Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

Rachael was a very responsive and helpful host and her home was exactly as depicted - arguably even nicer! We would definitely stay here again.

The location can’t be beat, the house is beautiful and relaxing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable we named it the cloud. We would go back and stay again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have stayed at this property and the sister property next door multiple times over the past 11 years. Clare has always been responsive, professional, and kind. Any time we’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and effortlessly. The property has the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, and the courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach!

What a gem! Walking distance to the beach. Really responsive host. Comfy beds. Quiet location. I hope to stay here again soon. It was a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our Santa Barbara vacation. We particularly loved how close the house is to the nature reserve with beautiful sunsets overlooking the ocean.

Loved the house! It was clean, homey and provided everything we needed. The beds were great!The location was good for walking to restaurants and downtown. Trevor was helpful in giving us some flexibility on check-in, check- out times. A great place to stay.

I loved staying at this place with my six month old son. We had a blast walking to the beach, harbor, activities, and restaurants. The location was so perfect and we loved having our own convenient reserved parking spot. It was also so nice having a pack and play and highchair available to use. Melanie was super responsive and helpful as well. We will absolutely stay here again.
