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass Gran Canaria sehr hügelig ist. Aber auch in Fussnähe sind alle Supermärkte und was man sonst so braucht! Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Sara kommen. 🙏🏼🥰

Superbe appartement ( décoration, parfaite organisation de l’espace, belle terrasse privative au dessus ) , grand lit très confortable ! très bien placé pour visiter le quartier historique . Tolle Wohnung, genau wie auf den Bildern! Kommunikation problemlos, ebenso flexibler Check-In. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage inklusive. Eine sehr sichere Gegend, das Meer ist Fußläufig erreichbar, bis zum Strand läuft man jedoch eine Weile. Insgesamt eine super Wohnung und ein problemloser Ablauf :)

房间非常干净，面积很大，卫生间厨房都有必需用品，冰箱里还送给我们一瓶水。房间位置离海边十分近，出门就能看见海，还有黑沙滩，风景十分优美。最重要的是房东一家人热情款待了我们，不仅热心地在我们退房后让我们寄存行李在他家，并且在返回后帮我们叫了出租车，还一直陪我们等到出租车来，让我们能顺利退房去到机场，非常感谢一家，此次旅途十分愉快

We hadden een heerlijke week in de Leuke loft , prachtig uitzicht vanuit de bovenste verdieping . Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een welkom pakketje was aanwezig , heel attent van Alexandre 🙏🏻 Het was heel fijn vertoeven , zon zee strand en paar leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

We have just come back from Las Palmas we stayed nine nights and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is exactly as described and perfect for a break,its really well situated to visit LP. Kitchen is well equipped not that we cooked with so many lovely local restaurants but it does have everything you need. The bed was really comfortable with a good quality mattress and pillows. Communication was good we felt right at home. Lovely walks along the promenade and up past Playa El Confital. Would we recommend it yes without hesitation and a big muchos gracias to our hosts

Nuestra estancia en casa de Cinthya fue excelente. Desde el principio, la comunicación fue clara y fluida, con instrucciones precisas que hicieron el check-in muy fácil. La casa estaba impecable, bien cuidada y era muy espaciosa, ideal para una estancia cómoda y relajada. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra visita. Sin duda, recomendaríamos hospedarse aquí y volveríamos en el futuro.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb, which felt like visiting family in a suburban setting. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. The location is great, just a minute from the bus station, with a beautiful village 10-15 minutes on foot. However, after that, there are no sidewalks, so walking along the road can be risky. The house is cozy, clean, and has everything needed in the kitchen. Wi-Fi is reliable, and there are heaters, though we did feel a bit chilly at times. The lighting could use improvement, as some bulbs were out. The dining room has a fantastic view, and the terrace is great for sunny days, though the sunbeds could benefit from some maintenance. I didn’t use the BBQ grill due to water inside and lower quality. Overall, great value for money. I highly recommend this place for both vacations and long workations.

The property was homely and inviting plenty of sheets and towels we needed nothing else to make our stay comfortable. lovely family. highly recommended

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez David. David est un hôte remarquable, très réactif et très gentil! Malheureusement, la météo n’a pas été de notre côté et nous n’avons pas pu profiter du jardin et des espaces extérieurs qui étaient les raisons principales pour laquelle nous avions choisi ce logement… La maison n’en est pas moins agréable et bien équipée, le salon est idéal pour des soirées film et la literie est de très bonne qualité.

Beautiful view from the terrasse, nice outdoor jacuzzi, cozy house, very welcoming host. We were sad to leave, wish we could stay longer. The house is located in a remote area, which means peace and quiet. Be aware that the closest restaurants/grocery shops/hiking routes are ~10 min by car by quite narrow serpentine road. It is not a negative, just be aware when planning your trip.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem den Blick in die Berge. Wenn es zu kühl war (im März), konnten wir dank der senkrechten Markisen dennoch draußen sitzen. Das Tal mit der üppigen canarischen Vegetation ist wunderschön, auch zum Wandern. Der Kontakt mit Borja, dem Gastgeber, war besonders freundlich. Er hat uns mit tollen Informationen zu Wanderungen, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Parktipps und Restaurants versorgt. Leider mussten wir kurzfristig umbuchen, das hat kurzfristig und unkompliziert geklappt. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!

We could have not found a greater place to stay in Gran Canaria. Clemens’ house is lovely and has a lovely peaceful garden full of orange trees. There is a beautiful view! I highly recommend staying at Clemens’ if you are looking for a quite place surrounded by nature. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cordelia, mit vielen Wanderungen in der spektakulären Landschaft dieser Region! Cornelia ist eine sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man erwarten kann. Der Luxus von frisch vom Baum gepflückt Orangen und Zitronen ist toll. Durch das Gekrähe von Hähne und Pfauen in der Gegend sollte man sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist wunderschön! Die steile Zufahrt ist für ängstliche Autofahrer etwas herausfordernd, aber wer die Straßen in Gran Canaria befährt muß sowieso mutig sein! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit in deiner schönen Finka!

Maria-Jose hosted us for three days in Jan 2025. She was always very responsive when we had any questions either before or during the stay. The parking is a big plus as in downtown Las Palmas near the beach, it is impossible to find parking. We walked everywhere with lots of places to buy groceries, eat out, or just enjoying Canteras beach less than 5 min away. You have to take note this is a very lively neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants that open late, so you need to be prepared for that atmosphere. Although the building is an older generation apartment, she updated the place and it was super clean. You have everything required to prepare a simple meal in the well stocked pantry. Overall, it a great location, clean apartment in the centre of Las Palmas ... what else could you ask for!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten drin im lebendigen Stadtteil. Strand in 5 Minuten Entfernung, Busbahnhof Santa Caralina in 15 Minuten Entfernung. Jede Menge Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Sogar einen guten Bäcker gibt es in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Debbie is a very nice host. Really helpful for all you need. She left us wine beers and all for the breakfast includeed in the price. In the apartment there is all you need. The 2 dogs are very friendly and they play with my daughter in the garden.
