Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

Жилье было хорошим, хорошая терраса, большая и удобная кровать.Море буквально в 2-3ех минутах ходьбы. Рядом много магазинов и ресторанов ( лично я рекомендую ресторан falco d’oro). Хозяин дождался нас до часу ночи и встретил, так же был рад что дома была минимальная еда потому что ночью магазины и рестораны не работают. хозяин дал рекомендации по местным кафе и магазинам, что было очень уместно. В целом жильем полностью доволен, но в городе после 10-11 ночи уже не очень безопасно, рекомендую не выходить в позднее время на улицу.Всё таки это италия.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Nadia was a wonderful host! I had so many questions and she was super helpful right away! The place is beautiful! Right in the perfect spot to be around events and things, but also have some privacy. Also, It has anything you need to cook a good meal! I definitely recommend staying here!

Casa incantevole spaziosa luminosa pulita e bellissima. Ottima posizione vicina ai migliori ristoranti della zona e ad un passo dal mare. Elisa è stata davvero gentile e sempre disponibile. Esperienza oltre le aspettative. Il balcone con l’affaccio diretto sul mare ti lascia senza parole, un vero e proprio sogno ad occhi aperti. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Lits très confortables, superbes salles de bain. Balcon très agréable Un très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport au prix des logements sur rome.

Hallo, die Unterkunft von Gianluca war sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Gianluca ist ein guter Gastgeber und kümmert sich um einen, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert! 👍

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico nel Quartiere Giardino di Roma! L'appartamento era spazioso, pulito e pieno di attenzioni speciali, come un cesto di caramelle, un’ottima selezione di caffè e tè, e persino una poltrona massaggiante. Il balcone, ampio e avvolgente, offriva viste spettacolari su un parco e sulle strade tranquille ma animate. La sezione chiusa con pareti di vetro era perfetta per rilassarsi con un caffè. La zona è tranquilla, con ottimi bar, ristoranti e un supermercato gourmet. Anche se un po' distante dal centro, la linea di autobus rende gli spostamenti facili. Il proprietario è stato gentile e attento, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole. Se cercate un rifugio rilassante con ogni comodità e un balcone fantastico, questo è il posto ideale. Altamente consigliato! Cinque stelle!

Потрясающие виды на озеро! Тишина и умиротворение. Очень тихо, спать ночью очень комфортно. Жилье - старинное здание в 2 этажа с высокими потолками, просторное и комфортное. Это не современный отель, а место с историей и очарованием. Оно добавило колорита в наш отпуск. Дом был очень чистым, со всем необходимым. Самостоятельное заселение было очень удобным и понятным. Хозяева всегда на связи, внимательны и добродушны, отвечают на все вопросы мгновенно. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка, где всегда есть место. До деревни Неми 5 минут пешком, где есть кафе, рестораны и просто красивые виды. Сама деревня очень колоритная и атмосферная.

Soggiorno perfetto, casa come in descrizione! La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della zona. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, gli ambienti erano accoglienti e ben ordinati , facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Un plauso speciale va ai gestori: sempre disponibili e pronti ad assistere in ogni richiesta. La loro cordialità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione che mettono nell'accogliere i loro ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole, ben posizionato e con un servizio eccellente.

Lugnt och fridfullt område. Boendet var mindre än vi väntat oss, men passade oss perfekt. Sängarna var jättesköna. Stranden var precis utanför altangrinden, underbar fin sandstrand. Det finns en liten affär precis vid lägenheten, och Abdul som jobbade där var otroligt hjälpsam. Eftersom kommunikationerna var dåliga så skjutsade han oss de gånger vi ville åka någonstans. Om vi någonsin kommer tillbaka till Torvaianica, så kommer vi garanterat bo här igen.

Un séjour parfait dans un appartement très accueillant ! L’appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé, idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi. La décoration est moderne et chaleureuse, et la literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est également un atout : proche des transports, des commerces et des points d’intérêt. Le propriétaire est réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région.

Хозяин отзывчивый и приветливый. Всю необходимую информацию получили вовремя. Качество жилья соответствует заявленному. Единственное, не хватало тапочек;) На полу красивая плитка, но холодная:)

Monika's home was lovely, very comfortable and clean. She was an excellent host going out of her way to pick us up upon arrival and keeping in touch with many helpful suggestions. We toured the ancient archiological site of Ostia Antica, which was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy. Truly amazing. We felt very happy and enjoyed our stay in Monika's home!

L'alloggio è molto accogliente: una vera casa! Si ha davvero l'impressione di pernottare a casa di amici. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili ed estremamente reattivi. Essendo arrivata che già era buio, ho faticato a trovare l'alloggio ma, appena scritto un messaggio per ricevere informazioni più precise sulla posizione, è comparso il proprietario è mi ha gentilmente accompagnata verso l'abitazione. Mi ha poi mostrato quanto fosse necessario conoscere per rendere la permanenza la più piacevole possibile. Assolutamente da ripetere!

L’appartamento è davvero stupendo, esattamente come nelle foto: moderno, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, ma il vero punto forte è sicuramente la jacuzzi privata sulla terrazza. Rilassarsi lì al tramonto è stato semplicemente magico! La posizione a Velletri è ottima per chi vuole visitare Roma ma preferisce un po’ di tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Claudio, l’host, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Mi ha aiutato in ogni momento del soggiorno, con attenzione e cordialità. È raro trovare qualcuno così presente e premuroso: si vede che ci tiene davvero al benessere dei suoi ospiti. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza rilassante, romantica e senza pensieri. Tornerò sicuramente!

Elvira und ihr Mann Marco waren sehr sehr warmherzig und super freundlich!! Sie waren immer da, falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben und standen uns immer zur Verfügung! Die Unterkunft war tadellos, sauber und einfach nur süß. Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann den Sommer hier vollstens genießen😍 Zum Ende hin haben sie uns sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk gegeben, sehr sehr süß und bedacht🥹 ich kann diese Unterkunft und diese Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Appartamento comodo e posizionato in una zona estremamente tranquilla nonostante sia dentro Roma. Anche se non si ha a disposizione un parcheggio privato non ho mai avuto problemi nel trovarlo data l' abbondanza di parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze. L'unico difetto è forse l'angolo cucina un po' ristretto ma si riesce comunque ad essere interamente autonomi. L'host è stato estremamente esauriente e tempestivo nelle risposte. Consigliato!

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

Danila og hendes familie er utrolig søde. På trods af forskellige sprog kommunikerede vi fint over beskederne her på siden, som oversatte for os. Poolen er skøn. Boligen giver mulighed for privatliv selvom man bor i samme hus. Omgivelserne er meget smukke, men kræver en bil. Man kan evt. parkerer gratis ved togstationen indtil Rom, hvis man ikke vil køre om kap med de lokale, som kører ret spændende, men faktisk samtidig hensynsfuldt. Toget tager ca. 35 min. til midten af Rom. Vi var rigtig glade for at bo hos Danila , som vi varmt kan anbefale. Vh Tine
