El departamento esta muy cerca del metro Ostia Centro. Cumple con todas las descripciones me permitió llegar muy rápido a los lugares más concurridos. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí de nuevo.

I have done many Airbnb and by far, Alessio is the best host. First of all, his place is outstanding. It is super clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very comfortable and well equipped, the 2 bedrooms are spacious and the living room has a very large sofa bed. Most importantly, Alessio went behind his duties as a host. The breakfast was prepared and a bottle of good Chianti was waiting for us. Alessio welcomed us at the property, took us to the restaurant of our choice as we had no car, and called a taxi in the morning for 6 people. I strongly recommend your place for your next stop at Fuimicino.

The apartment is well-equipped and exceptionally comfortable for four guests like us. The two balconies are a lovely addition, and there's plenty of storage space for clothes. The spacious living room is also very inviting. The location is about a 30-minute walk from the Laurentina Metro Station, which takes you directly to the heart of Rome. It was the perfect spot for our Christmas and New Year's celebrations. Daniele is a real Super Host, even going the extra mile to set up a Christmas tree in the apartment. Mille grazie, and we look forward to staying here again when we're in Rome!

Sara persona gentile e disponibile, in casa ho trovato tutto dai detersivi, tovaglioli, carta igienica, e piccole cose da mangiare (caffè, olio, sale,). La casa era in posizione perfetta, facile per prendere il treno a Santa Maria delle Mole e arrivare a Roma termini.

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Accueil très sympathique par Antonio. Logement élégant, beaucoup de marques d'attention: produits petit déjeuner, produits salles de bains, bouteille de vin... Calme environnant. Très belle piscine.

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

The accommodation was very pleasant! Small and cozy apartment with everything we needed, even a sun umbrella for the beach and very close to the sea. It was also convenient to get to Rome. The owner was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Even allowed us to leave the apartment a little late. Thank you! We had a very nice stay!

Appartamento grande e pulitissimo La casa è luminosissima, entra un sacco di luce in ogni stanza (e per me è importantissimo ed un punto a favore). La zona è tranquilla, ci si muove benissimo e c’è tutto a portata di mano. Mi sono trovata benissimo ! ☺️

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

The stay was, very peaceful especially after a long flight from Dubai. The location is close to airport and the apartment was very nice, spacious and safe. We enjoyed the stay and felt like home.

I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Truly wonderful stay, again! Matteo made sure I had everything I needed and was expremely responsive and commnuicative. The apartment was lovely with all the amenities needed. Absolutely nothing out of place. Sublime!

We stayed for 5 days at Marco’s place with our kids, first time visiting Rome. The place was nice, has this amazing balcony and very comfy bed ( the sofa mattress is a little thin though). We had everything we needed, supermarket close, shops and nice food court in the mall. Train station 10 min walking and takes you directly to Rome (close to Center) in about 30-40 min. We also enjoyed the neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful, locals living here. I totally recommend it, thanks Marco!

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Con la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso un mese davvero piacevole nell'appartamento di Marco. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort necessari per un soggiorno prolungato. Il terrazzo e l'ampio salone sono sicuramente i valori aggiunti, perfetti per rilassarsi all’aperto o davanti alla tv. Gli interni sono funzionali e accoglienti: il soggiorno con divano e smart TV è ideale per i momenti di relax, la cucina è ben attrezzata. La camera da letto è spaziosa il giusto e ci sono diversi armadi, sia in camera che nel corridoio pe riporre comodamente valigie e bagagli. La posizione è molto comoda, con supermercati, bar, pasticcerie e tanti altri servizi a due passi. Inoltre, la spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Un super grazie a Marco e Sandro per la loro disponibilità e cortesia, sono stati host eccezionali, sempre pronti ad assisterci quando necessario.
