A very nice Airbnb – cosy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The space felt welcoming and comfortable, with great attention to detail in the decor. It’s also perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay continuing our annual tradition of heading towards Lassen for our mid-winter break. We loved the hot tub and pool table. The house was nice and cozy and warm. Was nice to have individual units to heat each room, especially since we all felt comfortable at different temperatures. Fun start with great proximity to Lassen Volcanic NP and Eskimo hill for winter fun.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for our family—spacious, cozy, and well thought out. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. It was so peaceful to soak in while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We ended every evening out there and it made the trip feel like a treat. The backyard was another favorite—, with plenty of room for the kids to explore and play while the adults relaxed. The setting felt so peaceful, with lovely touches that made it feel special. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a space that’s both fun and relaxing for families. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway with all the comforts of home.

This home is amazing! I’ve stayed here with my co workers for two weeks and the rooms are all fantastic. The kitchen has tons of room for whoever and comes with just about everything you can forget. The deck is arguably my favorite part, it’s stays shaded and the hot tub surrounded by pines is super relaxing. Meghann was super proactive with everything and made our stay here one of the best we’ve experienced in the area. 10/10 we wish we were going back next week.

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

Great cabin! The host made sure to start a fire and turn on the hot tub before we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. We had great walks around the property with our dogs. Definitely a great space!

This was a great place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious and the location was really nice right on the golf course. Also, the lake is across the street which makes for a great view when going on walks. There is a day use area just down the road, as well as a playground. The house is full stocked with anything we needed, including the essentials for a trip with our kids/baby. We’d love to return and would definitely recommend.

This Property was the perfect getaway for our family. It was exactly as described if not even better. It was clean, quiet, beautiful, peaceful, well stocked, and PERFECT for any family. I almost felt guilty for not bringing more people so they could enjoy it too. Highlights for our Teens and 10 year old was, the hot tub, the foosball table and the loft area above the game room. Highlights for me was the well stocked kitchen, the wood stove (plenty of wood), and the entire layout of the house perfect for a family. Highlights for my Husband, fenced yard for the dogs with a view, made bringing them along so nice! Nice TV that we barely turned on because we enjoyed the family time so much. FAST internet… we had probably 10 devices on at any given time and it didn’t slow down at all. I also could not of been more impressed with communication Before the trip and During. I got a response generally within 5-10 minutes, day or night. No matter the question. Can’t wait to stay again.

This place was absolutely beautiful, It had everything you need. Most of the day we were out exploring the waterfalls and hikes in the area but got to relax in the evenings. I will definitely recommend if you’re trying to get away if your busy life and relax.

This is a fantastic mountain getaway location. The host was awesome and responsive. The surroundings were beautiful and majestic beyond belief. We recommend Rex’s in town for dinner, and do not miss Burney Falls. No pictures I have ever seen do it justice. This is now one of my favorite waterfalls ever. The cabin was cozy and rustic, like I was expecting for a mountain cabin getaway. Even better, it had excellent Wi-Fi cell service and plenty of TVs and games. There is no shortage of things to do, including having a campfire when allowable, or a fire inside the word burning stove. Nonetheless, we spent most of our time exploring the surroundings and hiking.

Great place! It was everything we expected. Got some fresh snow while we were there. Cute little neighborhood with a nice country store within walking distance. Overall great place and experience.

It was a great get away. Can't beat the location on the river, though if you are hoping to fish in the area around the house, we had a hard time finding easy river access, though we didn't look that hard. The house is cozy with a lot of thoughtful touches like a welcome bag with wine. The bathroom of all things was one of the highlights with its quirkiness. You'll see if you rent this gem. :-)

The Cal Poly Humboldt State University survey crew enjoyed their stay. They said everything went well.

I happened to be there when they were having the heaviest snowfall of the year and a couple of storms came through the area. Glenda made sure the walkway and driveway were cleared. The cabin had all the necessities: bathroom supplies, kitchen utensils for food prep and cooking, eating dishes and utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, TV, comfortable bed (and warm), and of course coffee. With the bad weather, parking the car in a carport was a real plus. No frost on the windows and no snow to remove. My schedule, as well as the weather, didn't allow for me to take advantage of exploring the area. There appeared to be a variety of restaurants and the grocery store was well stocked. A nice stream flows near the cabin. The cabin is not on the main highway so there is no road noise. The yard is fenced with a gate and looked like a nice place to hang out in the summer.

Rachel and the Sierra bungalow was great! We had a great stay and the space was wonderful! The neighborhood was great for walking. The river across the street was peaceful and fun to explore to. We saw some deer running across the street! loved the porch and area!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! After a busy year, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin is beautifully furnished with antique, high-quality pieces and has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy blankets, beds and games. The cuckoo clock was a highlight—my kids loved counting the seconds to see the bird! My 6-year-old son also got to see an old-fashioned telephone for the first time, which was so special. The owner was very responsive, and the cabin was spotless. The surrounding area is gorgeous with plenty of hiking trails, and the locals are incredibly kind. We even learned how to fish thanks to tips from the friendly staff at the General Trinity Store and caught four fish—our kids were thrilled! This cozy, peaceful cabin is a perfect getaway. We’ll definitely be back. The Only thing is that you just make sure to check road conditions if you plan to explore the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place. The house is well stocked. He also has a level 2 charger which worked well for us. The house is clean and exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a small cabin closer to Lassen.

Or stay was great! The house was very clean and Lillian was very helpful with directions and getting the house situated for us! The location is amazing and on a clear night the stars are incredible. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Home was very cozy and set up great. River view was amazing, easy in and out access to cabin. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! 👍🏼

What a charming and cozy little cabin! I came here for a personal retreat in November. The cabin was built in 1917, but has been updated and has all the necessary modern conveniences including WiFi. Clio is a small town on the edge of the Feather River, so often frequented by wildlife. I saw deer, quail and wild turkeys wandering by the windows. The River is only 3 blocks away and one night I saw the most gorgeous sunset there. The neighborhood is very quiet and located near lots of great hiking. I hiked to Grass and Madora Lakes, both beautiful and still showing some fall color. The nights and mornings were chilly so I build fires in the little wood stove and it kept me very toasty! Cami and Lori welcomed me with a couple of nice 1/2 bottles of wine and a sweet card, left some chocolates in the bedroom. Nice touches. Everything was thoughtfully and simply deocrated and organized. I look forward to my next retreat!

Beautiful home, we made great family memories

This is a beautiful and cozy home to stay if you’re wanting a place to relax and enjoy the view. We came here at a great time where we were able to reach some snow with a short car ride. It is also close to a beautiful lake and some nice hikes. I’ll forever remember waking up in the morning to the nice cool air on the large porch while enjoying a hot cup of coffee.

We stayed at the cabin to have a family weekend getaway and it was perfect for us. Very peaceful, comfortable, and clean. We especially enjoyed the deck and the space was great for the four of us. We’d definitely stay again!
