The location met all expectations, with a fantastic and walkable area that provided easy access to numerous restaurants. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, Publix was conveniently nearby for purchasing necessities. Overall, the experience was both refreshing and relaxing, precisely as anticipated.

We had a wonderful stay in Wynwood at this beautiful apartment with great amenities. Furthermore, they allowed us to check-in early when we had a disastrous stay at our previous airbnb on South Beach and had to vacate abruptly. We couldn't be more thankful for arriving to a very clean and well kept place, a helpful host, and an awesome ending to our trip in Miami! The location is amazing, vibrant neighborhood with lots going on, but a quiet and peaceful apartment to return to. The place is BIG, lots of space to spread out and we would have done our entire two month stay there if we would have known! Thanks again and we will definitely return!

Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Brickell City Center, and if you enjoy walking, you can also reach the Design and Arts Districts. If not, everything is just minutes away by car. The apartment is beautifully maintained and offers a breathtaking view, both during the day and at night. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. Gabriela, the host, is incredibly attentive and considerate. While I appreciate not having any issues during my stay, I truly value a host who is available and proactive in solving any problems. Gabriela goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Nice location,quiet community access to everything. The apartment was brand new,spotless,comfortable,pet friendly 5 star !! Thank you James Instructions easy to access. My only minor complaint would be pool not heated in the complex however if theweather was alittle better probably would not matter

I nostri asciugacapelli non funzionavano e prontamente ce ne è stato fornito uno nuovo. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in posticipato aggiungendo una piccola somma. La zona, bellissima, è residenziale e ben servita. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.

Le logement est vraiment très spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé, à côté du bayside Marketplace et de bayfront park. La station de metromover College Bayside est juste en face de la résidence. Merci à Philip pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Je conseille vivement cet appartement à tous les voyageurs qui souhaitent séjourner sur Downtown.

The Wyndham Palm Aire is right in my community so it was perfect for visiting friends and family. The amenities are great. Shopping close by and a new entertainment center will be opening in a few years across the street. Anna was great in communicating and making necessary adjustments. Check in takes awhile and they try to get you to sit on a time share presentation but just say no

We had an awesome, relaxing vacation. Erick was very responsive and extremely accomodating with our flight changes. The heated pool was fantastic and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

Wir waren super happy! Eine tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man benötigt. Bushaltestelle super zu Fuß erreichbar und leckere Tacos um die Ecke! Lieben Dank an Leda für den Tipp🥰 Schöne Bepflanzung in Garten und Wohnung und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder 🤩🌴🥭

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

A true gem in Sunrise. Close to most activities in southern Florida as long as you have access to a car. Nice and clean neighborhood with plenty of good shops and grocery stores. The house itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay as well as plenty of fun games to play. Highly recommended!

"This is a lovely, well-maintained older home that's exceptionally clean. While it exceeded my expectations in many ways, I was slightly disappointed upon arrival. As a backyard guest house, it felt a bit like staying in someone's backyard rather than having a private space. Overall, it's a nice place, but the layout might not be ideal for those seeking a more traditional, private accommodation."

Weve been coming to Boca Raton for a few years and have taken many airbnb houses. This house stands out as a clean, and pretty home, in a great location, and run by a polite, responsive and accomodating hostess , Arianna. The house was welcoming, the pool was clean, and our stay was quiet and beautiful. Arianna looked to acommodate when necessary as well. This house and Ariannas service made this trip a highlighted family vacation.
