Las Terrenas : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Uwaaoo que lugar tan increíble definitivamente 10/10 impecable con estilo y la playa hermosa ideal si vas con niños pues no tiene olas. Las terrenas es un lugar con mucha influencia italiana así que si quieres comer comida italiana este es el lugar allí encontrarás los mejores restaurantes. Lo único es que el restaurante que hay en la villa no tiene mucha variedad de comida y el precio es un poco elevado pero a unos 7 minutos en carro hay gran variedad de restaurantes donde puedes comer lo que quieras. Sin duda volveremos a este lugar por más días. Muchas gracias.

This is a hidden gem in Las Terrenas. The residence is clean, quiet, 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Delicious on site restaurant and very walkable all around town. Excellent and More Excellent. Thanks Robson and staff.

Excellent séjour a Casa Valentine, villa impeccable et vue à couper le souffle sur la mer Piscine très agréable bien que l'eau soit fraîche mais comme partout en République dominicaine. L'employé de maison Ingrid est aux petits soins et une cuisinière hors pair, vraiment un gros plus qui rend le séjour magique. Je recommande a 1000%

El proyecto está muy bien ubicado, la comida del restaurante deliciosa (las pizzas 10/10). El apartamento súper amplio, muy bien equipado. El servicio extra de la mucama 10/10. Nuestro anfitrión súper diligente, a toda hora disponible. Sin duda un lugar que volvería a visitar.

Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue excepcional. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y de los mejores restaurantes de la zona.El apartamento estaba impecable, bien decorado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia relajante. El anfitrión Máximo fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para responder cualquier pregunta o recomendarnos lugares para visitar. Además, el entorno es tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sin duda, mi familia y yo regresaremos en los próximos días.!

The three bedroom house is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday in Las Terrenas. The villa is very private and well placed for activities on the Samana peninsula. The pool and the open kitchen are the centre for sunny outdoor activities.

Excellent logement dans un endroit super tranquille. Grand balcon, très propre bien décoré et a proximité de la plage (batiment M). Une mention spécial à Mélissa qui a été une hote très réactive et à répondu très rapidement à nos demandes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour d'un mois dans ce superbe environnement.

We had a wonderful stay at Christian’s apartment! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. The property is well maintained, and the complex is very secure and in excellent condition, giving us peace of mind throughout our visit. The pool and beach are absolutely pristine, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Las Terrenas. On top of that, Christian was always available whenever we had a question, making the experience even smoother. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-kept, secure, and hassle-free place to stay!

Excellent emplacement du logement dans Las Terranas. Vraiment le gros point fort ! Vraiment proche de tout et du centre (2-3km) mais offrant pourtant une réelle oasis à l’écart de l’agitation. Au niveau du logement : Une terrasse qui donne directement sur le jardin. Pratique et agréable. Le lieu est sublimé par un entretien millimétré du jardin et d’un magnifique étang qui traverse la propriété. Une piscine qui se réchauffe au fur et à mesure de laverie journée et à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage. 1 matelas King size tres qualitatif et 1 matelas nous semblant un peu plus petit mais aussi confortable. À noter une laverie automatique bien pratique dans la résidence. Communication efficace avec Béatrice qui a su régler les petits problèmes rencontrés.

It’s our third time back, so that should say a lot about how much we love this spot! We feel right at home, love the staff, and appreciate the friendly and responsive communications if anything comes up (not problems to report though!)! This is a beautiful spot along a spectacular stretch of coastline - we hope to continue to come back for many years!

Nous avons passé un mois formidable, c’est notre quatrième fois chez Franck et Nathalie ils sont super sympathiques ,ont se sent comme à la maison tout est parfait dans un bel environnement, luxuriant et une merveilleuse piscine. Le tout est sécuritaire à 100 %, n’hésitez pas!!☺️

Exactly as described. Wonderful pool. Comfy bed with mosquito net. Screens on windows, but it’s the Caribbean and so a couple mosquitoes will definitely make their way in. Not a big deal. Kitchen has the basics. Nearest supermarket is about 17’ walk and I suggest walking there only during the day (dark country roads). Very close to beach. No air conditioner but in March this was absolutely fine. Good ceiling fan and another standing fan available. Very easy to get into the condo (door code). One point of criticism: the name of the condo complex wasn’t so clear in the instructions of how to get there and there are also two driveways: one is an exit for vehicles and the other is an entrance for vehicles, but on foot you may enter either. Overall highly recommend

Visite esta villa hace 6-7 años y es incredible como la encontré en perfectas condiciones. Super amplia, las camas muy cómodas. La host Maria siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. El servicio de Maribel y el señor que atienden la villa es excelente y hicieron nuestra estadía mas plasentera.

The view from the house and the pool is breathtaking. The architectural design is super intelligent, masterfully blending the house into its environment. The placement of the bedrooms ensures excellent privacy. There are no AC because they're not necessary, as ventilation is excellent. The caretaker of the house and her son are both helpful and delightful. Scott the owner provides good communication. The road leading to the house is a little hidden and the walk path to the beach isn't very self-guiding. Our family had a memorable stay and would do so again without hesitation.

House was amazing, looked even better than in the pictures. Host was super responsive and helpful. Walking distance to a beach with allocated space there is definitely a plus.

We stayed for one month. It was very clean and a good price. The beach being right across the street was very nice. Also walking distance to everything, including grocery store and many restaurants. I read about other guests complaining about noisy location , however if you close the windows and turn on the ceiling fan, noise was pretty minimal. Franck was very quick to answer any questions, very helpful, and he even drove us to the grocery store for our first groceries. Very good experience.

The house was beautiful! Honestly , the photos did not do it justice. The space was perfect for my large group of guests. We were a party of twelve with children. The breakfast chef was amazing, had I known I would have booked her each morning. The rooms on the main floor were clean and smelled fresh. The room on the second level, seemed a little missed on cleanliness of the floor and mirror , other than that it was perfect. Check in and check out was simple and easy.
