Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Cuenca del Guiniguada : chambres d'hôtel

Un lieu très agréable en plein centre de Las Palmas, qui est très calme et reposant. La chambre La Gomera était spacieuse et les placards gigantesques. J'ai aimé être dans cette chambre qui est isolée en bout de couloir à côté de la salle de bain commune, ce qui me permettait de savoir, à l'écoute, si elle était disponible ou non. Les espaces communs sont très bien pensés et très propres. La terrasse, où est servi le petit déjeuner, est très agréable et peu occupée la journée, on peut facilement y passer des heures seul(e) à lire ou travailler. Et il est très plaisant d'échanger avec d'autres locataires lors du petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement !

Nos ha encantado el apartamento. Estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación es perfecta. Desde el balcón tienes vistas al mar y montañas. Nos dejaron aguas,cafés,croissants etc de bienvenida lo cual se agradece mucho. No hemos sentido como en casa! Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y pronto volveremos!

Literally two minutes from the beach and easy enough to get to the old town by bus from Avenida José Mesa y López - the number 17 bus or ‘guagua’. Great restaurants and cafés nearby. The studio itself was fine for one person. Nice and quiet and with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. I was very comfortable. The staff were great and helped me whenever I needed it. Very clean, large and nicely decorated room. Terrace is a great place to hang out or work as I did while in Silvia’s place. The breakfast is a good time to meet some of the other guests and I was nicely surprised to see all ages represented, I expected to be the oldest by far and wasn’t. There is no elevator, or rather there is a non functional elevator in the building, and this was communicated after I booked my room. The stairs are narrow and my room was on the second floor, not easy to navigate with a large suitcase but I managed. All in all a very nice stay in a very nice building, Silvia and her team are extremely pleasant and ready to help with everything.

The flat on top of the building was great. The terrace is protected from wind and invites to breakfast and chill on it. There is no ocean view if you dont lean out the window. But the appartment offers anything you wish for. There is a daily cleaning service (they do not speak or understand english). They do an amazing job, cleaning and washing and even do the dishes. I never met such a great and friendly service at an airbnb. We got fresh towels almost daily, fresh bedsheets I think once a week, hard to say as it all was very clean! The elevetor goes up to the 5th floor, while the apartment is on the 6th, so if you and stairs are not friends, you might wanne consider another room in this aparment building. We stayed for 10 days. There are 2 seperate sleeping rooms. There was some humming noise, day and night, but it was stable, so we managed to sleep just fine. The kitchen is very well equiped. We cooked every day. Theres a microwave / oven, a toaster, 2 coffee makers, and even a juice press for fresh orange juice (recommended!). Internet was ok, TV in one sleeping room and the living room. The pictures show exactly what you get. The reception is always there to help, but the only person speaking english is Javier. Google translate helped just fine and we managed to communicate with everybody for anything we needed. There are supermarkets around every corner, the beach is just two minutes away and there are restaurants and playground closeby. We stayed with a kid and it was a perfect flat for that! I hope I manage to get back to Gran Canaria and I would love to stay in this appartement again as I had such a great time!

This is such a great place! I stayed here for two nights and would like to come back again. Lots of hike routes around the area. The dinners and breakfast are delicious and filling. Stuff is very friendly. I would recommend. ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Veintiuno! It was such a calm, peaceful and refreshing experience - we came home feeling completely rested and recharged. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location itself was absolutely perfect, we’ll definitely be back. Big thank you to the staff, as well as Paco & Alex for being so kind and hospitable!

Such a beautiful city hotel! We enjoyed the terrace very much and all the lovely interior details. The service is so welcoming and breakfast is fresh and delicious. Perfect location to stroll around the streets of Las Palmas.

Antonio es una excelente persona y un gran anfitrión. Es muy amable,siempre está pendiente de lo que uno necesite y está dispuesto a ayudar. Mi esposo estuvo enfermo un día y Antonio,amablemente, le ofreció un caldo casero hecho por su esposa y Paracetamol;eso hizo que mi esposo mejorará rapidámente y pudiéramos seguir con las vacaciones. Viajamos con nuestra hija de 3 años y nos gustó que en la casa había juguetes que ella pudo usar, además llevamos poca ropa para los 8 días que estuvimos y allí pudimos usar la lavadora, detergente y suavizante sin problema. También había toallas, shampoo, gel de ducha, etc., y en la cocina todos los días para el desayuno había fruta disponible de manera gratuita. En general nos sentimos como en casa.Para terminar las vacaciones Antonio nos llevó al aeropuerto de regreso en su coche, por un precio muy cómodo, en comparación con lo que podría cobrar un taxi. Gracias Antonio por su amabilidad!! Seguramente regresaremos:)

Muy amables en todo momento , la llegada fue flexible fuera de los horarios establecidos y como fue informado anteriormente no nos pusieron ningún inconveniente. Un trato de 10 y el alojamiento muy bonito. Lo recomiendo 🫶🏻

Would definitely recommend not to far from yumbo center and step out the door right on the beach would definitely stay again

The place and the stay was absolutely amazing for the money we paid. It’s some sort of a French manor in the middle of tropical surrounding and signing birds. The property has a huge stunning private botanical garden that was a pleasant surprise to us, we enjoyed it every day. The reception ladies were friendly, one shift didn’t speak English but in 2024 it’s not an issue with translator :) Breakfast was good: fresh scrambled or boiled eggs, fried bacon/sausages, cold cut, fruits, yoghurt, bakery etc. 24h good coffee machine is a nice extra. Worth mentioning that you can get anything extra you need, just ask friendly and you’ll have it :) Like a personal triple portion of hot scrambled eggs, or 2 extra warm blankets to use as an extra fluffy mattress layer who prefers softer beds, or laundry service for only 10€ - a pleasant lady washed, dried and folded with love all our clothes. People who works there love their job!We felt it too! <3 We absolutely recommend this place!
