Great stay, lovely accommodations! We were in the neighborhood visiting family and this home could not have been more convenient. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

The house was great. Close to everything we needed, quiet, clean, and simple. I really appreciated that the host didn’t leave a laundry list of to-do items when checking out. That was the first stay in a while that really accommodated me as a guest and I really appreciated that. Would stay there every time we travel to Las Cruces to visit family.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to visit with our family. It was bigger in person than the pictures show, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend

We needed a last minute rental for 5 near White Sands for the Bataan event. This property was perfect for our needs.

This was a repeat booking and the location is excellent. Our family guests were pleased to have a nice crib for their one year old and the quiet atmosphere gave him and their three year old perfect nap times. Kurt is, as always, responsive to any problems or requests.

Great place to stay and a great access to a large desert park (about a 5 mile drive) to walk our dog. Plenty of room for us and our sons that came to visit for a weekend!!

The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. We felt extremely safe, and it was close to everything. The house had everything we needed. The photos actually don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer than it looks in the listing. And Caz was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue that arose before our stay and he reached out proactively to let us know and discuss solutions, and it really didn’t even impact our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

Very unique place, clean, quiet, great views, close to Las Cruces, but felt far away from people. Highly recommend staying here.

What can I say about Casa Luna? That is not only beautiful, it had everything you needed for your visit. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. This was our second leg of our trip and I wish I would have had an extra day or two to enjoy the home and the area. The views are outstanding and the sunrise was beautiful from the patio. The pool was and added bonus. I will definitely choose Casa Luna as my go to place to stay while visiting friends in the Las Cruces.

The house was perfect for our needs. It’s close to the hwy, Mesilla and NMSU. There is lots to entertain a family, with a pool table, cornhole and the pool with the basketball hoop. Everything was clean & the house smelled clean. The furniture, especially the beds, is very comfortable. It’s just a bit on the $$$ side compared to other properties. Heating the pool was extra and necessary in order to use it. The water was only 55 degrees without heat. Overall, depending on our plans, I’d stay here again.

The place was nice and comfortable. One of the wash clothes had a stain on it and there was a spider in the bedroom that I had to kill. But other than these small issues it was a good stay and the views were spectacular!

Great location, very clean and very comfortable place to stay. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and, although it was too cold to get in, the pool was very clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Wow! What a magical place to stay for Christmas. Lisa went out of her way to make it feel Christmasy for my son that was feeling homesick. House was better than described, everything you could possibly need or want was thought of. We loved our stay!! One thing not mentioned is there are 7 saucer sleds for sledding in White Sands National Park. We had a blast doing that, be sure to buy the wax at the gift shop to make the sleds fly. The hosts were extremely responsive to a small issue we had, sending a plumber over within minutes to save the day. We had lots of fun in the pool and liked scampering over to the hot tub after to warm up. This place was a hit for everyone in the family from grandparents, to us, to our son. Also, the kitchen was really nice and very well equipped. We were able to make a beautiful Christmas dinner easily. There are so many extra sweet touches in this place, you will have a blast discovering them all. Stop searching, just stay here!!!

Amy and Dennis’ home was a perfect place to end our spring break. The house is beautiful, spotless, comfy, spacious and had everything needed. The backyard is perfect, we had a blast swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub, the table was great to have dinner outside enjoying the weather.

It’s was a good stay. We found the televisions and remotes confusing. Weren’t sure what we were able to get. Since neither of us have a gas range , we just didn’t use it. We found the neighborhood quiet and easy for our morning walks. Convenient to the places we wanted to go

Me, my husband and our dog had an amazing week-long stay at the Crimson Cottage. We felt at home the moment we stepped into it - a beautiful backyard with a grill, a generous snacks basket and lots of K-cups (not 4-5 as you would get in a hotel or many other Airbnbs), bathroom amenities, sufficient number of clothing hangers all made us comfortable, like we were at our own home. The kitchen is spacious and has all the appliances and tools you need to cook homemade meals. The house overall is large with two separate living rooms. Our dog (60 lbs golden retriever) especially enjoyed the yard (which is fenced so our dog could run as much as he wanted). I liked that the rooms have individual temperature control. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with any additional requests that we had. The location is also amazing - there are several restaurants within walking distance and it’s just across the road from NMSU campus.

Great place to stay- Everything was in good working order. Monster TV!! Comfortable beds. didn't use the grill or outside but it was as described. would highly recommend!

I can’t exactly pinpoint why but this was probably one of my favorite Airbnbs in a long time - it was just really cozy. I already miss it. I also appreciate that there wasn’t like a million paragraphs of instructions and rules - it was all very simple and straight to the point. Thank you for providing an affordable, pet friendly home in the area 🙏

Lovely place to stay for the weekend!

This was such a beautiful place! Very comfortable and cozy! We had a very easy check in and check out. It was minutes from our families house, so that was perfect. Nicely stocked with necessities. We had a great time!

Overall a beautiful home! Had everything we needed. I felt like the checkout tasks were excessive when paired with the cleaning $120 cleaning fee.
