Great place with everything you need. Has 24h security. There is a large public (for residents) swimming pool and restaurant/bar 5min walk. Direct access to the beautiful Playa Bonita with private loungers for residents. The sea was perfect for surfing but not for swimmers. However, if you walk along the beach towards the large rocks/bushes you will find a very calm waters perfect for swimmers. You can observe small crabs 🦀 in the sand as well. For shopping with big variety of product head to Las Terrenas- 5-7min drive. There you will find everything you need. Also for ATM, we used Triinet Puerto Plaza. The blue one takes less charges (a % of what you take). Don’t miss the trip to Salto el Limón- this was our highlight! you can drive there yourself and hike without a guide in dry season. Or you can take horse ride trip- we took it as it was very muddy after storm. I would not recommend taking lunch though- the food was served cold and overfried. We have enjoyed our stay!

Excelente estancia, muy limpia, equipo super atento y servicial. Siempre con una sonrisa. La ubicación es excelente... A 6 min de la playa o el centro de la ciudad , a 15 del salto del limón, cerca de supermercado...parqueo amplio. Es tan fresco que no necesitamos el aire acondicionado. Divino...definitivamente un lugar excelente, donde sin duda regresaremos!!!!

We had a few issues at first, but Julian had them resolved quickly. The place is lovely and the location is great. The staff and grounds were perfect. Highly recommend. We will stay here again!

xeliter goes above the Airbnb experience. They were always very on top of anything we needed. highly recommend. The apartment it's nice, close to a beautiful beach and the jacuzzi worked very well.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse... cuenta con todos los servicios, cerca de buenos lugares, cuenta con estacionamiento y sobre todo mucha amabilidad de parte de los anfitriones

My second stay in Vickys place and all because of her responsive atitittuded very nice and i only stay at her AirBB when i visit Las terrenas It is not Luxury but comfortable and very clean. Great night life and beautiful beaches.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wunderschöne Terrasse und direkte Lage an an den schönen Stränden von Coson Bay. Etwas außerhalb von Las Terranas gelegen, sehr ruhig, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Man konnte von der Wohnung jederzeit ein Mototaxi zu zweit für 300 DOP nach Las Terranas nehmen, was sehr unkompliziert war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nidias place is beautiful and she was an amazing host, helping us resolve any issue or question that arose. We appreciated the well- equipped kitchen but also walkable to several restaurants. This was about as perfect and easy as you can get for a beach getaway!

Un apartamento hermoso súper cerca de la playa, te vas caminando! El lugar apropiado para grupos grandes, fuimos 9 amigas!!! La pasamos genial. Victor nos atendió cuando lo necesitamos y con repuesta inmediata!!

El proyecto está muy bien ubicado, la comida del restaurante deliciosa (las pizzas 10/10). El apartamento súper amplio, muy bien equipado. El servicio extra de la mucama 10/10. Nuestro anfitrión súper diligente, a toda hora disponible. Sin duda un lugar que volvería a visitar.

This property was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony. The area was great for my family and friends with activities like surfing and boogie boarding for some, while others were able to enjoy the pool or walking on the beach. It was nice to have access to the chairs by the beach. I would stay here again!

This review is for unit #9 because there were some issues with this unit. Stephany was immediately attentive and showed up in person to accommodate us and to move us to a different unit. Unit 9 was comfortable, very light and airy, the water pressure and hot water were amazing, the bed was very comfortable. We work online on zoom video calls and we had a very good Internet connection. Stephany is a great host; always responsive and attentive when things came up. She even helped us out when we had a flat tire on our rental. We were here with our dog and she loved the garden area. The only issue with the area is that you’ll definitely hear the motorcycles but unless you’re far from town and next to the beach, you’ll hear them. We recommend this spot!

Excelente ubicación para ir a restaurantes, bares y la playa.

My partner & I stayed at stephany’s place for a little over a month. Overall our experience was relaxing! Kitchen was fully equipped + updated, wifi was stable enough to work on and there was a weekly cleaning service! This location is near plenty of produce shops, grocery stores and within walking distance to a few beaches. the neighborhood feels very authentic. stephany & her staff were friendly and helpful!

À 5 minutes à pied de la plage, 10 minutes des commerces. Tout près de très bon restos et de plages sublimes. Raùl et son équipe nous ont bien accueillis et ils ont répondus à toutes nos petites demandes. Il ne manquait de rien, presque pas de moustiques (arrosage fréquent), belle piscine chaude et propre, terrain clôturé et sécuritaire. Les autres locataires sont aussi tres accueillants, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour! Merci beaucoup!!

El apartamento es bastante acogedor, limpio y bien equipado. Nuestra estadía en el lugar fue bastante tranquila y libre de inconvenientes. Por situaciones adversas, hicimos la reserva de último minuto y la respuesta fue casi inmediata, la host es muy amable.

El apartamento estaba limpio, decente y bien equipado. Al estar en un primer nivel, se sienten sonidos de personas hablando cuando cruzan o algún vehículo. Está en una zona residencial sin mucho flujo. El parqueo da hacia la calle y es un poco estrecho. En general, muy bueno para el precio.

Stephany hizo todo muy fácil, responde rápido, siempre está atenta y fue muy amable al ir a buscarme al terminal de buses para facilitar el check-in. El depto está bien equipado y es muy cómodo.
