Our family Loved this property! There was something for everyone! Taking our family to Vegas allowed us to have family oriented fun at this house and enjoy the NFR! Great support and help for a couple small things we asked about. So helpful! We would love to stay here or another one of Rick’s properties again! 5 star!

Amazing house with plenty of space for all who came. It was cozy when needed to spend time together and we also had our privacy when needed. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels, clean sheets, and even some laundry pods. Only downfall was the backyard was under construction so we were unable to enjoy the backyard when we returned back to the house. We look forward to booking again for August

Thank you Bruce and Inviting Spaces for accommodating and having my whole family in your home! We had a family reunion for 16 members and this home was the perfect place. Whenever I had a question for extra blankets and towels, Bruce responded very quickly and guided us where they were located and still offered if we needed extra blankets. I highly recommend this home. It was only a 10 minute ride to the strip. I would stay here again!

The house was a perfect Spring Break getaway for our family and friends! We had toddlers to teenagers and there was something for everyone. It is a large house with plenty of room in shared areas to have game night and meals together, but also areas to have a quiet break when needed. We enjoyed the pool and asked for it to be heated due to the chilly weather we experienced. The outdoor dining, fire pit and loungers were great and we would have used them more if it was warmer, but those traveling to get a little sun will certainly love the outdoor living areas. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots, pans and utensils to make meals during our stay. The location is close enough to the strip, making it easy to experience Las Vegas activities without being in the heart of the city. Valerie was very responsive, polite and professional. Excellent host and wonderful property!

Hodi was the perfect host! She was very responsive and accommodating to our group. The house had everything you could possibly need. The location is off the strip, but it is a quick 15 minute drive there or Fremont St. I would stay here again any time I am back in Vegas!

We enjoyed our stay the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was very friendly and responsive. The children love the pool and hot tub. The house was nice and clean easy check-in easy checkout will definitely stay again in the future.

Great stay for six people. Everyone has their own bed and five people had their own room (one double room). Living area had a large couch with a TV. Table was set upon arrival. Clean and easy for a four day group trip. Great location ten minutes from the strip and less than five minutes from the nearest grocery story. At the end of a secluded cul-de-sac. Hot tub was a nice addition and the patio has outdoor furniture. The only room for improvement is there were not enough toiletries so we had to run out to the store.

Valeriy was very responsive to questions. Home was just as described. Loved the pool table and arcade game. Kitchen had everything we needed. Home was very clean. Great experience.

Great place to stay. Host was quick and friendly with messages. The house was clean, dog friendly, and had plenty of space: 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen with lots of seating at the table and island. The house looked exactly like the pictures in the profile. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip, 15 minutes to Fremont Street, and a short drive (~5 minutes) to stores and restaurants. The backyard’s large with a hot tub and fire pit. EV charger in the garage. Would definitely book again.

Andi was very accommodating. Easy check-in. We had everything we needed in the house. There was plenty of space and overall plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Thank you for such a great stay Andi.

Notre séjour en famille chez Weixiang s'est super bien passé. La maison est grande, fonctionnelle et les espaces agréables. Bien que le logement soit à seulement quelques minutes du strip Las Vegas, le quartier est très calme.

We loved how close this was to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas yet far enough removed to be peaceful and relaxing. We were on Spring Break with our two teenage boys and they thoroughly enjoyed all the yard space to roam and play on, plus the pool table and basketball hoop. We felt very safe with the private gate enclosing the property. Our dog had space to roam and felt right at home. We had way more space and number of beds than we needed, but we would definitely rent this house again because it was so much more enjoyable than staying on or very close to the Vegas Strip. We just might bring another family of four to enjoy it with us. We recommend staying at this property - it was a unique and fun experience that added so much to our stay in Las Vegas!

1970s custom house remodeled and decorated as a model home. It worked very well for a family gathering for Mom’s 91st birthday. Roominess was great. Large table for meals (brother in law was chef in a casino). Pet friendly. Only a few glitches. No toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Promised coffee wasn’t there (fortunately a Starbucks a few blocks away), but then the provided coffee maker didn’t seem to function correctly (my wife put eight cups of water in but only two went through). We ran out of garbage bags, and had to provide our own. No pot holders or dish towels. Had to provide own charcoal and brush to clean grill outside. Lots of paper towels and toilet paper provided.

Nice place and centrally located for climbing. The hot tub was also super nice after a long day! The house was missing some essentials like dish sponges or enough towels for 8 to shower and hot tub but also 5 minutes away from a grocery store so that was pretty convenient. Good stay overall

We felt right at home at Carlos's place. Easy check-in, very clean home with a nice layout. The kitchen was perfect, and the beds were all very confortable. Great place to stay if you plan on visiting Vegas.

A great place to host our group while we were in town to visit family. The space was very accommodating to our group of 9, including 4 children ranging in age from 4-11 years old. Plenty of space for us all, and the pool, pool table, and foosball kept everyone entertained. The house is conveniently located, just a short drive to the strip or any other activities.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The whole house was absolutely pristine! The mattresses were very comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, peaceful and family oriented. I hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

The stay was great! We had a bachelorette party with 12 girls and everyone fit comfortably. The backyard/pool was awesome and the house was as expected and very clean. Our only real surprise was how far the house was from the airport and the strip. It took almost an hour to/from the airport and at least 30 mins to the strip. Not sure what made us believe it would be closer so that may be on us! I would say it was a fairly good value for the money as we split it so many ways but I do believe it was a bit overpriced for the quality of beds/overall furnishings and distance to the city. Overall nice stay and glad we found something big enough!

Great communication from beginning to end. Had everything we needed for our stay, towels, toiletries, cleaning products. Clean sheets and pillows. Overall, great stay, would recommend to anyone. Only gripe was pool and hot tub wasnt able to be heated, maybe due to weather.

Talia was amazingly responsive to any request or inquiries that we had. The house was amazing. The pool was amazing. Everything was incredibly clean and I look forward to coming back here and staying here every time I’m in Vegas.

We really enjoyed staying at Arman’s place. What impressed me was how thorough Arman was with his information for different things. From the AR tour of the house to the YouTube instructions to start the pool/spa, Arman made sure to leave no details behind when it came to information about the house. The house was clean as we entered and all the amenities matched the description. We appreciate the abundance of towels for the shower and beach towels for the pool and spa. Arman also was really nice and easy to communicate to whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend this place as it is a quick drive to the Strip and its location made it easy to go to the grocery store when needed. We also wanted to have a grill/cooking day in the Airbnb and we were able to do that successfully because the home had everything we needed. I also appreciate the long table and the green couches, as it made playing games with our big group of 10 very easy.

Ron was a fantastic host... respectful, proactive, and great with communication (the most responsive host I've ever experienced through Airbnb). The space was comfortable, accessible, and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. The house was tastefully decorated and the tech was easy to understand and use. Our kids loved the billiards table and hot tub. We weren't able to use the pool (the temps were still too cool), but that would be another great amenity to enjoy in the summer time. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!
