Las Condes : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

We had a very pleasant stay in Carolina's apartment. It is exactly as pictured. Very clean, well organized, full of light.The kitchen is small but very easy to cook it. There are a lot of plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots and pans etc. I liked the fact that there is a table to eat at. Many Apts we considered had only a counter. The balcony is a good size for a small apartment and I like the fact that it has netting all the way around - safe for small children. It's a short walk to a subway station - and the subway is quite easy to use to get around Santiago. There are a lot of interesting restaurants with a two or three block radius- pizza, Peruvian, Chinese, local cuisine and two big grocery stores. (we used the Tottus around the corner and over one block). Carolyn was officially on vacation when we were there but reachable by Whatsap and her cousin Siria let us in and explained everything. Both Carolina and Siria were helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. The pool was a good place to cool off. Santiago can get hot in the summer. The building and the neighborhood are very safe, not affected by the current problems going on in Santiago. The apartment felt small after coming from the expansiveness of the desert, but this is how people live in the very densely populated city of Santiago. There was more than enough room for the three of us. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. It is comfortable, very clean and completely secure.

We had an amazing stay at Mabel’s place! The loft was spotless and beautifully decorated. She has beautiful pieces of art that decórate the space beautifully. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beautiful Costanera Center Mall. Mabel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our booking and stay, making everything smooth and easy. I have to mention as well that check out time was at 11pm making it so much easier and stress free for us as our flight back home was late. We 100% recommend Mabel’s beautiful loft.

El departamento muy bien equipado, limpio y ordenado, el entorno muy lindo y tranquilo, no tuve ningún inconveniente, Metro y supermercado cerca.

El alojamiento, respondía a todo lo publicado. Ingrid es muy amable, al pendiente de la estadía. Alojamientones perfecto para moverse a varios puntos de la capital de forma cómoda.

Es el departamento mas acogedor en el cual nos hemos alojado. Fuimos con nuestros 2 hijos. El edificio es tranquilo, conserjes muy amables, buen sector.

Muy buena ubicación, en un barrio muy tranquilo y linda vista. El depto está muy bien equipado, especialmente la cocina. El único espacio de mejora sería la cama, que no estaba en muy buen estado. El aire acondicionado ayuda mucho en los días calurosos. En general, una estancia cómoda y recomendable.

Excelente relación precio - calidad. Muy céntrico, me llamó la atención lo limpio que estaba todo, incluso con olor a limpio. El sector es ruidoso, se escuchan autos toda la noche, pero las ventanas aíslan casi por completo el ruido, y al estar en altura, funciona perfecto. Se siente privacidad. Era mi primera experiencia alojando por la aplicación y fue muy buena. Recomiendo a Nolfa, respondió dudas rápidamente, fue amable y cordial.

Lugar con muy buena ubicación en el centro de Santiago. Mauricio fue muy amable y el lugar era tal cuál mostraban las fotos. Muy recomendable.

Muy recomendable, el departamento es muy acogedor, limpio y muy bien decorado. Tiene todo tal cual aparece en la descripción. Anfitrión muy atento y amable.

Me gustó la ubicación, está en Providencia, la zona es segura tanto de día como de noche y es ideal para ir de compras al Costanera Center, ya que está a menos de diez minutos a pie. Respecto del complejo donde se encuentra el alojamiento, es muy seguro y la atención de los encargados fue impecable. La cochera que brinda el apartamento es muy segura, algo pequeña para estacionar una camioneta, pero de muy fácil acceso.

Mon fils a passé cinq mois dans ce confortable appartement. L’emplacement était excellent pour visiter la ville et aussi pour les besoins de la vie courante. Le quartier est sécuritaire. Les communications avec Stefan étaient facile et il était disponible pour répondre aux questions. Je recommande cet appartement.

Great place to stay for a good price. Great location and very clean. Only thing is no air conditioning so can be a little warm. But very responsive host and willing to help however he can. Highly recommend.

Our stay in David’s home was a true pleasure! The house is beautiful and spacious . The surroundings are peaceful and awe inspiring! The whole process, from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. David was responsive and flexible. Gemma, the caretaker, was so kind and helpful. Available to assist throughout our stay. I wish our stay had been longer. Acomodação completa com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Cama de casal confortável, chuveiro bom e com todos os utensílios. Não sentimos falta de nada. A localização é ótima, consegue fazer muitas coisas caminhando e com transporte público na porta.

Our second time staying with Eduardo . Took good care of us. Unit was well equipped even had spices. Bed was very comfortable. Has a great checkout time.
