Las Palmas de Gran Canaria : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Cassa Boissier is a great guest house. Everything is very well organized. They do breakfast and they have a lovely pool which we enjoyed very much. The rooms are really nice and clean. It was great to be here and we’re already planning our next visit. Thank you.

Excellent séjour à la Casa Boissier. Tout était parfait : la communication en amont, les instructions, le lieu, très agréable, propre, calme, dans un quartier résidentiel, à mi-chemin entre le centre historique (accessible en bus en 15 min) et la plage de Las Canteras. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet très complet (sucré et salé), la personne qui s'en occupe est très gentille. Thé et café à disposition toute la journée. Mobilier tout neuf, chambre bien aménagée, nombreux placards, lit très confortable, serviette de piscine mise à disposition, etc... Tout était parfait, je reviendrai dans cet établissement avec plaisir. Seul point négatif, qui n'est pas lié directement au logement : la possibilité de trouver une place de stationnement dans le quartier n'est pas aisée.

Wow! Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen! Es gibt nur 10 Zimmer und eine total moderne und saubere Gemeinschaftsküche, sowie ein stylisches Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer! Unser Zimmer (9) war im 2. Stock und es gab leider keinen Aufzug. Wir hatten direkt zwei Dachterassen mit tollem Blick. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ hochwertig und auch für Vegetarier ausgelegt! Der beheizte Pool war im November noch geöffnet und war genau die richtige Erfrischung bei 25 Grad! Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser kleinen Oase mit viel Stil und Gemütlichkeit! Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung zum Flughafen und in die Stadt (Haltestelle ca. 300m entfernt! Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

My stay at Raúl’s home has been wonderful. The place matches the profile perfectly. Best location for sunbathing on Las Canteras, shops all around, bus station near by. Regarding the host, he’s always been responsive to my requests, friendly and respectful concerning privacy. Recommended host and place with total confidence!

Elena Marina era bastante amable, me preparó el desayuno cada mañana y me do botellas de agua y bocadillos para mis aventuras. Me recomendó sitios bonitos, me ayudó con el autobús y la llegada a su casa. Fue un poquito difícil encontrar pero estaba pendiente en la ventana esperándome cuando llegué por la noche y lo aprecié muchísimo. También su espacio es perfecto para una persona o pareja, muy privada y situada cerca a la playa y estaciones de alto bus. Gracias por todo (:

Ich war wirklich reif für die Insel und durch Enzo Canarias hatte ich dann einen guten Start in einem sehr schön eingerichteten Appartement unweit der Laufwege durch die Altstadt. Lediglich die Parksituation fand ich nicht gut von Gran Canaria geregelt. Im Grunde kann man als Tourist nicht entspannt parken. Eine Stunde ist selbst für Anwohner zu wenig. Alle kassieren ein Knälchen nach dem anderen😂. Nächstes Mal würde ich auf den hervorragenden Nahverkehr setzen und keine Auto mehr mieten. Dann ist es noch entspannter in der schönen Wohnung.

El piso es tal cuál las fotos, la terraza para disfrutar de un buen desayuno o de un atardecer es muy top. La zona es muy tranquila y Guaci en todo momento respondía rápido.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is 2 minutes from the beautiful beach of Las Canteras. There is a Spar supermarket directly across the road which is really handy. 10 minute walk to Santa Catalina stations which has buses to all over Las Palmas and the island in general. There are easily accessible ferries to Fuerteventura and Tenerife if you fancy a day trip. Lots of restaurants and bars very close to the apartment. A short bus ride to the old town is well worth it. There's a major shopping centre (Las Arenas) about 20 minutes walk away and also a Corte Ingles about 15 minutes away. Berta provided all the linen, towels etc and left a few treats for us too. We got really good advice on places to eat and visit which we followed. Next time I'm in Las Palmas I'll check out the availability of Berta's apartment

We stayed in Telde for a bout 6 weeks and even though we experienced the worst calima in the Canray island in 40 years, and got it topped upp with the Corona epidemic we very much apreciated our stay. With the baker just across the street, two grocery stores within less that 5 min walking distance, an excellent butcher in the same house and a couple of good restaurants close by, one would be hard pressed to find a better location. It is not far from the old town and the commercial district. Parking is also not much of a problem with a large parking space in front of the the house, even though it can get quite busy from the early ours. If there is any negatives it would be the school yard not far off that can be bit noisy specially at midday when all the kids are out playing. The flat itself is well suited for a longer stay, with a well equipped kitchen, with TV (even though we missed a english speaking channel or two) and excellent internet connection. The large terrace with all the flowers and a view of the old town and the distant sea in one direction and the mountains in the other, was a real boon, specially in the later days when the Corona curfew kept us indoors, Beatriz is a very attentive and helpful hostess, quick to respond when asked. We must espicially thank here for helping us out when our flight back where cancelled and then overbooked.

Diego is a great host and made me feel at home! He made arrival and check-in very easy, communicated very well during my stay, and provided everything I needed or wanted! The apartment was comfortable and clean. I was traveling to Gran Canaria by myself and spent several days working all around the island. This location was central and convenient for me base my trip from.

julieta ist ein äußerst liebevoller, sympathischer Mensch. auch wenn unsere Kommunikation durch sprachbarrieren etwas behindert war, habe ich mich schnell herzlich und ehrlich aufgenommen gefühlt Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ein eigenes Bad und eine centrale, gut zu erreichende Lage der Wohnung. Alles in allem eine gute Empfehlung!

If you want a holiday far away from the tourist ghetto of Maspalomas, be in nature, walking trails and cycling in the mountains, this is your place. It’s not the easiest to reach, the road to get there is a bit scary at first but it’s all well worth it. A rental car is a pre-requisite. Very secluded, very quiet at night and far away from any restaurants or groceries (except the small one downstairs owned and run by the host) Kevin and his family were excellent hosts. They were full of suggestions on how to explore the area, provided maps and e-bikes for various walking and cycling activities. They are always available and quick to respond to any queries and helpful if there is any issue. Breakfast is included in the price. The rooms are cozy and clean. The bathroom is very clean and the common kitchen is decently equipped. The nearest town with supermarkets and a petrol station is a 15-20 min drive away. Plenty stunning views in the area and beautiful sunsets. Would definitely go back

Un lieu très agréable en plein centre de Las Palmas, qui est très calme et reposant. La chambre La Gomera était spacieuse et les placards gigantesques. J'ai aimé être dans cette chambre qui est isolée en bout de couloir à côté de la salle de bain commune, ce qui me permettait de savoir, à l'écoute, si elle était disponible ou non. Les espaces communs sont très bien pensés et très propres. La terrasse, où est servi le petit déjeuner, est très agréable et peu occupée la journée, on peut facilement y passer des heures seul(e) à lire ou travailler. Et il est très plaisant d'échanger avec d'autres locataires lors du petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement !

Angenehme Atmosphäre, da sehr kleine Unterkunft mit wenigen Zimmern. Gute Lage zwischen Strand und Bergen. Jedoch ohne Auto weniger zu empfehlen. Klare Kommunikation und flexibler Check-in. Alles sauber und ordentlich.

Very clean, large and nicely decorated room. Terrace is a great place to hang out or work as I did while in Silvia’s place. The breakfast is a good time to meet some of the other guests and I was nicely surprised to see all ages represented, I expected to be the oldest by far and wasn’t. There is no elevator, or rather there is a non functional elevator in the building, and this was communicated after I booked my room. The stairs are narrow and my room was on the second floor, not easy to navigate with a large suitcase but I managed. All in all a very nice stay in a very nice building, Silvia and her team are extremely pleasant and ready to help with everything.

Soggiorno perfetto! La stanza era pulita, accogliente e molto curata. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e attenti a ogni dettaglio. Torneremo sicuramente!

Eine Oase mitten im ansonsten kargen aber beeindruckenden Gebirge. Liebevoll und kunstvoll gestaltet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch kulinarisch vorzüglich versorgt. Man muss damit rechnen, vom Hahn geweckt zu werden, der seine Hühnertruppe auch mal vor der Haustür zum Spazieren ausführt. Dafür gibt's leckere Eier von den Mädels. Zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Trail zu Grabstätten der Ureinwohner der Insel erreichbar. Die Betreiber bieten auch Events mit dem Katermaran an. Das wird morgen getestet. Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

The refugio is located in small hamlet near the end of world. The building used to be an old school that is nicely renovated. There are multiple hiking possibilities in the neighborhood (ask Nicola for tips) and a good place to disconnect for a couple of days. The view is amazing and there is also a beautiful roof terrace to chill. Nicola is very welcoming and also a good cook. The breakfast is tasty with local products. The dinner are traditional Canarian dishes made with love. I visited the place a second time because I liked it so much. Hope to visit it again!

Wir haben 9 Nächte bei Nicola verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nicola hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für Wanderungen in der Umgebung aber auch für die ganze Insel gegeben. Das Frühstück, welches inklusive ist, war unfassbar gut! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Absolut empfehlenswert!
