Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Great place, enjoyed the stay while attending a professional conference at nearby convention center.

This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

Douglas’s house was absolutely amazing, and way bigger than expected, it held our little group of family and friends perfectly, more than enough even. Everything you need is right there, in a cozy home. The kitchen is amazing and the backyard is beautiful.

We’re so glad we found Brandon’s place! We needed somewhere nearby while our home was being renovated, and this spot was perfect. We were especially grateful it was pet-friendly—our pups loved the daily walks at Patterson Park! It was also a treat to explore some new local restaurants. The space felt safe, cozy, and welcoming. Brandon was a great host—super responsive and kind. We’d definitely come back or recommend it to friends and family!

Second time, we have stayed at this AIRBNB. The host, Natalie is very helpful and welcoming! Both stays were awesome! The home is cozy and comfortable for our family. Amazing water views with a fenced yard for our dog. We enjoyed making a bonfire and roasting marshmallows. Highly recommend this home, and will stay again when we are in the area.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

This place was perfect for our needs. Easily within walking distance of many of the things we wanted to do. Convenient and easy (and free) parking. And it was easy to get groceries nearby and cook a meal in the evenings. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back! Plus the hosts were super friendly and very responsive. Thank you for making our trip to DC memorable for all the right reasons.

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We loved staying at Rafi's place and would definitely stay again for our next Baltimore trip. The house is just as described, with plenty for kids to do. There are also helpful items for young ones, like a baby gate and high chair and plastic ware for kids, plus lots of toys and games. The stairs are pretty steep but the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs is so helpful. If you're taller than 5'8", the basement ceiling has a few spots worth avoiding. Otherwise the house is great and we were so impressed by how responsive and proactive Rafi was. One small issue popped up and he had it handled very quickly. It was a great time and we so appreciate all of it.

Natasha was so welcoming, and the place really has anything you would need! She is very responsive and the location is great. We enjoyed our stay, especially since we brought our dog!

We had an amazing stay! The highlight for us was the huge backyard, which was perfect for Koa to run around, play, get the day started, or unwind. It's spacious, well-kept, and fully fenced, giving us peace of mind while my pup explored. We truly appreciated how dog-friendly the property is and its proximity to Annapolis. Nicole, Bob, and the welcoming party (pups) were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with pets!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The location of this property is walkable to some great restaurants and was a perfect location to drive into DC to spend the day. My family and I were so happy with how comfortable the beds are, how beautiful the decorations are and felt right at home. We will absolutely be booking another stay here the next time we visit the area!

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. What an amazing stay! We really enjoyed the comfy bed, the fireplace and the whirlpool bath. The room is furnished with all kinds of wonderful paintings and rocking chairs, a comfy sofa. It was really quite a surprise! Highly recommended.

Greg was a wonderful host. He was proactive and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with many restaurants and coffee shops. Just minutes from the tourist attractions in DC. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Greg as a super host!

Absolutely fabulous experience! We stayed during a very low key time (Christmas+) but were able to find lots of fun things to do (shopping in St Michael’s [don’t miss The Blue Heron for the best caffeine], driving tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, etc.). We got incredible photos during sunrise/sunset, safely walked-ran on the neighborhood roads, enjoyed the fire pit, and thoroughly rested and relaxed. So grateful we chose Jon’s home for 5 days/4 nights of R&R ❤️

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. I can't say enough great things about my stay. The interior space is very clean and spacious and the exterior surroundings are so peaceful, quiet, and beautiful, surrounded by nature . The fenced in yard was a treat for my dog who safely enjoyed roaming freely through its landscape as I watched him from the screen porch. Martha and John are great communicators, who made our check in seamless and they catered to us with extra treats like a dog bowl for my dog, delicious red wine, and snacks. There is kitchenette area with a small fridge, Kurig, microwave and some essentials. Similar to what you might find in a hotel room. It was enough for what we needed. There are some great international cuisine Restaurants nearby. My favorite was Mimi's Kabobs & Pizza. The neighborhood has many beautiful horse farms and the area feels safe and friendly. I was visiting for a seminar and it was exactly what I was looking for: dog friendly, private, clean, and safe. I definitely plan to stay again.
