I was traveling across the country with my pup and this was perfect for my quick overnight stay. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Location is great as well, not too far from 80. I left my wedding ring there and Ellie was really helpful in locating it. Will definitely consider again for future stays!

Amazing place!!! Feel right at home and looked picture perfect, identical to the photos. I’m not huge on staying at the same place multiple times but I would most definitely come back. Having a winery and multiple pubs with food just down the block felt so convenient as well, and it was such a great place to unwind at.

I was here for 8 weeks for work in Toluca, it was a home away from home. Leslie was good at returning messages & leaving messages. I'm definitely staying here if I have to work out this way again!

Was perfect place for us. We were working the nuclear outage. It had nice beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Close parking. Close to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great place, definitely worth the money! Very happy with my stay here. Things to note: The train tracks are pretty active, seemed to be a train going by every 2-3 hours. I liked it, but I could see it being a negative for others. My only real complaint was that some of the kitchen items had noticeable food residue. Not enough that I needed to reach out to Debra or anything, but enough that I felt the need to rewash a handful of things. Lastly, the floors are mostly well carpeted but parts are painted concrete foundation. Again, I liked it, and it seemed to be a stylistic choice, but if you're highly prone to chilly feet you may want to bring some thick socks or slippers.

The rental was exactly what I needed for a short term stay for work. The house was comfortable and had everthing I needed. Corey was very responsive on everthing that came up and all issues were addressed promptly and resolved without issue.

Loved my stay! The location is perfect. Being within a block of quaint downtown Utica is ideal! My unit was spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything I needed. I can't wait to come back!
