Me and my friends enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it had everything we needed for our short stay. We loved the decor makes you feel cozy. It's in a great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants, also safe with guard at the gate. Check in and check out were smooth. Vanessa is a great host, she replied very quick to my messages with a very friendly/approachable actitud. I highly recommend Vanessa's apartment!

overall, a great experience at Desires place. she was communicated and offered great suggestions. her place was perfectly located just out of the main drag where it was quiet but still walking distance to everything else. There were just a few quirks here and there, but nothing that was a big deal. Overall, it was a good spot for the price we paid.

Muy complacida con el alojamiento. El apartamento es muy agradable y cómodo y se encuentra ubicado dentro de un conjunto residencial hermoso. Dafne una persona muy cordial atenta a los requerimientos solicitados. Sin duda volvería a alejarme en tu apartamento Dafne. Ojalá que para el próximo viaje, la vía pública se encuentre en mejores condiciones

Excellent emplacement du logement dans Las Terranas. Vraiment le gros point fort ! Vraiment proche de tout et du centre (2-3km) mais offrant pourtant une réelle oasis à l’écart de l’agitation. Au niveau du logement : Une terrasse qui donne directement sur le jardin. Pratique et agréable. Le lieu est sublimé par un entretien millimétré du jardin et d’un magnifique étang qui traverse la propriété. Une piscine qui se réchauffe au fur et à mesure de laverie journée et à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage. 1 matelas King size tres qualitatif et 1 matelas nous semblant un peu plus petit mais aussi confortable. À noter une laverie automatique bien pratique dans la résidence. Communication efficace avec Béatrice qui a su régler les petits problèmes rencontrés.

highly recommend this apartment if u want to enjoy the city life of Las Terrenas but without hearing the noisy street. It's a perfect location where all is walking distance. The complex itself is rather new and beautiful

I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

Nous avons bien aimé loger chez Gosia et Jonathan. L’appartement est tout près de la plage et il est très facile d’y aller à pied. C’est un quartier très calme où nous n’entendons pas le bruit de la ville. Plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité. Gosia répondait très rapidement à ses messages. Ils ont également organisé notre transport du Airbnb jusqu’à l’aéroport ce que nous avons apprécié.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor patio had great views of the pool and complex. When small issues arose, Valentina was quick to respond and resolve the problems immediately. We felt safe with the complex security at the front gate who were both friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for trips to the beach, restaurants, a local supermarket and a short walk to downtown. We would love to return and stay in this complex and recommend this place to anyone visiting Las Terrenas.

Escogí el lugar para celebrar conocer Samana y celebrar mi cumpleaños, las fotos no le hacen Justicia a lo hermoso que es el airnbnb, acogedor, higiénico, con muy buen olor y muy bien equipado. Y por último pero no menos importante, el Sr Andrés muy amable y servicial. Definitivamente volveré ♥️

Die Kommunikation mit Cedric verlief reibungslos. Er hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und war stets hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz und sieht genausoaus wie auf den Fotos. Es war sehr sauber und bietet auch eine schöne große Terrasse. Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Dadurch hat man nicht die beste Aussicht, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Direkt neben dem Zugang zum Gebäude ist ein eigener Parkplatz.

Un alojamiento con excelente condiciones para un descanso total, súper cómodo. Un súper anfitrión que es muy servicial siempre esta disponible. Lo súper recomiendo no se arrepentirán.

Séjour exceptionnel. Nous avons séjourné chez Nuta durant 12 jours et tout était parfait, autant le lieu que la situation géographique dans la ville. Ayant de la famille sur place nous n’avons pas pu participer à des moments d’échanges avec les autres résidents mais la convivialité était bien présente. Je recommande l’endroit à 100%!

Excellent logement dans un endroit super tranquille. Grand balcon, très propre bien décoré et a proximité de la plage (batiment M). Une mention spécial à Mélissa qui a été une hote très réactive et à répondu très rapidement à nos demandes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour d'un mois dans ce superbe environnement.

We spent 7 weeks at La Pluma. Our hosts Maruscha and Miguel were always attentive to our needs. Very helpful with suggestions and advice . The apartment was very clean and comfortable . It is always a pleasure to have a well equipped kitchen with decent pans and utensils to cook with. We had no complaints with the rental and if we get back to Las Terranas we would stay there again if it was available.

A mi esposa y a mi nos encantó, justo lo que queríamos y necesitábamos para nuestro aniversario de casados, tranquilidad, paz, comodidad, una piscina frente a la habitación, realmente un remanso de paz. La comunicación con Yaniel es 1A, pendiente a todo desde que realizamos la reserva, también la comunicación y trato de la Sra. Dilcia quien es quien maneja las cosas del apartamento fue 1A, el personal del proyecto también muy educado y amable, definitivamente recomendamos este apartamento al 100% y volveríamos con los ojos cerrados.

Mi esposo y yo amamos este hospedaje, definitivamente vamos a volver. Es un lugar tranquilo, nos sentimos muy cómodos, el apartamento es hermoso y está bien decorado. El ambiente de afuera es perfecto para disfrutarlo desde el jacuzzi, puedes escuchar el canto de las aves. Mi esposo tiene muchas alergias y no tuvo ningún problema. Ronny es todo un caballero, muy amable y fue flexible con el check in.

Una experiencia increíble! El apartamento es amplio, limpio y acogedor, con una vista al mar espectacular. La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar, cerca de hermosas playas. La terraza con BBQ fue un gran plus para compartir en familia. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre disponible. Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100%.”**
