We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

Jorge’s place was very clean with a stunning view! The manager, Kimberly was very helpful and responsive! Very nice place if you’re looking to stay on the East coast!

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Manuel was really communicative with us and the house was fabulous. We loved hanging out on the deck and eating dinner while watching the sunset. We saw parrots from the deck too. The location is fabulous. Very close to the airport but tucked into a neighborhood. Great air conditioner. We would stay here again. Thanks Manuel!

Julia was great! unit was available for early check in, she's very responsive and kind. great clean little place!!! locals were all friendly, grocery store around the corner and close to the marina and other activities.

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! We hope to be back!

Really loved Rey’s place. Quiet spot in a beautiful area. Within walking distance to a beautiful beach and many restaurants, close to the airport, and within short driving distance of San Juan and easy access to the highway. The place itself was clean and peaceful, and the patio area was nice to relax in the morning. Rey gave us very clear instructions on how to find the place and recommendations of restaurants to try. Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend others to stay here at Rey’s place.

Anna’s home was perfect! This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we picked the perfect place! We were a 12 minute Uber ride from the airport, check in was super easy. We got our bags unpacked with plenty of closet space and then hit the streets to walk around! We were 3 blocks from so many restaurants and shops and we were 2 blocks from the beach. Anna’s rental had so many things to take to the beach! Chairs umbrella wagon towels!!!! We had such a fun time and I know it had a lot to do with the location of Anna’s airbnb! If you are looking for a wonderful beach stay this is the place to go!!!!!

Great place to stay in when visiting Carolina PR with an even more amazing view of the beach! Host was super responsive and really friendly & undertanding. The power went out for a night & most of the next morning but that’s PR for you lol Alfredo was a great help when this happened and kept me up to date on news on when the power would be back on. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great beach view that won’t break the bank with lots of walkable places to each & at a great distance to uber around anywhere. Will come stay again in the future! :)

Cool boutique hotel in a quaint beach front neighborhood. Easy walking to several restaurants. Parking is a pain during the day but clears out at night. Quick drive to OSJ and SJU. Condado Beach is beautiful and watching the kite surfers was mesmerizing. We rented units 14/15 as a 2 BR apartment. It actually had 4 beds. 2 queens, a double in the kitchenette, and a single bed in the entryway of unit 14. Great for a couple and 2-3 kids or 2 couples.

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

The place was in great condition, and the instructions were easy to follow. Had this cool view to a baseball park where we were able to watch little kids play. Noise wasn’t at all bothersome.

Good place to stay close to everything. Very safe as well and very very good communication. This was my second time staying with them and I loved it. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend

This was such a great place to stay, felt right at home. When I come back to pr I would definitely book this place to stay again. Everything was just like the pictures. Great location right next to the airport. Short drive or uber ride to main areas. I liked how they had a cooler and beach chairs. Overall I had a great stay here.

Excelente lugar , se respira paz un lugar super tranquilo y privado como lo buscábamos . Todo super limpio y organizado , la piscina super limpia y espectacular. Todo super friendly y como en las fotos , solo lleva tu comida y listo. De seguro lo recomiendo y volveremos. Miriam súper atenta y respondía super rápido. 💯

This is a hidden gem in the tree tops, our stay was amazing. The rooftop deck was the best part of our stay, it stays cool up there and it's perfect for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

We have stayed here several times before. This location definitely fits my needs as it is very spacious and fit my family. The host is very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Lo que dicen del gallo de madrugada solo me sucedio 1 noche y no fue mucho tiempo, pero a lo positivo es que me sentia como en CASA, TODA UNA EXPERIENCIA!!! ME ENCANTO Y VOLVERE!!! My family and I Had an amazing time at your beautiful resort. Your home felt like home for us and we loved everything detail of the place. The condo is located in an ideal spot. Thanks to the trade winds, there is always a breeze. The view is beautiful and the beach is fairly private. We enjoyed the restaurants in the neighboring hotel. As avid hikers, we were thrilled to be so close to El Yunque. We also enjoyed the proximity to Fajardo and the amazing bio luminescent lagoon. The condos in this complex are starting to show their age, but overall, I highly recommend it!

I loved my stay!! he had everything inside that we needed from clean towels, dishes, a beautiful view down to beach chairs, and beach mats I’ll definitely be back!! And he was very responsive whenever I had a question I’ll most definitely stay there again!!
