Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Cuenca del Guiniguada : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Francesco Host super gentile, ci ha consigliato i luoghi piu belli da vedere e per qualsiasi necessità; ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento a pochi passi dalla playa de las Canteras. Zona tranquilla e c’è tutto il necessario per un turista (supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti e bar). Super!

We took bus 60 from the airport to San Termo bus station and then 17 bus to Las Arenas shopping centre.Its a short walk to the apartment from there which is easy to find.The apartment is big and has everything you need to made your holiday very enjoyable. Vidina replied to all our messages very promptly. We would be very happy to stay in this apartment again.

We have just returned from a lovely week away in Carmens apartment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of added extras oils,seasoning, Foil, cling film, kitchen roll etc. The wine and water were gratefully received 😊. Communication from Carmen was exceptional and when I requested a taxi to take us to the airport this was organised promptly. The complex is lovely excellent pool and lots of sun beds, easy access to the beach. A few restaurants and supermarkets close by and a bigger selection in Bahia Feliz which is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away along the coast or 5 mins by bus. I would fully recommend booking and will be likely to return in the future

Il posto è meraviglioso, addormentarsi con le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Molto Pulito e davvero ben tenuto sia l’ alloggio che tutto il contesto intorno, spazi comuni, spiaggia. Lidia molto gentile e veloce nelle comunicazioni.

L' appartement se trouve dans un charmant lotissement, au calme pendant la période hivernale. Situé au premier rang face à la mer, sans vis-à-vis, quel bonheur d'admirer le paysage et surtout le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse ! Malgré notre arrivée tardive, Tonio était présent pour nous accueillir, avec sourire, bienveillance et multiples attentions. L' appartement est magnifiquement agencé, avec tout le confort nécessaire et d'une propreté irréprochable. De plus, la proximité immédiate de la balade jusqu'au phare, et ses piscines naturelles sont un véritable atout supplémentaire. Bref, un endroit idéal pour déconnecter et oublier les tracas de la vie quotidienne !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. le logement est pratique, emplacement très agréable pour visiter la côte nord de grand canaria. Un régal de se réveiller avec la vue sur la mer. Le coin cuisine pourrait être un peu plus moderne et équipé pour cuisiner. Très bonne communication avec Paula qui est très réactive.

L'appartamento è un gioiellino, situato in un piccolo paesino che probabilmente in passato era un villaggio di pescatori. Piccolino ma colorato, allegro, arredato con originalità. La terrazza è stupenda e offre una vista incantevole sulla baia. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Unici difetti a mio parere sono il bagno, che è "aperto" sopra (nel senso che le mura non raggiungono il soffitto, quindi ne risente un po' la privacy :) e la vista poco piacevole delle abitazioni laterali (una è attualmente un cumulo di macerie, se posso dare un consiglio alla proprietà, metterei sui lati della terrazza quel paravento in canne che ha usato sul solarium) ma complessivamente il mio giudizio è eccezionale.

Überragend schöne Lage! Ruhige Nachbarn (zumeist Eigentümer). Gute Grundausstattung! Couch kann spielend leicht in Bett umgewandelt werden. Stets angenehme Kommunikation mit Nathalie/Eric/Katharina möglich und zügige und freundliche Reaktion (zB bei schlecht funktionierendem Abfluss im Spülbecken des Bades kurzfristig Handwerker geschickt, der einige Verbesserung erzielt hat). Kleines Manko, dass das Fenster des Schlafzimmers konstruktionsbedingt nicht direkt nach Außen führt sondern durch die Küche. Die Ruhe und die Lage mit faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen hat alle Kleinigkeiten ausgeglichen.

Excellent accommodation and very responsive host. No numbers on gates of properties created some difficulty when arriving after dark. No instructions of any kind in property, caused a problem when my husband touched a box thinking it might be music streaming to find it was an alarm! Instructed to return keys to key box but when we tried to vacate an hour before appointed time the code had already been changed! Little premature and without informing us. Minor hiccups but a lovely property and host was super responsive

Ren och fin lägenhet med perfekt balkong. Underbart lugnt och fint poolområde. Får direkt svar om man har frågor. Kan verkligen rekommendera den här lägenheten.

Parfait pour un séjour en couple : vue magnifique, cadre calme avec pour seul bruit celui de la mer. Dîner romantique sur la terrasse face à l’océan, un vrai bonheur. Martita et son mari sont adorables, toujours disponibles dès que nous avions besoin ou souhaitions des renseignements. Excellente literie, belle piscine… Des vacances superbes, parfaitement conformes à l’annonce.

Großzügiges Haus in sehr guter, privater Lage mit Blick auf die Playa del Hombre. Keine touristische Gegend, ruhig gelegen, nur Meeresrauschen und etwas Fluglärm. Gutes Restaurant in 100m Entfernung (leider nur Mittags), weitere in Melenara. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.

What a find this wonderful place is! Truly felt at home and had the most relaxing holiday at Daniel’s gorgeous home. Loads of space for 3 of us (my mother my daughter and myself). Really comfortable beds and loads of fluffy towels provided. Posito blanco is a gem of a place. Tbe beach is stunning and lovely and quiet. Everything worked great, the wifi, the smart TV, lovely hot showers. Just a wonderful setting with lots of privacy, pretty houses with white fencing around a pristine pool. The location opposite the shop and near the yacht club is amazing. We can’t wait to go back. Don’t hesitate! Thank you Daniel!

We had a lovely stay in Orlando’s apartment. We really appreciated the lovely terrace and views of the ocean, convenient parking, and flexible check in. A great location from which to explore the north and centre of the island.

The apartment was spacious enough for us four ladies and was situated in a lovely hotel complex which was very smart. The pool and loungers were fabulous and so was the beach. Could have done with some info on arrival about Wi-Fi, recycling but we worked it out! There are recycling bins at the bottom of the road and a bin outside the front of the hotel. The hotel were kind enough to keep our bags on our last day as our flight was in the evening. We appreciated the checkout of 11. Quick response from Anna when we realised there weren’t enough towels. The beds were actually pretty comfortable however a couple of mugs and some bathroom cleaner would have been good. We played padel at Puerto Rico, visited the dunes at Maspalomas via the bus, went to Puerta Mogan a couple of times, had a lovely lunch at Delicias and the ocean beach club is very swish for a coffee.

Victor was wonderful and proactive host with a beautiful venue, which we would love to see again. He was interested in our wellbeing, and gave us a lot of recommendations. The house is even better and bigger than what you see on the pictures. Close to the shops but not in the touristic part of Maspalomas. Lots of places to walk around and also a great place to start a journey every day. Definetely recommend the place!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the place and the terrace was absolutely wonderful, making our mornings extra special. The location is perfect. Our host was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would love to stay here again in the future!

Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeber. Yeray hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sehr empfehlenswert!

Carlos greeted us and made us feel at home. Prior to arriving we had been informed that the pool was not usable. We were given the option to cancel or a partial refund, and we chose to stay and we are very glad we did. Marco and Carlos generously increased the refund when the engineers came to fix the pool two days before we left. The apartment has a lot of character and has great design and clean lines. The dining area is outside yet can be made private with screens. The kitchen has all the appliances and we felt torn between eating at home or going out to the many restaurants in Playa del Ingles. The apartments are surrounded by varieties of bougainvillea that make it feel a magical place to stay. It is just a few steps onto the esplanade with views to the dunes at Maspalomas, and you can watch sunrise from there too. We hope to return to this lovely apartment next year.

Ein wirklicher Geheimtipp für alle Gran Canaria Reisenden! Tolle Unterkunft, direkt am Meer, den ganzen Tag umgeben von Meeresrauschen und der gewaltigen "Kraft" des Meeres. Das Loft ist sehr liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben vor Checkin einen großen Einkauf für die Zeit gemacht, es ist aber auch alles vorhanden falls man es mal vorher nicht schafft (Sehr aufmerksam von Valentina! ). Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super entspannt, sehr flexibles Ein- und Auschecken, Valentina hat uns viele wirklich gute Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben. Absolutes Highlight: in der Hängematte auf dem Bakon direkt über den Wellen fantastische Sonnenuntergänge ansehen! Wir würden definitiv jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für die Schaffung eines so tollen Rückzugsorts!

Une vue incroyable sur le soleil couchant chaque soir, Une terrasse exceptionnelle, Une cuisine intérieure équipée et fonctionnelle, une extérieure très pratique, L'accès privatif au complexe hôtelier et ses piscines ( dont celle à débordement avec vue sur l'océan ), Un lieu magique pour des vacances de rêve, voilà ce que nous retiendrons de ce super séjour. Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons! Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs conseils.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: besonders die elektrisch verstellbaren Stühle sind der Wahnsinn! Ebenso ist alles sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet! Am Abend kann man Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Wohnbereich genießen! Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar! Zen ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber! :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Great home for a lovely short winter holiday in the sun. The walks toward Bahia Féliz is really nice, the poolside terrace was lovely to enjoy the sun. There are a couple of smaller super markets in walking distance, so we could just spend a day just relaxing. Lovely and peaceful neighbourhood and we felt safe at all times. Inma’s home is lovely and super well equipped. She even had prepared some welcome snacks, fruit and wine. Also kitchen and bathroom was really well equipped with all amenities. Lovely stay and I would recommend to others.

Lugar tranquilo para pasar unos días en Gran Canaria. Ten en cuenta que es una zona que no hay supermercados ni restaurantes, tienes que coger coche. Llegamos bastante tarde y Eloina nos atendió estupendamente y nos dejo incluso algo para desayunar. Lo bueno de la ubicación es que tienes aparcamiento en la puerta del apartamento y está a 6 minutos del aeropuerto. Punto intermedio tanto si quieres ir para el norte o sur. Eloina muy amable y muy buena comunicación.
