I booked Eric's place for my daughter and her boyfriend to stay while they visited us here. They had only positive things to say. Eric was also very responsive when ever I contacted him.

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

The house was super close to the beach in a quiet location. The view from the deck was amazing.

Stayed for 12 nights. Check-in and instructions were clear and simple. The place was fantastic and very clean. It was exactly like on pictures. The fenced backyard was perfect and location was great! I really enjoyed my stay!

After flying out of a blizzard, the beach bungalow was a welcome & warm retreat! The location was better than described. My children loved the pool and vast beach access! It was ideal an ideal space for my 3 boys, especially my special needs son and infant little brother. We made memories to last a lifetime thanks to the seamless process and wonderful getaway

This is our 2nd year visiting Costa Rica. We ( 2 couples) stayed at Pedro's for a month. This is a very special home!! Pedro & Yvette are exceptionally wonderful people & hosts! They are helpful if needed yet very discreet. We felt as if we were at our own home! The home & surroundings are even better than the photographs! The interior is quite spacious with 3 ensuite bedrooms & an additional powder room. The Kitchen is open & quite large ~ equipped with everything we needed. We used the outdoor grill twice, which was very clean. It was nice to relax & dine poolside. We generally prefer to dine out while on vacation. The pool & grounds were cleaned daily which we appreciated as flowers & foliage accumulate daily from the breezes. The location is perfect! There are many restaurants just steps away on the beach & a few on the street. It is close to 2 grocery stores & a few shops. We love Playa Hermosa, we love Pedro's Place & we look forward to staying here again soon!

J ai adoré mon séjour l endroit est formidable. Le balcon donne une très belle vue sur l océan et les coucher de soleil sont a couper le souffle. Le spot est parfait pour aller surfer et profiter pleinement de la plage et la piscine. Pour se rendre au village il est préférable de se louer une petite bicyclette, moto ou kart de golf ! Il est certain que j y retourne l année prochaine!

The house was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and the place had lots of extras included in the kitchen, beach towels, fans, extra blankets, all soaps and detergents. We do wish there had been an elevator which would have made transporting my handicapped son up and down the steps easier, but that was my fault for not noticing in the listing that the main level of the house was on the second floor. It all worked out and we had a nice week.

We were very pleased with the house and large pool area. The patio area was beautifully furnished. The house was well stocked. I loved the coffee bar. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. We were in a quiet area. Anna was a wonderful Superhost. She was very responsive to our needs and addressed issues quickly when they occurred. I would highly recommend Anna.

Wonderful stay in New Smyrna Beach. Close to shopping, beach, restaurants and theme parks in Orlando area. Erich and Jenn were very easy to communicate with. The home was roomy, comfortable and very clean.

Completely updated and exceptionally clean. Nice size for two people.

Beautiful, quiet, secure. Great view of the beach and water. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, activities. Clean and comfortable. Modern major appliances in excellent condition. Coffee pot was an older single cup Keurig. Adequate for 2 people to use but a drip pot or French press would be a welcome addition. Pots and pans sufficient for us but if you do a lot of cooking on vacation you may find the cookware and utensils wanting. Excellent TVs. Overall excellent experience. Thanks, Peter.

Beautiful place to stay . Clean and comfortable . Pool is small but perfect to cool off in . Beach is nice too. There is some seaweed on the beach in the mornings but they have a team there to clean it up . It was not an issue . House was clean with plenty of utensils for cooking and whatever else you wanted . Large glass doors are amazing for the island feel inside the house looking out to the beach . Even though there is a hotel right next door it still felt private enough . Also felt very safe because it wasn’t super secluded . Guillermo and the staff were awesome and responded very quickly to any questions we had . Overall a great experience and would recommend .

This was an amazing find and we will definitely stay again. The best snorkeling was literally out the door. Close to restaurants and the Luquillo Kioskos. We had 2 issues while we were there, the washer leaked and the air conditioner broke. Jay was right on both issues. We stayed for 13 nights. The apartment was comfortable and we felt right at home. Sit on the balcony and drink your coffee while the sun rises. You will not be disappointed in ypur stay. It is unforgettable.

Beautiful beach house located a few sandy steps away from a gorgeous beach with amazing sunsets. Susi and George were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and responsive. Their home was tastefully decorated in a laid back beach style. And they provided all the necessary beach paraphernalia. Very comfortable and relaxing A lovely experience with my children. Made some valuable memories. Would go back again.

My husband and I had a great time relaxing at Nancy's house.. We seen an osprey, ducks , and fish while sitting on the outside porch over looking the bay. We also got to see amazing sunset and sunrise. Nancy was very friendly and responsive with the messages. We also got to meet her and her husband in person by chance and we had great conversations. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Amazing Airbnb, it was so beautiful inside and out. Our family enjoyed a night here and wished we didn’t have to leave. The landscaping of all the tropical plants and the seating outside was so relaxing. We even saw cows in the back of the house in a field. The ocean view is also spectacular and amazing to see from the indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

The best way i can describe this place is comfy and cozy! We felt like we were at home. We had a blast! It’s quiet and peaceful. We came to Panama City to visit friends we haven’t seen in over 20 years. This was the perfect place for us to meet up. Darin’s home is clean and equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The views are beautiful. The sun room is a perfect spot for coffee and sunrises! Darin is a fabulous host! He’s very quick to respond. We would definitely return!!!

We went here on a girls trip and the photos don’t do it justice. It was BEAUTIFUL! Ana (housekeeper and chef) was amazing and went above and beyond everyday for us. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly and I’ve never slept so good on vacation. Jaime and Sandra also gave us a name for someone who does massages. She came to our house and every single one of us thought she was the best masseuse we’ve ever had. Additionally, El Salvador in general was very safe and the locals were incredibly kind and helpful. Would recommend this 10/10!!!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved this place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Deerfield Beach. It was a 7 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything you needed for a beach day was provided. Robyn was a great host and was very responsive. Anything we needed she provided within minutes. We can’t wait to come back.

My family and I just returned from our second stay to Mariely‘s, our first day being last year. We spent a week in her beautiful home and we had an even better time this year than last. As always, Mariely was very hospitable and helpful. She would check in with us periodically to see how we were doing and always responded quickly when we had a question. We felt right at home at her house once again. The views are breathtaking, especially from the master bedroom and dining area. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay and can’t wait to return again in the future!
