Great location, especially if you are going to the sphere. It is very close and convenient and just a few minutes walk. The building is very nice and has very nice amenities. The apartment itself is small, but I liked the minimalist vibe and it had everything that I needed. Is a good place for one or two people. No problems or issues. Good value.

I enjoyed my stay at roberts place. Robert was very communicative with me and answered many of my questions. Robert provided me the necessary information about the place and ensured a smooth check in process. Would recommend people stay at one of Robert’s properties for staying in Las Vegas.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was easy to find, parking was simple, and getting into the building had clear instructions. The building itself was a bit more run-down than expected, with some flickering lights and areas under construction (including the gym). That said, once we got inside the Airbnb, it was fantastic! The kitchen was beautiful and modern, with all of the cooking supplies we needed, and there were plenty of extra towels and sheets. The bedrooms were cozy with quality curtains that kept the rooms dark and a very easy to use AC system which allowed for perfect climate in the space. The host was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had and was generous enough to allow us a later checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Jockey Club hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen, luxuriöses Appartementhaus direkt neben Bellagio. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders beeindruckend, es hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Appartement ist wie eine Wohnung, groß genug und mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchen kann, jedoch funktioniert wie ein Hotelzimmer, mit täglichen Zimmerreinigungung. Die Lage am Strip ist einzigartig, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Parken in der privaten Tiefgarage ist kostenlos und sehr praktisch wenn man ein Leihwagen hat um die Umgebung von Las Vegas zu erkunden. Wir würden gerne nochmals buchen, sehr empfehlenswert!!!

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly what we wanted for a couple of nights stay mid week with three bedrooms and a living area. Kitchen had awesome appliances. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool in the apartment complex.

This place is great, it's right on the strip and easy to get to everything, but reasonably quiet (for the strip). The room was a suite with a small full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. It wasn't hard to find the address, but then you have to turn down the side access road and keep going past the first unmarked door. The second door is marked Reception, but faces away from the direction you approach it, so you have to turn around to see it. There's also no sidewalk on the access road. I did hear some outside noise in the evening, but it wasn't too loud and the earplugs took care of it at night. My building was down the access road, a bit away from the actual strip. Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties or anything, except a bit of weird hammering at 7am on a Thursday. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Overall, I was very happy to find a quiet suite at this price. Love the horsey theme, and I would definitely return.

Sometimes the place you stay can steal the show and it did with Robert’s place. Hanging out in the large kitchen with the incredible views, on the balcony, the entire side of the condo is nothing but floor to ceiling glass, and it’s really high up. Amazing. It is a safe and beautiful 7 minute walk to Cosmopolitan or Aria, another 5 minutes to the Strip. The location is amazing. 15 min to the Palms. All safe and easy walks. Robert is an incredible host and we will be rebooking in April. Best place we have stayed in Vegas and we come often. Have your groceries delivered if you come without a car, it’s really conviennent.

This place is right at the heart of all the action on LV strip. Walking distance to most casinos & attractions. Great space for a family of 4. The place is neat & tidy, stocked with all the amenities. Bathrooms & kitchen are fitted with upgraded hardware & appliances. Cathy was very proactive in sending us all the info ahead of time. She also has very precise & clear cut instructions inside the apartment which makes it very easy to manage things. Highly recommended & will definitely plan to stay again when in vegas.

We had an amazing first trip to Las Vegas, and our stay at the Palms Hotel made it even better! The host was responsive, and we appreciate her checking in on us in the middle of the week. The hotel is beautiful, with a surprising range of amenities, including numerous restaurants and a large casino. While we couldn’t experience the pool and spa due to seasonal closures, everything else exceeded our expectations. The Palms is just over a mile from the main strip, and while it’s a manageable distance, we personally recommend renting a car to fully explore everything Las Vegas and the surrounding areas have to offer. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend it!

Thank you Mike for an excellent stay. Place exceeded our expectations it had everything we needed. Located middle of the strip and close to everything. To top it off our room view was overlooking the Bellagio fountain. We will definitely recommend and be back in future.

Eric was a great host! He was always very responsive. We were able to pay extra for early check-ins when our flights got in early. The place was spacious and clean. It was a little too cold outside to get to spend much time in the pool, but Eric’s family was helpful with getting that stuff setup with us. I would say if it is colder or windier do know the pool might not be able to heat very fast. I would suggest making that day a hot tubing night instead because that will heat quickly. The best part of this space was EVERY bed was comfortable. Honestly some of the best beds I’ve ever had. Shower presser was also really good if that is something you worry about. This place is a little farther from the strip. If you want something more away from that area when you want to leave this is perfect.

We had a fabulous stay in Feb 2025. 5 adults & 3 kids under 7 and we fit easily! Baby even had his own room with provided pack & play. Although it wasn’t pool season we enjoyed the hot tub every single day. Kids loved the backyard play set as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals as a family. Keyless entry was easy to use and Shane was so helpful and responsive with any questions that came up. Only 20 mins to the strip - 20 mins to red rocks - tons of grocery stores and restaurants around. The location is quiet and so gorgeous. Lots of local free parks nearby as well. If you have kiddos you have to visit the springs preserve. We went two days in a row! Paid 60$ for an annual pass for the whole family. Well worth it. Spent 5 hours there each day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again :) can’t wait to come back and use the pool!!

This house was everything we expected! If you want to be near the Strip, this may not be the house for you—we chose a quieter location. Strip w/ traffic = 20+ mins, w/o = 15-25 mins. Airport w/o traffic = 15 mins, w/ = 30 mins. We’re a family of drivers, so if driving isn’t your thing, reconsider. Gretchen & Mark were EXTREMELY responsive & always available. The outdoor space was great for all ages! We loved the pool, slide, hot tub, & fire pit. The pool was too cold due to weather, but some still braved the slide. The fire pit & hot tub were the main hangout spots—late-night bonfires & s’mores were a highlight. Two notes: the house is on a well system, so showers are advised to be 5 minutes—understandable but not ideal. For light sleepers, choose a room with a door—one upstairs room is only separated by a curtain. Overall, had a great stay & highly recommend this home for large groups (13-15 ppl) looking for a NV vacay. Great getaway for those unconcerned with Strip proximity!
