Super netter Kontakt, der uns auch beim Checkin einige Tipps zur näheren Umgebung gegeben hatte. Zwei Schlüsselpaare ermöglichen es, auch mal getrennte Wege zu gehen. Die Dachterrasse ist natürlich ein Traum. Ansonsten war alles wie erwartet und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Parkplatzsuche kann gelegentlich ein Geduldsspiel sein, dann am besten direkt ins nahegelegene Parkhaus fahren.

What a perfect place that I’d recommend to anyone. The host is very communicative and the apt is in an amazing location with restaurants, supermarket, beach, and shops all a two minute walk away. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous and the balcony adjacent to the apt is nice as well for having meals. The apt was super super clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The a/c in the living area was very cold when you needed it and the bedroom fans were more than enough for a comfortable sleep.

Hyggelig og positiv vert. Svarte raskt på alle henvendelser. Rolige omgivelser med en fantastisk utsikt. Meget bra renhold, litt «slitent» bad og kjøkken.

Our stay at Linas place was wonderful! We always sleep with open window and you could hear the ocean all night, very calming 😊 you can also see it from the window which is very exciting and of course it also means, that you can reach the beach very quickly! the beach closest to the place is a bit small and windy (good for surfing!) but you can walk a few hundred meters along the shore and you'll reach a typical holiday beach. In the apartment you find everything that you need for a day at the beach (sun umbrella, towels...). there's a kitchen in which we could prepare our food (stove but no oven, microwave) and there are shops and everything you need close by. We'd definitely recommend staying at this beautiful little place in Gran Canaria!

We stayed in this nice apartment for one month and we loved every day. The apartment is really well equipped with all things you need. Our son visited us for a couple of days and slept on the sofa, no complaints. We have booked the apartment again for next winter.

Maurizio est un homme gentil et agréable. Très réactif et à l'écoute de la moindre question. Le logement est superbe. Meilleur emplacement possible. (Petit conseil: la pizzeria et les empanadas argentines dans la rue en face sont magnifiques). Le logement est bien équipé et j'ai eu à ma disposition plusieurs appareils. Même une machine à laver ! ☺️ Ah oui, le lit est très confortable aussi, 1m80 pour 2 personnes c'était magnifique. J'ai hâte d'y retourner!

We verbleven er met 2 gedurende 2 weken in Januari. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, in een groot, afgesloten wooncomplex op 5' wandelen van een supermarkt en op 15' van het Meloneras strand. Het huis zelf is prima en praktisch ingericht, er is veel extra materiaal (speelgoed, fietsen, parasol, bodyboard,…) dat je mag gebruiken. Zeker voor gezinnen is het geschikt. In het wooncomplex wonen ook veel gezinnen. De meeste straatjes in het complex zijn autovrij. Isabel en zoon Gabriel ontvingen ons hartelijk bij aankomst. Richard bezorgde ons een hoop adresjes van restaurants en winkels evenals tips voor activiteiten. De communicatie verliep heel vlot. Wat ons vooral beviel : -de mogelijkheid om zowel in de zon als schaduw te zitten aan het huis, -het ommuurde voortuintje (privacy), -de veranda, -rustige ligging zwembad, -de garage. Wij kunnen het alleszins aanbevelen! Tip: Het is een oudere smart-tv waarmee je niet kan casten met Google Home. Een HDMI-kabel naar onze laptop loste dat op.

El trato fue espectacular desde antes de volar hacia Gran Canarias, Olga siempre atenta con respuestas rápidas y pendiente siempre de nosotros en todo momento, el alojamiento super limpio, muy ordenado y con olor maravilloso, así da gusto de llegar a los sitios. Si le sumas que nos dejó unas bebidas, ya no hay nada que mejorar. Lo que mas destaco del alojamiento es la tranquilidad de la zona, que no había ningún ruido que no fuese el mar y sobretodo las impresionantes vistas tanto desde el baño, como del dormitorio y la terraza. El alojamiento no es tan complicado de llegar como parece, se llega por un camino con poco tránsito de coches y de todas formas, Olga te lo deja todo clarito paso a paso para poder llegar sin problemas. Sin duda ninguna, volveremos a Canarias y volveremos aquí. Muchas gracias Olga por el trato, demuestra mucho el corazón que tienes. Un abrazo.

Diese Unterkunft hat für uns 5⭐️ plus verdient. Der Empfang durch Marian und die Besitzerin Maria Jesus war super herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen, geräumig, hat eine riesige Terrasse und natürlich einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und wir hatten alles was wir für 15 Tage benötigt haben. Wir haben uns wirklich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt und das nicht nur, weil Marian uns mit den Worten "Mi casa, es tu casa" empfangen hat. Gebucht haben wir für 2 Erwachsene und unseren 4 jährigen Sohn. Wir können das Apartment definitiv für Familien empfehlen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten problemlos direkt gegenüber vor der Garage von Maria Jesus parken. Egal was wir brauchten, Marian war 24/7 für uns erreichbar. Selbst als wir am Airport die vergessen Jacken im Schlafzimmer feststellten, bedurfte es lediglich einen Anruf bei Marian und sie hat sie uns gebracht. Zwei absolute Herzensdamen. Muchas Gracias por todo ❤

Wir wären für eine Woche mit zwei Kindern da und würden sofort wieder kommen. Das Haus ist toll und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der Blick von der Dachterasse ist traumhauft und auch die Kommunikation mit Juan lief super. Die Nähe zum Hafen und zum Strand waren perfekt. Es gibt tolle Ausflugsziele direkt vor der Tür, aber auch mit dem Auto sind viele schöne Orte gut erreichbar. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, an einem besonderem Fleckchen Erde.

We had a wonderful stay at Katjas beautiful house, second year in a row. Clean, nicely decorated, great view and location.

Tutto impeccabile. Siamo stati per 3 notti per un addio al celibato in 8 persone e c'era veramente tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e anche di più. Bellissima l'area esterna con jacuzzi e veramente essenziale la presenza di 4 bagni. Camere spaziose e letti comodi, cucina ampia e moderna. 5 stelle meritate!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: besonders die elektrisch verstellbaren Stühle sind der Wahnsinn! Ebenso ist alles sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet! Am Abend kann man Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Wohnbereich genießen! Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar! Zen ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber! :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Thanks to Virginia for letting us share this little bit of paradise. The communication from start to finish has been first class and the restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. The apartment was fabulous and in a perfect quiet location. The views of the sunrise each morning were something we will never forget. We have enjoyed the holiday so much that we plan on returning to this apartment.

Helt super plass å være. Gangavstand til alt men samtidig rolig og avslappende plass. Balkongen var helt magisk, det var det rommet jeg brukte mest. Tydelig og god kommunikasjon hele veien. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sehr saubere, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Freier Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen.Restaurant, Supermarkt, Strand alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kimmunikation. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Lägenheten är toppen och är precis så fin som den är beskriven. Läget är helt oslagbart precis på stranden. Allt du behöver finns i lägenheten och allt är rent och fräscht. Det tog lite lång tid att få svar på frågor om incheckning och utcheckning men allt löste sig till slut.

We have just returned from a lovely week away in Carmens apartment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of added extras oils,seasoning, Foil, cling film, kitchen roll etc. The wine and water were gratefully received 😊. Communication from Carmen was exceptional and when I requested a taxi to take us to the airport this was organised promptly. The complex is lovely excellent pool and lots of sun beds, easy access to the beach. A few restaurants and supermarkets close by and a bigger selection in Bahia Feliz which is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away along the coast or 5 mins by bus. I would fully recommend booking and will be likely to return in the future

Aivan loistava paikka, paratiisi sinulle joka kaipaat rauhaa ja aurinkoa. Suosittelen autoa vuokralle, näin saavutat helposti kaikki saaren ihanuudet ja parasta että asuntoon kuuluu parkkipaikka ihan talon vieressä. Myös isoimmat kauppa ostokset on mukavampi kuljettaa. Mutta myös bussit kulkevat useasti mm. Puerto Ricoon ja hinta edullinen. Asunnon terassilta kaunis ilta auringon näkymät merelle ja lähi seuduilla ihania uimarantoja useampikin. Aivan loistava kohde ja ihana vuokraaja 💯😎👌

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem eben erst renovierten Appartement. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne geräumige Badezimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein kluges Schiebetüren-System angenehm ruhig und gut abzudunkeln. Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. zum Arbeiten genutzt – da sich nebenan eine Schule und ein Kindergarten befinden, war es tagsüber oft etwas lauter (zum Arbeiten am besten Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer mitbringen). Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Wir können das Appartement jedem empfehlen.

We spent 4 weeks here in January/February. We were met by Silvia’s father Gilberto who was kind and helpful. Silvia was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Silvia had provided a welcome pack of fruit, juice, water, ham and cheese, cooking essentials. WiFi was excellent, I was able to work. The balcony is in the shade during the winter but it was lovely to sit in the cool looking at the beautiful view of the sea and hearing it crash on the shore. There is a great pool and communal sunbathing area where you can lie in the sun overlooking the beach. The location of Playa del Águila is very quiet and peaceful, one good restaurant a few minutes walk away. It was a flat 20 minutes walk along the front to Bahia Feliz which has a beach bar and about 5 good restaurants. It is more of a strenuous walk to reach San Agustin which has plenty of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is a few minutes away with excellent service along the coast. Loved our stay.

Thank you Sandro. We have just spent a perfect week here. It’s in a superb location, close to everything you could need. Shops, restaurants, buses, taxis, the harbour and of course the beautiful beach. Swim early to get it all to yourself (nearly). Will definitely book again if we return to Puerto de Mogan any time soon. The apartment itself is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Oh and let’s not forget the roof terrace which is absolutely perfect for eating, drinking, or simply lounge around 😍
