muito bom apartamento ótima localização, bem aconchegante dava pra ir a pé tem um supermercado pertinho aconchegou oito pessoas tranquilo espero voltar em breve ,as piscinas do hotel limpinhas o tempo todo funcionários organizando gostei bastante.

El alojamiento de sebastian estuvo muy bien, tiene casi todo lo necesario para que pases una estancia cómoda y segura. esta cerca de todo y fácil puedes ir y regresar caminando. recomendaría que la cama fuera un poco más amplia, ya que para dos personas resulta sentirse bastante pequeña, tuvimos inconveniente con el wifi, sin embargo nos enviaron a un técnico para resolver el problema pero no fue posible solucionarlo debido a la crisis de energía por la que está pasando el país. Nelson nos recibió Muy bien y fue muy educado, servicial y atento. estamos muy agradecidos con él. El alojamiento tiene 4 perros que se vuelven tus perritos, son muy juguetones y amorosos. si vas a Baños te recomiendo hospedarte aquí, las vistas son preciosas por donde te asomes.

Un apartamento cómodo y bonito, fiel a las imágenes mostradas, la zona es tranquila para caminar y hay muchos lugares cerca para poder comer y salir a conocer.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

This condo was all about the location for us. The views, as stated, are amazing! The condo is in a very safe, secure location so there was not any issue leaving the sliders open to hear the sounds of the sea and surf all night long. Greg isn’t a bothersome host however he makes it known he is there if you need anything at all! The grounds are well kept with walkways leading to the ocean, lounge chairs, swimming pools, etc. The sun shines every day and the sunsets are exquisite. We highly recommend Greg’s property at Calafia; without hesitation, we would stay there again.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

Always confident when choosing to stay here! The place is nicely decorated and always clean! The host is very responsive and Truly cares about their guest! You can’t beat the room price, plus walking distance to the beach! You'll love it here as much as we do!

We had a great time. Went during spring break and had some questions about PCB during that time. They answered all my questions and gave wonderful suggestions that made for a wonderful family vacation. The balcony view was breathtaking. Would stay there again. Randy S.

Ashley a Scott were wonderful. The condo was beautiful and I knew I was going to feel relaxed the minute I walked through the door. I had family stuff that left me unable to spend as much time there as I would have liked but will most definitely be returning. I can’t say enough about the condo and the host. It was amazing.

Lucas & team were very flexible with us! I accidentally booked the wrong dates…. Twice🤪 and he was fast to help correct them. I rented this place for my parents & boyfriend’s parents to stay in while visiting us in Austin. It was perfect since we’re pretty much neighbors. Great location to walk over & get a breakfast taco & coffee in the morning. Also very close to all of the restaurants on 6th street. We walked everywhere. The team checked in on them during the stay & everything was clean. I don’t believe any of the amenities were used but they were as described in the listing & looked very nice! Check in was extremely easy. I did show up maybe 10-15 minutes before check in to leave some wine & snacks for the parents & the door code hasn’t been changed. It switched over at exactly 4pm. So if you’re planning on arriving early, be sure to communicate that with Lucas & Team - I’m sure it wouldn’t be an issue. Will definitely be renting this unit again! Our parents loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is perfect...one block off the main street but nice and quiet. The house itself is amazing. We loved the original thick stone walls and the entire place was beautifully decorated. We loved the riddle and had a great time solving it, such a great idea! The host, Jourdan, was very responsive and seemed to anticipate all of our needs. There was one small issue during our stay but Jourdan addressed it proactively and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. 😁

Hosts were so accommodating and so nice!! The space was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The space was beautiful and everything was well maintained and the pool is great!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place in East Austin! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, bars, and just a quick ride to downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was seamless, and the host was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Austin—highly recommend!

Eduardo, el anfitrión, muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos durante nuestra estancia. nos gustaría regresar muy pronto!

it was amazing for the night me and my friend stayed, we wish we could have used the amenities more but it was rainy and we only had one day but the experience was amazing and will be back

We had a very pleasant stay. Host is very responsive -- a shower drain was clogged and Hunter brought a plumber to fix it right away. The house is nicely decorated and has benefited from a recent renovation. The sauna is a special treat.
