Space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I stayed for a weekend with some friends we loved the place and how clean everything was we appreciated the response time and how on top of it that everyone was it was very friendly I will definitely be staying again

Marilyn was fantastic to communicate with for this property. The location was wonderful and convenient. We utilized the pool and walked to the restaurants. It was also great to have quality beach chairs and beach towels as the weather was perfect to spend time on the beach. We are already planning our next trip to stay at this location!

Great place to stay. The beach is across the street, lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. Lived the lower deck and roof top - spent lots of time on them. Nice to have chairs, towels, floats, lotion etc all right there. Would go back and stay in a heartbeat !

Our stay at The Sea Spray Inn was great! A real gem, quiet and just a block from the beach, which made carrying the provided beach chairs and umbrellas a breeze. The outdoor pool and patio with plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas, for sun or shade is lovely and surrounded by a wall of greens and fencing for privacy from the street. The studio room was more spacious than expected with great windows on both sides of the unit (kitchen and bathroom) as well as bedroom/living room area, and lots of closet and drawer space. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit tight quarters for 2 people at the same time but work great. We also appreciated the small library and laundry facilities. Cindy, the office manager was super friendly, provided recommendations for local activities, and responded to a minor repair request right away. Other unit residents were friendly as well.

Our stay at the Walkabout was completely wonderful. The location was perfect. You can see the ocean from the front window. Access to the beach is about 20 steps from the little courtyard. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away to not be bothered by loud crowds. Our unit was on the second floor. Very easy to enter the unit with a code given to us before check in. The bed was very comfortable, and had plenty of pillows. The kitchen had a Keurig and pods, and was well equipped with necessities for a few days stay. There were plenty of bath towels plus a basket of beach towels. The AC blew cold, and the ceiling fan helped move the air around. There was live music daily at the tiki bar located in the courtyard. I noticed that there were beach chairs, an umbrella and some sand toys under the stairs, that I assumed could be used by guests if needed. We decided to extend our stay in FL after our cruise, and the Walkabout beat all of our expectations. What a gem!

This hotel was great! it was tucked away in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and more! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean

Perfect location for all south beach activities. I recommend staying here if you’re wanting easy access to the downtown area too!
