I loved saying here in the off season! while I wasn't able to enjoy the ground level pools (they weren't heated), the quiet and calm everywhere was so worth it. I think staying in warmer weather when all amenities are open wouldn't be for me. Also, Amber is probably one of the best and most responsive hosts I've stayed with. she was quick, kind, and absolutely helpful no matter the question or issue. would stay at any property she owns!

She's incredibly responsive, super helpful, and can answer any questions you may have—whether it's about parking, late check-out, or other details. The apartment itself is spacious and feels homey. The tennis courts are fantastic, just show up, with lights you can control yourself. The resort is nice—nothing too fancy—but there's a swim-up bar and had a live band on Friday. You'll find plenty of beach vendors, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. The view is truly breathtaking. It’s so easy to arrive: just pull up to the main gate, get checked in with access bracelets, and head straight to the apartment—no need for front desk check-ins or outs. The beach is a short walk away, the gym is nearby, parking is simple, and the whole place feels very safe. Our family loved it and would definitely return. It comfortably fits two couples, with two large bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet's place. The communication was excellent, the condo was lovely and the surroundings couldn't be beat!

This place was beautiful! The first floor location is extremely accessible and makes it easy to go to and from the beach or pool. Everything was clean and the host was well responsive. Would definitely book again!

This place was great for my family and friends. We thought the fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and bathroom soaps were a great addition to the condo. Although the beach is a little bit of a walk, it was nice to walk and enjoy the weather. Same with the pool and it being within walking distance and heated! Thank you for having us!

My guest and I really enjoyed Brenda’s place. She is VERY responsive and super nice. We also ran into her husband during our stay who is just as friendly. From the space, to the property, and privacy everything was perfect. Ants in the kitchen even with 0 food around. But again definitely worth the stay!

My husband and I recently stayed here. The property was perfect for us. Bernie, the owner, helped us out by allowing us to book last minute (literally-we were right outside the condo before we booked it). The owner was incredibly responsive and made the entire booking process seamless, ensuring we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The location was ideal— conveniently close to the beach, heated pool, sky lounge, and restaurants. Our two small dogs Loved being there too. We also appreciated the high level of security around the property. Overall, we had a relaxing getaway in Rocky Point over the holiday season.

Russell’s place is amazing! Right in the beach with all of the basics that you need for a fun getaway. The resort has some really nice amenities! (Pool, games, bar, restaurant) and everyone we met was super friendly. We highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful and plenty of space for our family or 5. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Will was a great host and promptly took care of any additional needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here and plan to be back soon! I've stayed at a few places in Rocky Point and we all agreed this was the best place by far. The view was amazing, better than the pictures. Everything was conveniently close by but in a secure area, the 24 hour security added to that. The condo was spacious and there were more than enough beds. The pool was right by the beach and had enough seating areas that we were able to hang out and still have vendors stop by if we wanted to buy anything. The hosts were responsive and attentive at all times. We had everything we needed here to have a great time!

This was the perfect getaway for me and my family! We had an amazing time, the pool was fresh and beautiful with a great area to relax and enjoy the view from the balcony. Obed was very friendly and responsive and helped us with what we needed and we had no issues with communication!

Gorgeous place to stay! We really enjoyed it for our mini Moon and it had everything we needed.

Loved this resort, definitely the nicest in Rocky Point.. the rooftop pool was amazing at sunset, and the staff was soo friendly.
