Las Palmas : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Stefano war bei unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns rein gelassen und uns kurz erklärt was es wo gibt . Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Wohnung im eingezäunten Bereich mit einem elektrischem Tor ( praktisch um Fenster / Verdeck offen zu lassen ohne Taschen / Wertsachen aus dem Auto nehmen zu müssen) Alles war wie beschrieben , sehr sauber und auch die Lage war für uns Perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Marco & Carlos was very nice to deal with. Responded quickly to any queries we had. We asked for a late check out because we had a late evening flight and it was no trouble at all which we were delighted about as we could have lunch in the apartment before we left and also got to sit by the pool for our last few hours. They have thought of everything even down the shopping bags and trolley which was so useful to have. I would highly recommend them as your hosts.

Peaceful area, good location . very comfy large bed, fab shower, everything provided for cooking etc , loved the swimming pool and loungers . Lorenzo was great at communicating and let us stay a little longer on checkout morning which was really helpful .

Just returned from our stay at Sea View Villa with my young family. Everything was perfect. Julie and Peter had gone above and beyond. They even had a little Christmas tree set up and also some presents for our young girls to open on Chritmas Day. This was well and truly greatly recieved, but completely unexpected. Bed guard, cot and stair gate. All basics to settle you in plus many extras. Spotlessly clean throughout. So comfortable, we all felt right at home immediately and settled from the first evening, which was Christmas Eve. Beautiful views of the sunrise over the Atlatic from the master bedroom. We had stunning blue sky's everyday. Great location being close enough to everything but based in a peaceful location. Perfect for exploring the whole island. We had a car for the week and ventured out each day. Beach is stunning and the water was carpet calm and so clear. Top top hosts all round! Friendly, inviting, helpful and went over and above.Thank you for a wonderful Xmas

Lara was the most attentive, friendly and helpful host. We could not have asked for more. She was on hand with local suggestions and knowledge. It was a pleasure to stay in her villa. The Villa was lovely, airy & spacious with a pool and sunbathing area. The sun is at the pool for most of the day but there is a comfortable space with sofa and armchairs in the shaded area for hotter days. The beds are super comfy and the shower has roasting hot water (two of our must haves). The Villa is 7-9 minutes drive from the centre of Corralejo and easy distance from lots of other places and restaurants/ supermarkets. I would not hesitate to recommend Lara as a host and her lovely villa. We had a very chilled and relaxing holiday. X

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Check in war flexibel möglich. Die Lage ist ganz gut, praktisch ist der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Jedoch befindet sich die Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet, daher hat man keine besondere Aussicht, dies war aber auch nicht anderst beschrieben :) Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen fast zu groß, man hat sich manchmal etwas „einsam“ gefühlt. Für 4 Personen optimal. Sonst eine schöne und großzügige Unterkunft.

Alex est un hôte réactif , sympathique, nous avons passé un excellent moment chez lui. Dans le centre dé Teguise à mi chemin de tous les sites à visiter. Merci

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb and stayed here for one month. The house is in a perfect location—situated in a quiet and peaceful part of Lajares, yet just a short walk into town. It was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The outdoor space in front of the house was a lovely bonus, providing a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Sara is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. She was incredibly helpful with any questions I had and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Her hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay, and I would absolutely return in the future!

Stare da Sabine e’ stato come essere a casa. Non mancava nulla, tutto molto bello e colorato in un’area un po’ riparata ma molto vicina a bar, ristoranti ecc. Il materasso e’ appena stato comprato ed e’ favoloso, non avevamo mai dormito cosi bene. La casa di Sabine e’ piccolina ma molto accogliente e con tutto il necessario. Sabine e’ stata un host molto amichevole ed ha risposto ad ogni nostra esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Großartige Unterkunft! Marco & Carlos sind hervorragende Gastgeber, fühlte mich von Beginn an für über 2 Monate zuhause, konnte professionell arbeiten (leistungsstarkes WLAN, separater Arbeitsbereich), tolle Lage (fern von überlaufenden Touristenecken sondern mittendrin im lokalen Leben, dennoch fußläufig alles zu erreichen), wunderschöne Wohnung (clean, praktisch, stilvoll) und eine traumhafte Terrasse. Jederzeit und sofort wieder!!!

Espectacular lugar de descanso. Ideal para familias con niños. Las playas tipo lagos no muy profundas. con grandes charcos. El alojamiento ideal en medio de un paraje inigualable. A una distancia de paseo de 10 minutos al pueblo. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias a Ben y su equipo por dejarnos disfrutar de su alojamiento.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für 2 Personen benötigt. Lena und ihr Mann haben sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert, bei Bedarf waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und kurzfristig vor Ort. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Woche auf Gran Canaria und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und komfortabel und man ist schnell auf der Autobahn um Ausflüge zu machen. Für zwei Personen bietet die Wohnung alles, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht.

The apartment was lovely and we felt right at home. We arrived early and Helena was there to greet us warmly. Juan had arranged for a driver to and from the airport which was very helpful and at a discounted rate. Juan was also very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had. The view from the apartment is spectacular and the sunset is stunning. Lots of little touches like a supply of tasty coffee, an ironing board which was newly purchased especially for us and soft blankets to stay warm on the windy days....for us it was most of the week so these were a god send! A big thank you for the absolutely wonderful cleaning lady Mirtha who was just a delight and who looked after us very well especially on the last day when we were allowed to leave our suitcase until it was time to leave for the airport. A beautiful part of the island and we would recommend staying at this comfortable and welcoming apartment.

David was the perfect host from start of booking to end, any messages responded to immediately. We messaged when we were left airport and he was there to greet us on arrival. We were supplied with bottled drinking water for duration of our stay. The apartment location is perfect, couple minutes beach one way and 5 mins town other direction. We don't use cooking facilities when on holiday, apart from tea and coffee but I m sure there was everything needed in there. Apartment was like shown on photos, very comfortable and very quiet. Even though David lived on site we didn't see him but knew he was there if needed There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this holiday was the weather!! out of David's control . It was very windy and very cold in evenings, but wrapped up in jackets didn't stop us getting out and about. The apartment was cleaned midway through with clean bedding and towels. We will definitely go back to David's place.

This ground floor apartment is within a few steps from the shared well kept pool. There were always sun beds available but you have to be brave to go in the unheated pool in January! The complex is very quiet day and night but only a few minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of spare bedding and towels. The apartment had everything we needed for our month stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était conforme à la description, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme des lieux. Un grand merci à l’hôte. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Veldig hyggelig vert, svarte raskt når vi hadde et par spm. Alt var topp bortsett fra at forrige leieboer hadde glemt mat kjøleskapet. Ikke noe stort problem for oss, men burde vært oppdaget av renholdspersonalet. Nydelig sted, stille og rolig nabolag, flott utsikt fra terrassen.

2nd stay here quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the strip Lucia was always able to answer any questions we had hopefully be back again in the future

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

Beautiful stylish apartment , the outside dining area , kitchen and bar is a real bonus. The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is comfortable plenty of storage space The shower is powerful with high end products .Plenty of towels including beach towels . The pool is the icing on the cake ! Playa Blanca beach is 5 minute walk and great for a swim, picnic and hangout .Caleta de Fusta is 15 minutes on the bus & great for swimming , plenty of shops restaurants and sun beds. Forty minute stroll along promenade into the heart of Puerto del Rosario or take the bus . Excellent restaurants, big shopping center with hyper market that has butchers , fish & cheese counter - taxi back 5 euros . Queli and Conradio were the best hosts . Collected us from airport and dropped us off . Researched information we needed. Oh & there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us.

L’appartement était parfait pour nos vacances entre amis. Proche de deux supermarchés et non loin des plages accessibles en voiture. Attention aux futurs locataires : le parking souterrain requiert une bonne maitrise des manoeuvres.

This place was just perfect! Just as big as it looks in the pictures and the location was bang on! If only we had another week out there to actually chill out in the apartment as we were so busy exploring the island everyday! Would definitely stay there again....thank you Gino and Sara! ⭐️🥳

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem kleinen Sohn in der Wohnung. Es war wirklich traumhaft! Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist wirklich überragend.
