Brandon’s place was perfect for our family. We particularly enjoyed the lanai. We spent quite a bit of time out there unless the neighbors were in the hot tub right next door. Brandon thought of everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. It is rare to find so many things in an AirBnb from pots, pans, utensils, to hair dryers in each bathroom plus tv’s in all the rooms. The proximity to all the parks and restaurants for on this community is also a plus. The only slight negative is the closeness in proximity to the other units. If the people renting the next unit over are in their hot tub late, you will hear the full conversation.

This is a really nice property in a great location! Just a short walk to the beach to see the sunset and great restaurants like Huckapoos and Zunzibar.

Roy was a great host. He allowed us to check in early and was very accommodating. The place was a nice fit for our two families of 4. We enjoyed eating out on the deck. The pool looked nice although we didn't have time to try it.

Great house! It was perfect for us. It’s a nice gated community with a pool on site. I appreciate how clean the house was.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a gated community so we felt very safe. We enjoyed walking around the resort in the evening looking at Christmas lights 🎄. The private pool was wonderful. We were there the end of December so we paid the extra fee to have it heated. It was so worth it! The house was clean and free of clutter. It had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed as we enjoy cooking. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The house was close to the Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. My son used the gym at the resort. We also enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub. It was a quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend the home and would stay again.

I highly recommend this Airbnb. It is in a great location and is beautifully furnished/well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the place is fully stocked with everything you need including coffee, tea, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, sheets etc. The host is very responsive and communicates well.

The property was exactly what I was looking for and would return in the future.

My stay was very pleasant me and my girls enjoyed the home, it definitely felt like we were on a resort and so refreshing. The host was absolutely amazing and the home provided everything we needed. I would definitely be booking again for my future stay in Panama

Sylvia was an excellent host, the house was very clean and in a perfect location. I felt right at home which is inportant to me while working out of town. What a great place to meet family for a stay in Auburn! My daughter and her boyfriend are at Auburn, and this was a perfect place to stay. It had a fenced in yard for my puppies, was close to the university and peaceful!!! The beds were so comfortable and the place was clean. Great place to hang out, play cards, great location and perfect for dogs.

This listing was exactly as described. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was clean, beautifully decorated and very peaceful. The location is perfect because it's quiet and close to the restaurants, casinos and shopping centers. If I'm ever in the area I'd definitely stay at Cade and Lynettes Place.

Vanessa’s place was amazing as always. Location is very convenient and close to historic downtown. The house is cozy and has a large backyard. Really enjoyed our stay.

This place was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We had a minor issue with the master bathroom tub, but Rusty was incredibly responsive—he had a plumber out the very next day to address it. His attentiveness and accommodating nature made our stay even better.

Stayed here a few days while visiting family. Worked out perfectly. Was quiet and clean with plenty of parking.

Beautiful townhouse. Although we didn’t get to spend much time in the house, I’d definitely book this place again. Lots to do close by. Many different food options close by. FSU campus so close. Great location.

very family friendly spot with games that kept the kids occupied, loved the well stocked kitchen, ordered thru whole foods Amazon pick up and did all of our cooking at "home." very very clean (I'm very picky about this) and Helena was super nice and responsive! surrounded by really expensive rentals but this is off the busy road and our two year old loved to play out front in the peace and quiet. the rainfall shower was so nice, the king bed was comfortable and it was great having a washer and dryer and a broom to sweep up sand as anyone knows usually by the end of a traditional beach hotel stay the room ends up feeling sandy everywhere so it was nice to have everything we needed right there. really a bargain for the area
