what's more could we have asked for? the location was great, only minutes from a grocery store, and the palace station, which was a great place to get our feet wet gambling. The strip was only minutes away as well. We also did some tourist stuff and found the location convenient for that too. The layout of the house gave us all privacy when needed but offered great gathering spaces. the pool table was level, the hot tub was hot and the heated pool was my favorite part. When I come back to Vegas with a group, this will be the spot I hope to get.

내 집 같이 편안하게 지낼 수 있어서 아주 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 깨긋한 주방은 요리하는 사람들을 즐겁게 했네요. 수영장도 너무 보기 좋았지만 날씨때문에 이용하지 못한게 너무너무 아쉽더군요. 다음에 베가스를 온다면 다시 한 번 빌리고 싶을 정도입니다.

We felt right at home at Carlos's place. Easy check-in, very clean home with a nice layout. The kitchen was perfect, and the beds were all very confortable. Great place to stay if you plan on visiting Vegas.

Randy was super helpful answered all our inquiries right away and the home was perfect, all the amenities we wanted. Very clean. We were in town for work and having a clean home to return to each day was so nice in such a busy city.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and it was great. Chelsea was super responsive and the overall experience was fantastic. Recommend for anyone staying with family/kids.

Ronalds place was exactly as described. He was very responsive to any inquiries we had. The house was large enough to accomodate the 7 of us. We did have our parents with us who are seniors; the only recommendation is to have at least 1 walk in shower. Otherwise, the location was close to shopping and grocery stores. Clean pool and hot tub, didn't have a chance to enjoy though. Location is only 20 mins from strip. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Jenny’s home was a great spot for us to start our trip to the Grand Canyon and Zion. We were close enough to climb at Red Rocks for a morning and the kids played at the pool. Close enough to Trader Joe’s to grab some groceries as well. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair too! Great to have two bathrooms for our family of 5.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The house was spotlessly clean, everything worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was so pleasant. It was the ideal setting for us to enjoy some truly wonderful moments with our family. Highly recommend!

Great location, and great space for a group! We were close to everything, and house was comfortable and easy to navigate. A few extra towels and kitchen amenities would make it even better for cooking and staying with kids. This was a great place to stay, thanks for having us!

Janet is a top notch host and the place comfortably slept 8 of us who were in town to see a show at the sphere. Location seemed to be 15 min and a $20 Uber ride from anywhere that we ventured (Strip, Fremont, and Airport). Very convenient! The surrounding area left something to be desired as there isn’t much in the way of stores, coffee shops, or restaurants to walk to. The house and backyard itself though, offered a nice setting to hang out and catch up with each other. Kitchen was plenty big and had everything necessary to cook a nice big breakfast for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something easy and affordable for your group. Thanks Janet!

I loved staying at this home, I didn't want to leave. my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool & we enjoyed the table in the backyard as well. The only thing I'd have "bad" to say is I thought it was a little strange that there was a man, I'm assuming it was Isaac, on the day of check out that was in the back yard before our check out time, he did no harm was just cleaning the pool I believe but it was kind of alarming when it's just myself & 2 daughters. My dog was the one that had found him first & she was on high alert. & I couldn't get the shower in the master bedroom to heat up so I ended up using the other bathroom to shower. Other than that the place was beautiful, in a very nice quiet neighborhood, not too far from the strip. I would recommend staying here.

This place was perfect for me and my family, we were so comfortable and it felt just like home. It had a zen and peaceful vibe, just what we needed for our vacation trip. We had everything we needed close to the house. A great place to stay again if I revisit. 🙏🏼

The house was great; but really unique for multiple people who aren’t family in that all 5 bedrooms had their own en-suite bathroom. Place was clean and comfortable and the communication with the hosts was great… good access to the strip, canyon trails, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean house, 15 or 20 minutes from the street, depending on traffic. We were a group of 9 and we fit in well. They welcomed us with some snacks and water. It was a nice gesture.

We had a fabulous stay in Feb 2025. 5 adults & 3 kids under 7 and we fit easily! Baby even had his own room with provided pack & play. Although it wasn’t pool season we enjoyed the hot tub every single day. Kids loved the backyard play set as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals as a family. Keyless entry was easy to use and Shane was so helpful and responsive with any questions that came up. Only 20 mins to the strip - 20 mins to red rocks - tons of grocery stores and restaurants around. The location is quiet and so gorgeous. Lots of local free parks nearby as well. If you have kiddos you have to visit the springs preserve. We went two days in a row! Paid 60$ for an annual pass for the whole family. Well worth it. Spent 5 hours there each day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again :) can’t wait to come back and use the pool!!

Nice place, the sleeping area looks more spacious in person than in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, no issues.

Location is great. Kierston is really friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the hottub bu overall it was a good experience.
