Rafael was very communicative and made it very clear and easy for us to check in! The home was very lovely and not far from any places we wanted to visit.

This condo is immaculate, quiet and looks just like the photos. There are gorgeous, panoramic views from anywhere you stand. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you might need. Plenty of bath & beach towels. There are games and sand toys, etc. There isn't a thing the hosts haven't thought about. Just pack your bags and go! Ashwin is friendly and very quick to respond. Everything was clearly communicated. Encanto Resort is on a secluded beach with tons of shells. The only people on the beach are staying at the resort. It is perfect for families, people who want to avoid wild spring breakers, and for those who don't want to be constantly bombarded with vendors. This could be a plus/minus - the resort is a half an hour to town. There are no restaurants at Encanto or Luna Blanca. The snack bar wasn't open while we were there. The Mayan Palace is 5 minutes away and they have a few restaurants. To us, the tradeoff for private, pristine beaches is worth the drive!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful views and overall we loved the resort. Jose was quick to reply when we had questions but overall very easy check in.

Dionisio’s place was just as described and very close to literally everything. Away from crowds so quiet when you want it to be. Any questions I had he responded quickly. Very clean and comfortable! Only things I’d note was I wished there was either paper towels or separate kitchen towels as the only towels we had were our two bath towels and one wash cloth. Additionally there is a great oven available but no adequate pans to use. These things don’t change the rating nor our desire to stay there or the time we had! Just notes for future guests! Oh! And it says “no hot water” on the listing but they DO have hot water!

honestly the house was very nice. Its was perfect for me and my family. Any questions i had host was very fast to respond. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you very much

This condo was beautiful! The view with a wrap around deck on a corner unit was spectacular. The condo is set up perfectly for 2 couples with having private opposite sides of the condo and access to the deck and full bathrooms. The resort has many pools and an amazing beach which is a great place to walk. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was exactly as described, and the room was very comfortable. The suite offers plenty of space, and the pool water was pleasantly warm. The location of the suites is excellent, and check-in was easy. Definitely worth the stay!

This place felt just like home. It has everything you need. From Beach towels to kitchen utensils so no need to pack your own. My favorite thing about the kitchen was the Keurig coffee maker. It has for hot or iced coffee. Great Job Rudy! I can’t live without my coffee. The Beds are so comfortable and were very clean. The living room has a sofa bed, it can sleep 2 people. The restrooms were very clean and it provided extra toilet paper as well as extra trash bags for a longer stay. The resort is very clean as well, the restrooms are clean and has good food as well. The resort had Margarita Monday 2 for the price of one. People are very friendly all around the resort and there’s security 24/7. I highly recommend to stay at Rudy’s if your going to come to Rocky Point. He has been one of the best host I’ve had. Thank you Rudy for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was wonderful. The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we would need.

We love Rocky Point and Las Palomas. Mahesh’s condo was lovely and fit our group perfectly. Host was super responsive and answered all our questions prior and while we were there. Definitely recommend this condo!!

The room was beautiful and exactly what we expected. Christian was extremely responsive and helpful. My family and I loved the room, it was spacious and perfect for a long weekend away. It had great views.
