A great flat in a great location. The sun terrace had beautiful views of the sea and we will be booking again in the very near future.

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica, la casa está súper bien y desde el primer momento te sientes como en casa, con todo muy limpio y tal y como se describe, tanto el proceso de llegada como el de salida es genial, y Laura ha estado siempre muy pendiente de nosotros, respondiendo muy rápido y de una manera muy cercana. Lo recomiendo 100%

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

El alojamiento muy limpio y muy bien acondicionado. El trato con la anfitrión muy bueno

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. La casa está genial ubicada y con todas las comodidades y muy limpia. La comunicación con Domingo muy buena. Recomendamos mucho este lugar y seguro volveremos.

El alojamiento nos encantó bien ubicado, está reformado recientemente y la decoración hace muy agradable la estancia, el sofá cama es bastante cómodo y está muy limpio volveremos sin dudarlo, gracias a María y a su hijo Juanfra nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil gracias a los dos por ser tan buenos anfitriones

Precioso apartamento, bastante nuevo y limpio. Ubicación a las afueras pero muy tranquila. Lo único es que hay algunas escaleras para acceder. El resto maravilloso.

Ich war zu Gast bei Carmen. Über die Winterzeit super liebevolle Frau, Apartment super alles was man braucht. Keine 300 Meter bis zum Strand. Restaurant in der Nähe 50 Meter. Eine bushalte ist auch nahe. Falls nötig ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem. gerne wieder.

What a fantastic stay we have just had made all the better by wonderful host Alvaro. Clear and easy booking process and check in. Accurate description and a great guide pack. It was very quiet as we went out of season but I highly recommend this place in winter. Beautiful sunshine, empty beaches and a warm and comfy apartment. We really hope to come back next January for another four week stay.

El apartamento es tal y como sale en el anuncio y asi todo muy fluido con los propietarios

Lloc idoni per desconectar si t'agrada la natura fent senderisme, cayack, snorkel, bicicleta , disfrutar de platges i sobretot amb cales molt boniques on solsament i pots accedir caminant. Les Negres és un poble on menjar peix i marisc fresc , ben situat al mig del Cabo de Gata.

Aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Mietwagen kam ich erst deutlich verspätet an. Dennoch wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Die von Adrian vorab zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen haben alles sehr gut beschrieben, sodaß ich mich einfach zurechtfinden konnte. Obwohl ich aufgrund der Jahreszeit fast alleine in der Anlage war, habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte selbst im November die Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen!

Realmente, nos quedamos con ganas de mas!!! El sitio es precioso, pareciera que se había inaugurado para nuestra llegada: todo impecable y no faltaba detalle! Fuimos a pasar una sola noche (lamentando no podernos quedar mas tipo) con dos amigas. El piso es precioso, y la atención de su anfitrión, Jose Maria, no podría haber sido mejor. Nos esperó atentamente a nuestra llegada, recibimos todas las recomendaciones para visitar pueblos y restaurantes por la zona y cómo movernos sin estresarnos 😅. Gracias Jose, volveremos y a hacer alguna temporada mas larga!! 🤗🤗🤗

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

We've been in this area before and it's beautiful. The apartment has sea view! in general all views are beautiful from the apartment. Easy access, garage swimming pool those are advantages. In fact this is my first apartments in Spain were I didn't have issue with my allergy. This is Big advantage for me. Also worth to mention I slept there as a child. it so quiet there and calm. We really enjoyed this place. I would decide to come there once again. Thanks Ramses!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos,was easy to find and walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants.We had a car and visited many places along the coast and up to Mojácar Peublo.Jesus gave us some lovely places to visit,we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s out of season but that looked nice. Absolutely no complaints from us.Thanks very much.

Abbiamo soggiorna durante giornate molto calde e ventose. Abbiamo goduto dei ventilatori super moderni senza neanche accendere il clima, che comunque è efficiente e proporzionato alle dimensioni dell'appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato avere 2 bagni e la smart tv. Letti confortevoli. Abbiamo mangiato sul balcone al tramonto. Molto bello. Ed infine abbiamo goduto la piscina quando il mare era mosso. Infine siamo andati a Monsul in poco più di un ora. Posto particolarissimo, ne è valsa la pena. Siamo stati proprio bene!

perfect place for a winter sun get away sun on patio from 10.00am untill sun set in the west over the buildings. very peaceful setting, great view of pool, comfy matttess as I do suffer with a bad back if its a bad mattress, loads of hot running water and a great hot shower lovely area shop's, bars, beach all walkable, felt safe as its a gated property. loved every minute of my 33 night stay, weather was great to for late January 2025 and February. Kitchen well stocked with pans, crockery, cutlery kitchen gadgets. Nicholas as a superb host and responds back if you messsge him about any queries or problems. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I will definitely be going back again to get away from the British winters.
