We loved the location and it was so close to the beach and the walking path. Bed was comfortable and all of the amenities like beach chairs and towels were at the ready!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Great place! Clean, amazing location! Walk out the apartment, take the elevator to the lobby, walk 100ft and you are at the pool. Salt water pool at the perfect temperature. Walk another 100ft and you are on the beach! Balcony looks over the pool area and the beach. 10th story so pretty quiet. The only negative was the people on nearby balcony were heavy smokers of cigarettes and weed, and we had to retreat inside a few times. We’ll definitely be back.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. Everything was spotless clean. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive. The location is ideal. Walkable to the beach and all the local restaurants and shops. I only wish they had two bedrooms two bathrooms

Love the beach views from the condo. Back yard is the ocean. The condo is clean and comfortable. If you cook, there’s a gorgeous kitchen, if you don’t, lots of restaurants near by. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

This was a wonderful refuge among the craziness of South Beach. The apartment itself is roomy, bright, practical, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for 3 of us and even though there are many other apartments, we felt like we had peaceful privacy. The surroundings are beautiful, on a residential block right off the water, yet it's walkable to anywhere and Citi Bike stations are plentiful. We had only one issue that was out of the host's control-someone parked in our dedicated parking spot late Saturday night and we had to use public street parking when we got back from dancing at the wee hours of the morning. Nothing we couldn't handle, but it would have been perfect had we not had this small hiccup. The hosts extended our checkout our checkout until noon on Sunday and that was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This home was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rainshower head had the best feeling. Luis was a terrific host. He was quick to respond to any message. The kitchen has the basic essentials needed for breakfast lunch or dinner. The pool is right outside the slider, slightly heated and well maintained, as are the chaise chairs. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The beach is a five-seven minute drive. We will definitely return next winter.

The location was nice, very close to the beach. Oliver was very accommodating for a few requests we had such as checking in a bit early.

We loved everything about our stay at Donna's place - very comfortable space with beautiful morning light, incredible location (close to gorgeous South Beach, restaurants and Art Deco district), easy parking, dog-friendly, and very safe, walkable neighborhood. We instantly felt at home and thank Donna for being the perfect host. She went above and beyond quickly responding to any question we had. We look forward to returning!

Joshua’s place was absolutely wonderful—just as described in the listing! The beautiful garden was a delight to stroll through, with tons of butterflies and lizards that kept our kids entertained. The pool was the perfect way to cool off after a long day exploring, especially in the Florida heat. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d love to come back!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Maria is very helpful, accommodating, friendly, responsive, room was very clean & quiet, list goes on but it’s everything you could ever ask for in a host 10x over. She goes above and beyond and is willing to go out of her way to help make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend staying here and I know hands down I will be returning! I only have positive things to say and did not have a single negative thing about my stay.

Marvin was just a terrific host. I would highly recommend his place. Clean, just as advertised, the cabinets were well stocked, and any additional needs are a stones throw away. Lastly, he is very responsive to your every need. In other words, Marvin's middle name is "concierge". Thanks for everything and be well.
