Beautiful place to stay it’s my second visit. Beautiful books to read in a beautiful surrounding. Location is perfect to access everything you would need.

Great location, so walkable to everything. Pantry was very well stocked, we left a few things for the next visitor, it's a nice tradition, I wish more AirBnb's did that. Some road noise but did not distract us.

Wayne's place was perfect would definitely stay again. The balcony has amazing views across the town , twinkling lights, and mountains. So perfect for dinner or drinks on the balcony and there is a BBQ. There is a double lock up garage for 2 cars. It is a fair walk from town and up some steep roads and driveway, so better if you have a car. Uber can be limited but we found pre booking was more successful. Wayne allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. However, the cleaners turned up just before check out time, so make sure you're up and out early, otherwise you will feel rushed and leave thinks behind like we did. Cataract Gorge is not far , a nice walk to see or ride the world's longest single span chair lift, see the nature and wildlife. Quiet area, felt right at home. Definitely will stay again next time in Launceston

Very enjoyable, peaceful, fantastic view and had everything needed. Location is close to everything we needed. Even though it’s a townhouse you wouldn’t know. Highly recommend.

Beautiful accomodation across 3 levels, lovely decor, great quality amenities easy walking distance to Launceston centre and seaport area.

Fabulous townhouse right in the city. So well presented and felt spacious & luxurious. Kitchen was very well equipped to enable cooking. Stroll to any of the nearby restaurants if you prefer. Plenty of secure off street parking and makes for an extremely comfortable stay. We have stayed with Moxxi group multiple times and highly recommend them and any of their properties. We hope to be back 👌🏻

I can't give enough stars to this accomodation and host! What an amzing apartment that was perfect for our needs teavelling with my adult daughter with the rwo bedrooms and bathrooms. Tge layout gave us our iwn space too with the patio a perfect spot to sit and relax. Easy walking to restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and attractions. As others have commented the parking is a tight fit but having the spot was a welcome bonus with our car. Angela was very friendly and proactive in her communication and I would most definitely stay again.

An exquisite sanctuary high atop the hills with a northeast facing vista - we enjoyed watching the sun rise above the mountains in the distance. So many delightful elements - espresso machine and pods, beautiful artwork and decor, complimentary wine and chocolates, comfy library nook with excellent selection of books, well-stocked modern kitchen, off-street parking, private and quiet, outdoor deck, floor to ceiling blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning, bathroom floor heating, comfortable and spacious, Treetops proved a perfect base for appointments and shopping in Launceston and Nick and Rosemary are extremely gracious and wonderful hosts, a fantastic stay!

Great place to base yourself in Launceston! Super modern, clean and comfortable. Katie was also very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!
