This home was delightful. Loved the yard, patio, kitchen and bedrooms. Easy access to the highway and getting to the strip plus heading out to Red Rocks for hiking and the Colorado River for kayaking. Great trip. Thank you Artem

We booked during a very difficult time for our family. The decor is positive and inspiring so it was almost meant to be since we stayed there during a family health crisis. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with good proximity to grocery stores and services and a short ride to the strip. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking with spices and utensils. Really everything you need. The host was responsive and very kind during our stay. Highly recommend.

Stay was very comfortable for my large family of 13.

The house worked perfect for two families. The yard is very big and the kids enjoyed running around. They also liked the game room. We had no issues with our stay. Everything was as expected and was a good location, close to the activities we were in town for, yet far away enough that it was quiet and peaceful.

Our stay at Kathy and Lillian’s Airbnb in Vegas was absolutely perfect! Their home was lovely, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. From the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Kathy and Lillian were wonderful hosts—responsive, kind, and accommodating. The restaurant recommendations they gave us were great! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Vegas!

This Airbnb was very calming, in a safe gated place, right near the rio, not too far if you don’t mind a 10 min drive to the strip. Perfect for what I needed on my trip. The host was responsive. The kitchen was stocked well. the vibes are wonderful here, very green & clean. I miss it already. Thanks so much.

Buen alojamiento. Espacio suficientemente amplio y muy limpio y confortable. Muy completa la cocina. Esta a media hora aprox de la zona turística y es una alternativa conveniente para ahorrar gastos con la alimentación. El auto es imprescindible.

Place was just as described, beautiful view of the pool and very peaceful. The walls are kinda thin so you can hear the neighbors to the side of you and above you but other than that still peaceful. Location has a few fast food places near by and close to the Palms casino and Gold Coast casino. Some clubs near by and cheap to uber or lyft to. Definitely well worth the stay and felt very secure about parking as it does have a guard at the entrance to make sure unauthorized people aren't allowed to park inside.

A good place to live for the CES . Many supermarkets around and only 15 mins driving to the LVCC.

Handy location, and only a short uber to the Strip. Apartment was good, there was even some left over beers in the fridge when we arrived! Easy enough walk across road to Walgreens and restaurants. Would stay again if in Vegas. Good communication from Bianca.

The condo is in the perfect location to get back and forth from the strip and other attractions in and around Las Vegas . The bed was so soft and comfortable. This condo was peaceful, clean and the neighbors are very quiet. Definitely will stay here again if I’m back in Vegas .
