Las Marías, Santurce : locations de vacances en bord de mer

This was an ideal spot for our visit to San Juan. It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk out with some chairs for a few hours whenever we wanted. The patio looking out on the beach was an amazing place to drink your morning coffee, the proximity to Calle Loiza and Condado made it easy to walk to a lot of great restaurants, and Old San Juan was a short Uber ride away. It was also very comfortable to just hang out inside - the AC worked well and the internet was super fast.

enjoyed our stay. apartment was perfect for my wife and i short getaway. Host helped us get situated a bit earlier. Mi Casita Restaurant is a must for local food, reasonable priced.

Perfect location, clean, and easy to find. Erick was a very quick responder. 10/10 recommend!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

Alfredo was very prompt on all communications and a great host. Clear instructions shared to us. Overall a very good 2 night stay and location was near all major attractions of San Juan within 15 mins Free street parking available. Kitchen to our preference being with a kid could have been more equiped with some more basic amenities for cooking.But it depends and varies from persons and families. Bathroom need an exhaust. Near to beach and shoreline. Overall a great stay for a family of 3 with a 6 yr old.

Geraldine and this place saved our vacation!! The Airbnb we had booked months ahead of our trip cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive due to non-working AC units. In the midst of panic, I found Geraldine’s place and luckily we were able to book right away. The place was just like the pictures - clean, modern and the location wouldn’t be better. All of the communications with Geraldine were clear and my questions responded to in prompt manner. And the icing on the cake was being allowed a late check out since our flight wasn’t until the evening. My kids commented on how they really enjoyed the place and we’d def love to come back again someday! Thank you!!

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

Wow!!! we had to stay an extra night in PR and we are so glad that we found this AIRBNB. we fell completely in love with this space. I can tell that there was a lot of love and small details that created such a peaceful vide. The patio is beautiful and private with a hammock and table and beautiful plants. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The decore was impeccable! 😍. The apartment was clean. We were provided with everything we needed including off spray, sunscreen, coffee creamer (and more). This will be my #1 pick every time I come to PR. I wish I could just rent this place because we are there so often and absolutely LOVE this space. The host is so friendly and amazing. Definitely a must book.

This condo was just what my family of four (parents and two boys, 15 and 12) were expecting. The two bedrooms and living area / kitchen were perfect. We cooked breakfast and packed lunches each day, and chose to go out to dinner nightly. The kitchen had all the right equipment that we could have made dinner if we wanted to. The mattresses were comfortable, the in room air conditioners kept the apartment at the temperature we preferred. The directions were perfect - from check in, during our stay, and check out. We were there during an island-wide blackout, and Lizette’s communication was excellent. She shared where a power back up was, when to expect power to return, and ways to keep the condo as comfortable as possible. She truly went out of her way to make sure we had all info possible, as if it were our own home. She made local recommendations and was able to accommodate an early check in request by a few hours - which made a huge difference in us getting settled. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at Myrna’s place! The location is perfect—ocean-facing, steps from the pool, and close to Walgreens and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and spacious enough for our group of six. We really appreciated the thoughtful supplies in the fridge, like water, bread, and drinks. Myrna was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The beds were super comfortable, and our kids loved watching the ocean and pool from the balcony. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—clean, spacious, convenient, and close to the airport. While renting chairs on the beach was easy, the two provided chairs were a nice bonus. We’d love to stay at Myrna’s place again. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

We stayed at Kat’s lovely place for 2 nights. It was exactly as depicted. The view was unbeatable. Very walkable and peaceful neighborhood in vicinity to the beach and lots of good restaurants. We especially appreciate Kat’s rich recommendations to local foods and to-dos.

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

Very nice place to stay. Literally a block from the beach. The AC worked very quickly and opening the windows was also an option. Outside they had a lot of spaces to hang things which was great because we were swimming almost every day and needed to dry towels and swim suits quickly. The parking could be tight at times but it was excellent to have and there’s a ton of great places to eat within walking distance. The bathroom window does seem to be stuck open but it kept some fresh air in the place.

We had the best time at Caro & Adri’s place this week. The place was less than a two minute walk from the beach and had a beautiful view. The hosts were responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out timing. I fully recommend this place and we will be back 😊

What an amazing stay we had at Beatriz and Victors Airbnb! This is a beautiful sub penthouse on the 21st floor with panoramic views of the San Juan coastline. Unit is a very large studio with an amazing layout, fully renovated top to bottom tulum style. Balcony is breathtaking with a hanging chair, kitchen is brand new with washer/dryer, beds and linens are cozy. Couldn’t recommend this place more, wish it wasn’t booked and we could stay a few more nights!

Our family just stayed in this unit, the apartment was clean and in good working order (AC works great). There are a few things people should know: The location while convenient for me, is very busy and noisy . You will hear airplanes taking off at all times of the day and night. There is a lot of street traffic & you hear all the honking and music. On weekends the pool & beach is very busy so reserve your spots early (the pool is large so there is room to swim) . The beach is right outside the building, while the host does provide beach equipment (a grocery cart which was a big help) you can rent umbrellas & chairs at the beach. The building amenities are a bit dated. Unfortunately the building is not Shabbos friendly, so please keep it in mind if you’re Shabbos observant. If you need to store your luggage after you check out, there is a service that does it, please call 24 hours in advance as they don’t respond right away. Master bedroom bed is a little on small side but comfortable

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. It was exceptional on every level. The pre-arrival communication, reservation process, arrival and check-in process, our stay, and the departure process were all easy, straightforward, and exceeded expectations. Santos, our main onsite contact, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was responsive and genuinely invested in ensuring that we had a great time. If you want a worry-free stay that maximizes your experience in Puerto Rico, I highly recommend this team.

Claudette was wonderful. She was always helpful and was an amazing host. Very fast to respond and always helpful. We loved that the stay was away from the city distractions and we loved the only sounds you hear are the ocean waves. All the furnishings were comfortable. We ate in several days and the kitchen was supplied with the kitchen needs. We tried to leave supplies they could use for the next guest.
