Such a beautiful place to stay and relax but also very close to all the fun things vegas has to offer. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone with a fun group of friends.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Great location, close to the strip and airport, and well-furnished with comfortable beds and furniture.

The home was nice and homey, comfortable didn’t feel like a Airbnb , the house meet our needs, Christopher was very helpful with things we needed he responded quickly to some of our requests , the kids loved the pool , it I a very relaxing home , we appreciated Christopher allowed us to book at the last minute , definitely recommend this Airbnb .

Had a great stay here ! Very spacious home. We had no issues and enjoyed the distance to the strip it wasn’t a long drive. I’d stay here again

Place was clean, safe and quiet area and very responsive to any questions you may have. Would stay again when i visit the area.

The place is clean n spacious everything u need in place pool is beautiful n host is very nice n accommodating 5 stars well worth it only place I'm calling when need to stay n Vegas been 5 times disappointed 4 times but this place made me extremely happy.

Two thumbs up - we enjoyed our 7 nite stay at Livier's! We hope to return again soon! It had plenty of space for our family. Beds were adequate. We were sad the pool was absolutely freezing & couldn't use it. We were aware the pool wasn't heated but thought the sun would warm it up, but I guess that's only when it's really hot out. We ended up driving to a heated "Municipal Pool" on E Bonanza Rd so we could swim. Bath & swim towels are provided but hand towels and wash cloths are not, but it wasn't any problem at all because the stores were close by to get things we needed. There is no wine bottle opener but our host offered to get one, which we appreciated, but we just had other drinks & the home is stocked w/basic things for cooking. We absolutely loved the location & quiet neighborhood and appreciated the use of laundry facilities. Electric stove was not easy to regulate temperature but perhaps that's because we're used to gas. Easy assess to strip & airport. Thank u Liviers!!!

Eli’s place was a great space for our family. There was plenty of space and all the bathrooms were a definite plus!!

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The airbnb was just as described. Clean and peaceful area not to far from the Las Vegas strip. I'd stay again for sure if in the area.

If your looking for a large place for a family or friends get together look no further. 15 minute ride to the strip if you want to go a night or two but this place has everything you need. Great summer spot to have a reunion. Plenty of bedrooms with your own personal space and some large rooms for everyone to watch a game or whatever. Enough room for 4 cars to park. Anna was great to work with, we needed to add a few days and she took care of it right away. 10 outta 10!

Tim and Lacy were great hosts! The house was extremely comfortable for our large family plus dog. The pool was essential for the crazy summer heat and much bigger than we pictured from the photos. Highly recommend!

Great location very close to the Strip and close to a couple of 24 hour convenience stores. I had a great view of the Strip from the 17th floor. Listing is spot on in terms of description & amenities. Mona was very friendly & communicative. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were scheduled to stay the week . We were going to be in Vegas for the National bridge tournament. First off it was extremely reasonably priced. Unfortunately a few days before our departure I had a big biking accident and we were not going to be able to travel. They let me have my bridge partner spend the week there and made it extremely easy for her to check in etc My friend told me that the place was amazing and she was able to communicate with the host easily. The place was so great that other friends who were staying at the Westgate came to use the microwave and "was envious of the walk in shower". She had an amazing stay! I am so grateful to Rushab for making it easy and wonderful for her to stay there-it made up for me not being there to play with her the entire week! So grateful. Thanks. karen

This was the best airbnb I have ever stayed in! They have thought of everything. The home was clean, plenty of beds, linens, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. Host was super prompt with responses to turning heat on for the spa, and allowed us to check in early and check out late - since no one was in before us or coming in immediately after us! Will definitely be staying at this property again when my family and I come back to Vegas. No complaints!

Quiet location close to where I needed. Had the kitchen and washing facilities I required. It is a shared space, which can be noisy. Some guests are on Vegas time, so showering at 3am etc.
