This place is a great value. Located in a working class neighborhood, it is a large, well-maintained home that is convenient to neighborhood shopping. It’s a 20 to 30minute drive to the Las Vegas strip.

This was my 2nd year renting Chad’s house while attending the KBIS show. It’s got everything you need, clean, comfortable, easy to find, close to the convention center and has great street parking. All amenities including kitchen appliances, laundry, spacious and good communication. Will definitely be staying here again!

Felt right at home. Home was very spacious and we well enjoyed the accommodations for my friends and our fur babies. Backyard was great for the dogs to do their business. We loved that we had enough space for everyone and the living room was perfect hanging out after a long day. It was a plus +++ to have the water filtration system. Felt like a home away from home with all the decor. Thank you so much for hosting!

We loved our stay at Isaac's!! Just close enough to the strip that we went daily but could sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet at his house when we wanted to. It's about 15 minutes to Caesar's Palace parking garage. Couldn't get better value!

We walked the neighborhood everyday and felt safe. Lots of restaurants around. The house was just like the pictures and the back patio by the pool was nice to sit at although it is not heated. There is no window for ventilation in the Master bedroom but it was fine without it. We had a bit of time invested in getting the heating / cooling figured out and regulated but it worked fine. The door code wasn't what was sent in the directions to get in but Janie is very responsive and we had the correct one in just a couple minutes. Overall a pleasant place to stay with comfy beds. Kitchen was very nice with lots of room for storage. Washer and Dryer worked fine. The neighborhood is quiet at night.

The house was emmaculate, very spacious, had every amenity needed, perfect parking and would absolutely stay again! Very highly recommend!!

The house worked perfect for two families. The yard is very big and the kids enjoyed running around. They also liked the game room. We had no issues with our stay. Everything was as expected and was a good location, close to the activities we were in town for, yet far away enough that it was quiet and peaceful.

Overall, it's a wonderful place. There 's a very nice swimming pool and hot tub in the back with plenty of places to lounge comfortably in the sun. It's one of the best stocked Airbnbs I've ever stayed at — pool toys, charcoal for the BBQ, bathroom supplies, White Claws in the fridge. At one point, my kid needed tweezers to extract a splinter: Even that was supplied. Another nice touch: Quality pillows on the beds. I always pack my pillow from home on trips. This time, I left it in the car.

Great spot for a family to enjoy some relaxation time. The house has everything we needed. Fun pool time, and pool table. Could use new pool sticks but we still had fun. Would definitely recommend and come back if available.

Wonderful stay and a beautiful home, there is absolutely everything you would need in the home, when it comes to cooking, spices, pool towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner, and clean linens. With books, yoga and some weights for activities, had extra blankets throughout the home and even has a baby crib in the secondary bedroom closets if needed. I will definitely be booking this air bnb in the future absolutely amazing and the owners are so kind and responsive.

Anthony’s place was awesome! Looks just like the pictures and is located in a great area central to everything we wanted to do. Very fast response times whenever we needed something and kind. Definitely book!

The host was great. Always responded. The house was clean and as pictured plus more. Kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had travel tooth brushes with toothpaste like a hotel. Plenty of towels. And a big thing for me was the bedding. It wasn’t those sheets that are hot and stick to you that most air BNB are using from walmart. Plenty of parking. Plenty try of space. The clean up instructions were simple and not over complicated will love to stay here again.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Perfect layout for 4 guys to stay in. ALL the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend this property.

Stephanie’s place was perfect - small and quiet and just right for a 1-night stay for my wife and I. Starbucks was a 10-minute walk away.

Clean, comfortable, and our doggies loved running around outside. Ori was flexible, clear about check in and check out, and always responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was close enough to strip that you didn't feel like you were traveling forever to get to and from. Neighborhood was quiet. Great communication from host. It was a great stay and would definitely book again!

Had an excellent stay at the compound. Real private very Beautiful home. Lots of space in the home and on the property. very close to the Airport so that was awesome. I had no issues with my stay there the Host Joseph was Great. will be booking again sometime in the summer so I can really enjoy laying out by the pool. Beautiful House!!!

Great place to have if you have a pet. Very large backyard! Ben and Melojane were very responsive and made me feel like I’m home right away. The gated entrance with remote control is a huge plus as well. You don’t need to worry about parking. Highly recommended and will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing, albeit quick, visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!
