Lorena’s rental was completely amazing! The pictures do not do justice compared to how the place looked and felt in real time. She had a fully stocked home, extremely clean. Always responsive & accommodated me beyond my expectations. Brought a playpen to her home to help me out with my 9 month old baby. I will recommend this home 100 times over and I would love nothing more than to return and stay at this property. 100/10!!!! THANK YOU LORENA

Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)

We had an amazing stay and are so happy we chose this place! The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to a popular bakery (which we visited more than once!) and only about 30 minutes to known areas such as San Juan and La Placita, making it super easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife. The space itself was very clean, comfortable, and super cute; perfect for couples looking for a cozy getaway. The balcony area was definitely our favorite spot to unwind and relax after a day out. Our host was friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this spot if you are looking for the perfect stay in a convenient location with all the right touches. Would absolutely come back!

HIDDEN GEM. This place is a 3-4 minute walk to the famous beach with the PR flag. A 10 minute walk maximum to La Placita. Many restaurants within walking distance, saves a bunch on ubers. Old San juan is about 15 mins away (driving) and the airport is about the same. The location was truly AMAZING! Airbnb was bigger than i thought the photos do it no justice, only constructive criticism i could give is maybe a little more dusting on the decorations, but overall such a good price for what you get. Thank you so much José for letting us stay at your lovely airbnb.

This was such a great Airbnb. It was very spacious and walkable to the beach. There are great restaurants around the area, and it's just a very short Uber ride to Old San Juan or other beaches in the area. The host communicated well, and check-in and check-out were super easy. The decoration was amazing! I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed! We look forward to staying again! There were a few cold drinks provided, a safe, and even tooth brushes! They had everything and then some! It was perfect for the kiddos as well! Plenty of board games, instruments, and a couple arcade games! Very clean and responsive host! Thank you Eddie!

Safe and easy process

My family of 5 spent two nights here. First and foremost let me say this home is immaculate. The location is perfect for anything you could want to do in San Juan. Beds were comfortable. The terrace is amazing and both teenagers spent the majority of their downtime there. It is an urban setting but extremely quiet at night, so don’t let the proximity of stores and restaurants scare you. The area is also very walkable with a playground down the street, nice local restaurants and a grocery close by. The entire family agreed we would stay here again.

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

Beautiful home, it’s pretty in the pictures, but you really appreciate it more when you enter. The hosts welcoming touches really made us feel special entering a strangers home, like you are really welcome and they truly want you to enjoy your time there. And the water, lagoon?, out back is larger than I thought, we enjoyed watching birds, turtles, and even a small crocodile! We were visiting the south west coast of Puerto Rico and decided to stay a couple nights in Carolina to see Old San Juan and be close to the airport. The location and home were perfect!

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

if you want to enjoy pr like a home away from home this place is so adorable..peaceful.. we felt at home and enjoyed the homes serene feel. we felt at easy. this was a hidden gem close to where we wanted to visit and San Juan was only a 20 min drive making easy to enjoy the best of both worlds.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. I was celebrating my anniversary weekend and the location was perfect for all the planes I made. The apartment was clean and we love the quality time that my girlfriend and I spend together. We will come back soon. If you’re looking to stay in San Juan, please book this place, most of the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and groceries are close by.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This place has a perfect little private beach and pool. Jay is a very responsive host. He is friendly and accommodated with anything we needed. We went around spring break so it was very easy to get Ubers to hot spots such as San Juan or Luquillo beach. Would recommend!

Rufo’s place was great- clean , convenient, and with a pool with views of a lagoon. The neighborhood is very walkable and the apartment is well equipped for cooking and your beach needs. We would definitely stay here again. Gracias Rufo!

Milly’s place was perfect for our stay! Very close to the beach, quiet location and a nice common area outside of the apartment with chairs. Milly was very responsive, checked in to make sure all was good. We arrived at the condo around midnight, Milly stayed up to make sure we made it safely to the location and stayed on the phone until we walked into the condo. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
