Our stay was made a great experience from beginning to check out. Juana’s place was very clean and comfortable. It was as described in the photos. Juana was responsive to our inquiries. The views were spectacular. I could have looked at the view all day!

We enjoyed our stay at Yessenia's apartment. Thank you for hosting us! -Location wise is an easy drive to the center of Gurabo. Easy drive from off the highway as well. -Check in process and communication with Yessenia was spot on. It was nice having the car port to park under. The Unit was spacious enough for a few folks. AirCon worked extremely well! -Location is by the highway, however its mostly just white noise that you will hear. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. -Few downsides were similar to another reviewer. Water pressure, while was low during the day wasn't to big of an issue. The hot water that we were hoping for didn't come through and took some cold showers. Maybe an electric hot water heater for the shower would be a nice addition. The internet was definitely spotty as well, again not the end of the world, mobile signal worked well in the location. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The condo is located in an ideal spot. Thanks to the trade winds, there is always a breeze. The view is beautiful and the beach is fairly private. We enjoyed the restaurants in the neighboring hotel. As avid hikers, we were thrilled to be so close to El Yunque. We also enjoyed the proximity to Fajardo and the amazing bio luminescent lagoon. The condos in this complex are starting to show their age, but overall, I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ola 15. We did a week-long family trip with our youngest at 1.5 years old and the oldest at almost 80. The place worked great for all of us is perfect for a multi-generational group. The house itself is comfortable and flexible, with lots of sleeping spaces and a nice big kitchen. A few notable points about this house: * Amazing view. We spent LOTS of time on the balcony. * Punta Santiago is away from the crowds, yet close enough to drive to tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. * We walked to the little grocery several times a day - fresh bread, fresh donuts, bananas, avocados ... * The beach has very few people. We were there on Spring Break - but no crowds at all. The beach felt like our own. * Ocean here is great for swimming - shallow and sandy with only small waves. * The house is well-equipped with beach stuff (including a rake for the seaweed on the beach) * Shirley & Michele were very responsive. I wanna go back!!!!

We felt safe in the gated community and the house exceeded our expectations. If we are ever on that side of the island again, we will definitely stay here again!

Lots of space, simple and clean, comfortable. Sonia is nice and easy to work with and responsive. The location is great, close to things to do and good beaches. Beautiful view, and wonderful balcony to soak it all in. Fully supplied kitchen, very functional. Overall, a great stay for the 7 of us, very happy we chose this place.

This property is absolutely stunning, conveniently located in the foothills of El Yunque, and also very close to San Juan. The walk down to the river is great and relaxing, and the outdoor cat, Michu, is adorable, and the views are really nice. Felipe was very nice and responsive. Check out The Hitching Post only 5 minutes away. Food and cocktails are awesome.

Our stay was only one night, but the amazing location next to the rainforest, rock water slide, and a beautiful waterway just steps from the front door made it feel like a great location for a longer stay to explore the rainforest. This spot is a nature lover's dream. Even though there are other properties close by, this property felt private, safe, beautiful, and like an introduction to the rainforest. The owners also appear to be actively working on improvements, plantings, etc. on the property, which would make it exciting to see again in the future.

Rick is a superior host, kind and communicative! The house was everything we could wish for. Steps to a beautiful beach, and a private pool, gorgeous views! Just perfect!

Its an amazing locating it near by great restaurants and beaches the inside of the house is nice and comfortable rooms are comfortable as well the host Emily communicates very well and is there to help you whit anything you need. This place was just as described in the listing with an updated kitchen. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we visit the area again.

El lugar es súper cómodo. Se notaba la limpieza desde el momento que entrabas y sentías el aroma. Todo estaba ordenado. La cocina estaba completamente abastecida. La ubicación es súper conveniente. ¡Recomiendo esta estancia!

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Gorgeous view ! Very quiet property - perfect for relaxing. Access to pools right in front of condos. Lots of amenities on the property if you don’t want to leave and can get an uber to go to close by towns if you don’t have a car (except for Ubers not allowed in Yunque park). We would come back and will recommend to others !

This place is spectacular! Gorgeous views, the most relaxing balcony, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and beach equipment, beautifully decorated rooms and great communication from our host. He was fantastic! I could go on and on. Our family was in awe from the moment we walked in and saw the huge windows and the view. My kids spent hours out on the balcony in the hammock and I enjoyed morning and evening reading time out there as well. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

Overall, our stay was well worth it! Leslie is an excellent host. Appreciated the bottle water already in unit. Right next to El Yunque and only 25-30 min from San Juan. It would have been nice to use the oven. There was a post it on the appliance that said under repair. We were craving a frozen pizza and were unable to cook it. The WiFi is also pretty spotty. We were there for vacation so not a huge deal to use my hotspot on my phone, but anyone working remotely would need to be aware of this. The location is unbeatable and the view exactly as described. The AC worked well in both living room and bedroom and the washer dryer in unit was amazing. Parking is definitely tight and we rented a Kia Soul. I will definitely be back to utilize same air bnb next time I am in PR, mostly because my husband fell in love with Don Pepe restaurant down the hill from place. Definitely a must do if renting this air bnb.

The Airbnb is located in the perfect location. Only 3 minutes away from tons of food places, convenience store, bakery, and gas stations. Very peaceful area and I loved the pool. Scenery was beautiful also.

Great place for our mini fam vacation! Our toddler loved the kiddie pool and the playground right around the corner. We loved the space and the amenities the Airbnb provided. Close to Luquillo beach (less than 10 min), el Yunque (~15 min). SJU is about 35 min away. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Over all, great spot and great location!
