Latina : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Sono stata benissimo!! Alloggio e posizione prefetti, l host molto gentile e disponibile! Da ritornare e soprattutto da consigliare!!

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el apartamento. En especial la atención de Gianluca fue excelente. No está céntrico, pero sí, en una zona residencial muy tranquila y con el metro parada Anagnina o autobús 504 o 507 llegas sin problema.

Soggiorno eccellente. La casa era molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la terrazza, molto spaziosa e di cui si può fruire quasi tutto l’anno vista la temperatura nella zona. La locazione (se automuniti) risulta strategica per visitare i principali punti di interesse del Lazio nel giro di un’ora e mezza di raggio al massimo. Giovanni si è rivelato estremamente disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta.

5 stars all around! Such a lovely place to stay. I would absolutely love to return. A quiet condo near the seaside with some local spots to eat. Sara scheduled an early taxi ride for us to the airport on checkout day, saving us over $25 on a fare as she was able to negotiate a better deal because of her local connections. Definitely recommend! The place is beautiful and modern, very luxurious and high class place. Nice bathroom, smart TV, very comfortable bed and QUIET house /and location!

Manuel’s Airbnb was awesome and we would highly recommend it. We used it for our last couple days before getting to the airport. Only 10 minutes away from the airport great location or when you’re entering, we’re leaving Rome.

Le séjour s’est super bien passé et le logement était parfait ! Exactement comme l’hôte le décrit . En cas de besoins, l’hôte est toujours disponible, il y’a eu une bonne communication ! Si je reviens à Fiumicino un jour, je reviendrais la !

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giorgia con i miei famigliari nel periodo natalizio. L’appartamento era pulito e organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Sono presenti prodotti per la pulizia, l’igiene personale e quelli di base in cucina. C’è una bella terrazza attrezzata di tutto per stare all’aperto e da cui si vede parzialmente il mare.Un piccolo curato giardino dove poter lasciare la macchina parcheggiata completa l’appartamento. Anche la scala per accedere al l’appartamento è comoda e illuminata da luci che si attivano al passaggio. Lo consiglio con sicurezza.

È stato davvero molto piacevole alloggiare qui. Ottimo luogo dove fuggire dalla città e dal caos, affinché ci si possa rilassare in tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente!

David has been very helpful throughout. He was very kind to pick us up at midnight as we booked a late flight. He was easy to talk to and his place was very quiet and good place. It’s a shame we didn’t experience the local area/beach as we stayed only for overnight and had to check out soon.

Alloggio accogliente per 5 persone... pulito e a pochi passi dal mare... stare attendi alla doccia per 5.. essendoci un boiler, i primi che fanno la doccia non devono sostare troppo sotto la doccia... per il resto tutto ok...

Siamo venuti per le gare di equitazione, l' alloggio era a 4 minuti dal campo gara quindi comodissimo. La casa è nuova ed ha un giardino molto grande

Veniamo spesso in questa zona per trovare mio cognato e abbiamo trovato questo alloggio situato di fronte a casa sua! Perfetto! Ottimo prezzo e gli affittuari molto cordiali. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo e anche se non ci è servito a molto, ci sono tutte le utenze per cucinare. Forse l’unico consiglio che posso dare è che forse ci vorrebbe una piccola tv in camera per chi è abituato ad averla e guardarsi un film la sera, ma è questione di abitudine. Per il resto non ho nulla da criticare, sicuramente sara l’ alloggio preferito per quando verremo a Roma

Потрясающие виды на озеро! Тишина и умиротворение. Очень тихо, спать ночью очень комфортно. Жилье - старинное здание в 2 этажа с высокими потолками, просторное и комфортное. Это не современный отель, а место с историей и очарованием. Оно добавило колорита в наш отпуск. Дом был очень чистым, со всем необходимым. Самостоятельное заселение было очень удобным и понятным. Хозяева всегда на связи, внимательны и добродушны, отвечают на все вопросы мгновенно. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка, где всегда есть место. До деревни Неми 5 минут пешком, где есть кафе, рестораны и просто красивые виды. Сама деревня очень колоритная и атмосферная.

I have enjoyed my short stay at Frederica’s place. It has everything needed, very pleasant, comfortable and cozy. Also, Frederica is best host I have ever had, very understanding and pleasant person. Helped with early check in and gave lots of recommendations about area. I would definitely return to her place. Recommend.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Stefano la dernière journée avant notre départ de Rome, c’était un endroit parfait. Le lit était très confortable, l’appartement très propre et les petites attentions de l’hôte était apprécié (collations, eau, thé). De plus, Stefano communiquait très rapidement et nous a grandement aidé à trouver un chauffeur pour nous conduire. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons l’appartement. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu visiter le quartier comme on manquait de temps, ce sera pour une prochaine visite!
